Somme-Leuze offers wonderful opportunities for hiking and cycling. The stay is close to the supermarkets that rest at 13 km. For a refreshing swim, you can head to the public swimming pool at 13 km. You can visit Durbuy and Liege easily by car.
The holiday home has a wood stove that spreads cozy warmth. The bubble bath invites you to unwind in privacy. In the garden, you can relax with a cool drink enjoying the unobstructed view of the surroundings. The outdoors are well furnished for having breakfasts and dinners. The house and enclosed garden are well maintained. The house was clean and tidy.
The facilities in the house are also fine. Our children loved the pool table in the basement, the dogs were happy in the garden.
Only the hot tub was a bit disappointing. When we turned on the bubbles, a sewage smell came out. So something doesn't seem quite right here.

Beautiful house with lots of space. The house was clean (floor etc), but the cutlery, plates etc and the oven were not clean. Everything had to be cleaned before use.

On arrival we were told that there was a double booking, so we had to stay in another house. This did not meet our requirements. Belvilla's SOS service is supposedly always available, but when you try to contact them, they don't answer.

The house is incredibly spacious and ensures that everyone has fun. The children can enjoy themselves in the playroom, while the adults recover from their walks in the cozy living room upstairs. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely go back.

The house meets all expectations. Large, clean, equipped with everything you need. We would not recommend the BBQ alone. It was really out of order.

The biggest plus of this weekend away was the environment. There was a lot of greenery, it was very quiet. Certainly recommended for hikers or for people / families who want to relax. Away from all the chaos in the city. The house itself: - The rooms on the ground floor and upstairs were relatively clean. We brought our own bedding. The kitchen, living room and kitchen appliances where clean and well equipped. - Many "extras" were provided for the tenants. There was washing powder, an ironing board, coffee filters, BBQ coals, tongs for bbq etc. Although we did not use it, this was a nice extra. The sound system on the ground floor did not work properly. Fortunately we brought our own music. -The terrace on the ground floor was not clean. On day one we cleaned everything with a few buckets of water. Some of the cushions in the lounge set had to be washed once. The table looked green under the glass, but we did get the glass itself clean enough to eat. Once it was clean, we enjoyed our evening.- The basement (-1) smelled very musty. We immediately opened the windows. Good for a quick "pool" and then back up to the terrace. It is great that these activities are there for, for example, when it rains. Full of bird poop. We just threw away the towel with which we tapped the table. The bucket, which had been rusted through by 20%, did not really help to keep the water clean. The BBQ grill was also REALLY nasty, we couldn't clean them ourselves. However, it is positive that an apron etc. has been provided for. the BBQ. - Services We were allowed to get our key in the neighborhood. This went smoothly, we received the key, a few garbage bags and a booklet with explanation. There was not much to criticize for this. Only we received a sheet with incorrect start meter readings. Fortunately we had taken pictures on arrival

Spacious clean house, great for our annual friends' weekend with 9 people. Because of the great weather we mainly used BBQ and terrace.
