Characteristic holiday home with balcony

The house has 3 rooms instead of 4 as advertised. You have to rent bedclothes separately and you get two double bed bedclothes for 4 people and if you ask for the other two individual values because everyone wants to sleep alone we had to pay extra for bedclothes again. Day 3 suddenly no heating and no hot water. The owner didn't care if we took a cold shower and shivered in the cold in the house. Pure catastrophe We didn't get any money back and had to spend the rest of the days somewhere else and also pay for it out of our own pockets.

It has been a difficult road with you, Corona initially threw a lot of soot in the food, all understanding for this, But it bothers me that you remain difficult to reach, you have to stay on the line for a long time and emails don't turn into very answered late, I always draw my conclusions from it and I had a nice week in the Ardennes

super welcome, provided that the house is somewhat remote and the GPS was not up to date, the caretaker drove us to the house. The house itself certainly has its charm for the Ardennes, highly recommended

Reception and provision of information perfectly fine. House is beautiful, well furnished and equipped with many conveniences. Only downside is that the house is very low, not very handy for tall people like me.

Upon our arrival my mouth literally fell open from the interior ... so beautiful! 100 meters further on at Willow Spring, we were welcomed with open arms. Also very nice to have a drink or something to eat. Great people! The area is beautiful for walking.

The house is great and has all the amenities. The only thing you have to take into account is that everything is low. So if you are tall, you should stoop through the house regularly.

The environment was fantastic. The accommodation was good. It is a pity that the doors and the beams were a bit low, because people of 1.90 and more are repeatedly against it. Privacy could be better. Because you heard everything from everyone. For the rest everything was okay. If you are not disabled at least, because the house was not wheelchair friendly.

Bastogne is near the war museum (recommended) The Nisramont Lake for a strenuous but beautiful walk. Or to kayak (rent it best, cheapest price) Shopping center Masses in Luxembourg. Great indoor and outdoor playground Houtopia in Houffalize. And much, much more to discover yet ..... We certainly enjoyed it -)

Good stay with family with 2 children12 and 15yrs. We had adjusted to a low ceiling, so no problem. Plenty of space and amenities. Screened terrace next to a parking space. Furthermore, no space at the house to play for smaller children and a main road at the back. Downside for me was the bathroom. It is due for a makeover. It was clean but moisture (I think) made the floor stick. All in all a nice stay with a nice environment

The cottage is cozy. We feel good there. However, the house is on a main road, so there is a lot of noise in the lower rooms, which overlook this road. We also did not appreciate having to pay €15 extra because we arrived at 6:30 p.m. Apparently it's made for people who don't/no longer work.

The arrival went smoothly. After a 20 minute wait we were helped further by the person from Willow Springs Way Station and led to the gite. He handed us the bed linen and the key. However, the refrigerator was not yet switched on, so our meat products, vegetables, etc. could not be kept cool during these hot days. After 24 hours the refrigerator was only up to temperature. Luckily we brought a cooler in the car ourselves. In addition, the shower did not work (see further this review). The area is very beautiful and perfect for a nice walk or bike ride. There is a supermarket 7 minutes' drive away.

The place was really good! Beautiful house and friendly host! Keep in mind that it is very noisy! You can literally hear each other whispering. The doorposts are low so you do hit your head which can also give nice memories! It is a characterful house, centrally located!
