The chalet was somewhat maintained, could use some renovation. Otherwise cozy. A radio would have been nice; no TV (not a big deal but satellite TV would have been nice since the dish was there). Beautiful surroundings but few street names and very remote with only 1 other chalet.

The accommodation is beautifully located in nature, but keep in mind that there is another house next to it (about 10m further). In Noirefontaine itself there is an aldi, carrefour, action, gas station, ... Bouillon is approx. 4 km away. The chalet is somewhat outdated but everything is there what should be. No wifi available but that is not in the Ardennes :-). Fairly hard bed, it is advisable to bring your own pillow. And the shower is a bit weak.
