The hunting or & quotvilla & quot met (almost) all our wishes. Here and there some dated and noisy, but mostly complete and all conveniences. Although the house next to a large bungalow is we have not hindered by experienced here. The problem with water pressure, as in earlier reviews already was described was unfortunately still not resolved and with a large group this can be very tricky with showering or cooking. From the house it is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket, but a steep climb back up. Delicious meal in Les Contes de Salme opposite the supermarket. The private driveway and the gigantic piece of land to and for the home are great and offer a lot of privacy. For the kids, a climbing frame and trampoline and a private stretch of forest where they can play without damaging it. The moment we arrived the holiday had started, what a magical place and what a beautiful garden. The house has a lot of atmosphere and space and was perfectly schoon.Van inside it is a bit older, but everything functions and is practical. We have been coming for over 10 years with much pleasure our vacation at this address. it is a beautiful spacious and quiet lodge with a large private wooded grounds and ultimate privacy where you can linger with a large sunny terrace with stunning views to all sides in peace. The large lawn offers plenty of space for children with swings and trampoline where children can play and adults can enjoy playing. From the outside it looks like a lovely holiday at the forest (which it is!) - From inside you find yourself occasionally in a castle! The large fireplace, large wooden table, the room, the chandeliers, the stone walls - cool! There is a beautiful garden around it with lots of character through the many old / mature trees, with lots of squirrels and parrots. The house is on the outskirts of the town, but it is super quiet, heard no highway. The welcome was warm and the house was nicely organized. From it we did not experience water problem described by others, the shower downstairs is delicious anyway! From the house you can make various walking and cycling trips, we were with younger children (3-8 years) and they enjoyed themselves perfectly both in home / garden like setting. We love to come here again!

The hunting or & quotvilla & quot met (almost) all our wishes. Here and there some dated and noisy, but mostly complete and all conveniences. Although the house next to a large bungalow is we have not hindered by experienced here. The problem with water pressure, as in earlier reviews already was described was unfortunately still not resolved and with a large group this can be very tricky with showering or cooking. From the house it is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket, but a steep climb back up. Delicious meal in Les Contes de Salme opposite the supermarket. The private driveway and the gigantic piece of land to and for the home are great and offer a lot of privacy. For the kids, a climbing frame and trampoline and a private stretch of forest where they can play without damaging it. An hour early arrived, but no problem. Just called the key custodian. Very friendly lady with nice swimming tips! The house is exactly like the picture, beautiful, large and clean. good beds for a week. The water pressure is (especially above) idd very low at times. But still I have been in the bath. You are in no hurry, it is vacation! The bbq could be slightly larger for the number of people and we also missed a brush to clean the bbq. We solved this by buying steel wool. There is a nice big outdoor table, but the tablecloth is a few sizes too small. Solved with our hammam towels, so no problem. The environment is beautiful, although a walking map or route tips would be fun. We bought this at the VVV, for 7 euros. Nice walk, although you can also walk behind the house without a book. Swim in the Weiswampach lake in Luxembourg, but then also blue algae, as in so many waters. Climbed at Brandsport. Top people, highly recommended! We have been coming for over 10 years with much pleasure our vacation at this address. it is a beautiful spacious and quiet lodge with a large private wooded grounds and ultimate privacy where you can linger with a large sunny terrace with stunning views to all sides in peace. The large lawn offers plenty of space for children with swings and trampoline where children can play and adults can enjoy playing. From the lodge you can behind situated forest enter directly to (where we deer and roe deer are frequently encountered) walks or cycling, but it is also a wonderful base to explore by car the beautiful surroundings and visit several attractions (museums, zoo, restaurants, excursions to the nearby Luxembourg etc.etc.) The house is furnished with beautiful rustic furniture (largest oak dining table I've ever seen) and has besides normal heating over a huge fireplace where a cozy fire is lit and are all for can sit to enjoy the warnte and also has a bath / shower and toilet upstairs and downstairs have a separate shower and toilet Beautiful large new

For our taste a bit too dark in terms of interior, but nice and cool inside and clean. The area is very beautiful and plenty to see.

Friendly welcome by manager (e) Fantastic fireplace. Negatives furniture is substandard. The seats by the fireplace look like the landfill met. Ditto on the TV, one uncomfortable two-seater sofa in a house with so many berths. The mattresses of the beds are totally worn out. The bathroom is below average and there is hardly any water from the shower. The house is very noisy so every noise in the living room can be heard throughout the house. Overall, good base for nature lovers. House feels tired on. Very unfortunate for some minimum investment (posh seats, new mattresses, some isolation procedures) would solve much. Ps. And charging extra for a few housblokken what is ridiculous considering the already poor quality \/ price.

Our holiday was mainly due to the poor service rather disappointing. The manager spoke no English and Dutch, and were quite kortaf.Het wood was damp so we could not use the fire and because the house feels pretty cold we had to increase the heating. The costs were calculated and were extra 150 euros on top of the 800 euros we had to pay rent for 1 week. The total for one week in the Ardennes was therefore excessive no facilities for children. The room was fine, but in all areas needed to be fired separately. The TV channels were hardly self Belgian channels were not available. It was a nice area but it was not worth that much money.

A charming old house, which especially the ground floor is decorated very cared for. The kitchen is large and well were equipped.We with a family, four generations, the youngest was 2 and the oldest 85. The children can play in the spacious garden.The house is very noisy because of the wooden floors upstairs. You heard anything from anyone. We had no problems with the water. There was always plenty for everyone to shower. There was actually too few toilets for our party only one bathroom with one sink and one toilet for the whole verdieping.De WiFi connection was a disaster. Lovely spacious cozy house. Good for families with children. By hot air heating and poor insulation very good appetite in the house which in the winter (we were there at Christmas) what makes uncomfortable. Slippers and vest!
