Located on the edge of the forest. Great as a base for excursions to Achouffe, La Roche and Houffalize!

We enjoyed the peace and beautiful nature. Around the house are fine seats with beautiful view where you can enjoy lots of flora and fauna around you. From the cottage you can make beautiful walks and from Houffalize start an ecological walk that we found especially worthwhile. The cottage itself is cozy and tastefully decorated. The only minuses were that the water in the shower not run away and the small bedrooms a bit damp smoke.

Very cozy chalet with a warm pellet stove and a thousand and one self-made decorations and fixture plates (the table is an old Singer sewing machine base!). Inside and outside there is very much anticipated for (small) children to keep busy toys, books, DVD 's, a swing, a meadow with goats, chickens and herten.Wel aware that the walls are paper thin and so hold no sound . Also, beds and wardrobes are rather rickety. Utilities such as oven, stove, shower are again very durable and modern.

The cottage is beautifully built on a hill, overlooking the large farm and behind the forest. The petting zoo is fun for children, there are deer, a pig, a goose, chicken, a rooster and geiten.Helaas is difficult walk with prams ... there are too coarse for the paths. You can enjoy the forest by looking at it but with children you can not really walk. The cottage is cozy and the price certainly OK.

The wood burning stove, a bottle of liquor on the table, his stocking stuffers, where you immediately welcome voellt.Er is a cozy trailer park, not in use, but we were there to enjoy the sun and water, super! From the balcony you can see the animals (deer, goats, sheep, goats, donkeys ..) bewonderen.Wij'll be back, but owners should first do some renovations, (double glazing, a spacious kitchen, etc.). On site owner vd where this house stands, many animals are housed, deer for the door, adjacent chickens (no load vd rooster) pig Peggy that eats leftovers, goats, 2 donkeys, etc. This makes it very interesting. No load vd animals incidentally. Beautiful verranda and tasty garden. Via a small path down to the stream you can get. Lots of walking. Bit tricky to find as the tomtom, this is not good and you need to first 50 meters a forest trail running, but then you certainly wat.Gezelige owner who does not impose itself but sake is. Fresh eggs from the chickens received. House stands in the forest but enough zon.3 bedrooms, 1 for the kids, should be small otherwise not enough space. 2 other bedrooms with 2 doubters. Very cozy with nice accessories.

We really enjoyed our week's holiday, the cottage is pleasantly situated and there is attention paid to the agreeable design. It gives the guests a fine sense of welcome. The animals in the field, it is quite calm at its best!

Due to the good reviews we had read all the expectations for this chalet were already quite high, and we were not at all disappointed. The chalet is located in a green and wooded area along a narrow road where only passing some mountain bikers, the owner of the tractor and the occasional stray holiday by car. Around the chalet there is a large shaded terrace, a smaller terrace where you 'all cozy in the sun can sit, play area for children and a small meadow with sheep, goats, chickens and Peggy the potbellied piglet serving as leftovers processors morning . The chalet itself is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable holiday. Nice touches 's were the bread machine and soda stream in the small but modern kitchen. If the outside ( "at night) is low it can be cold in the chalet, but there are electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms and a pellet stove in the living room. The latter we did not need because the weather was good them. r n r nIf we even stay in the area we definitely choose again for this chalet!

In the May of 2013, we have a midweek spent in this house. A beautiful location and a cozy cottage. Everything in the cottage was present (bread maker with ingredients from a soda machine). It is definitely a recommendation for families or those who seek tranquility. Plenty of privacy, cute animals and beautiful surroundings.

Very friendly people, equally difficult to find with gps. Very quiet gene wifi no connection to call just bliss this i wanna find that super. Make wood fire in the evening and wood is free. Do you come up with something too short? For everything, they have a solution, for repetition, certainly prone. I enjoyed it and beautiful surroundings with lots of wildlife.

The cottage is ideal for families with smaller children. Lots of room to play (swing, trampoline, sandbox, ...) and the animals also loved them. The house itself is completely as in the pictures, everything was there, only the bedrooms had a musty smell (but this was possibly because we were the first tenants after the winter period).
