Great for families! We had 16 people and everyone had enough space. The garden was perfect for the kids to run around, and the dining table had room for our big family meals. Would definitely come back.

The location is quite convenient, with a supermarket only 500 meters away for quick shopping. We enjoyed the recreation area, especially the table tennis. Overall, a solid choice for a group vacation.

We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home in Somme-Leuze! The vibrant colors throughout the house really lifted our spirits. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a day full of explorations, and the terrace was nice for evening relaxation. Highly recommended for families!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The terrace is a lovely spot for breakfast or evening drinks, We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed cooking together, The living area was cozy, and the DVD player was a hit with the kids,

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

This holiday home is well-designed for large groups, The bedrooms were comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms was a real convenience, The public swimming pool nearby was a fun outing for the kids,

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We found the property to be practical and comfortable, The facilities were well-maintained, and the garden furniture made it easy to enjoy the outdoors, The kitchen was functional with a good selection of appliances,

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful house, beautiful rooms, good beds, plenty of space....everything good. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils. Tip: a water pitcher to put on the table. Minor point: there is a barbecue but no tools (tongs, gloves, etc...) Also nothing to clean it. It was a fantastic family weekend!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The garden is not fenced and small children can fall 1 meter down in certain places. Not a child-friendly garden. Also no shade in the garden. We had 1 smaller umbrella available but it was worn out. No mosquito screens in the bedrooms, and it got very hot, we could not open windows at night. In the kitchen/living room hung a container with pesticides that automatically sprayed every x minutes (we initially thought it was an air freshener until we noticed that all the flies suddenly fell dead). Very unhealthy, especially with all the little kids. Furthermore, a nice house, clean, very spacious rooms. The kitchen has everything you need (2 fridges were very handy). Spacious parking. Nice surroundings and a small shop/bakery 2 minutes away by car.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Very pleasant home. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning upstairs! Kitchen practical and contains everything needed. Plenty of seating space. Highly recommended. Ample parking. One downside for us was that there is no shade in the garden in the afternoon and evening. We were there in very warm weather.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Large house for a reasonable rent. Very clean and equipped with sufficient furniture, crockery, etc. Rooms are spacious enough, but simply furnished. Here and there a "little painting" would brighten things up. Everything is currently mainly functional. The location in the middle of the Ardennes is perfect. For a group where luxury is not a priority, I can definitely recommend the house.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The house is much more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had a fantastic family weekend. The house is very spacious with enough room and privacy. The garden with a view is also delightful and peaceful.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The house is spacious and comfortable, only the kitchen seemed a bit cramped for a large group. The house is technically in order and the sauna and the foosball table were an added value. The cooktops in the kitchen do heat up a bit slowly when you have to cook for a group. Due to the colder weather in November, we did not make much use of the garden and the barbecue. The heating downstairs works on pellet stoves (upstairs electric) that spread a pleasant warmth, but you need to give them some time to warm up the large spaces. You should check the electricity meter readings because our initial readings were not correct. The location is quiet, but if you want to walk a lot without taking the car, the options are limited. Fortunately, you are quickly in Durbuy. All in all, we certainly had a pleasant stay.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful neat house. Only downside would be if bedding was included. Further no comments. Had a great time.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but close enough to enjoy activities in the city center. The children loved the garden and we enjoyed grilling on the terrace while taking in the beautiful view. The layout of the house made it easy for everyone to relax together.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Spacious and comfortable! This place was perfect for our group trip. The playroom kept the kids busy, and we loved spending a barbecue evening on the terrace. A great place for family bonding.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Great location near Durbuy, beautiful quiet area, perfect for relaxing, the house was super clean and had everything we needed, the kids had a lot of fun in the garden, and we enjoyed some good barbecue evenings on the terrace, would definitely come back!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Overall a very pleasant stay, The home is well equipped with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, We appreciated the proximity to local dining options, especially La Frite Rit just around the corner!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We had a pleasant experience in this holiday home. The location was peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding Belgian Ardennes. The house was well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy. The recreation room offered some fun indoor activities, like ping-pong, which the children really enjoyed. Although the decor is a bit quirky, it adds character to the house. Overall, a solid choice for a group getaway, just a few minutes' drive from local attractions.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Excellent location, super comfortable beds, and free WiFi that is really fast. The hosts are relaxed and very helpful. Perfect for a relaxing retreat with friends!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The vibrant colors and unique design of the house were delightful! We enjoyed the outdoor space for barbecuing and relaxing. The location was also convenient for shopping and exploring nearby attractions.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Super spacious house with a huge garden for the kids, clean and well-equipped kitchen, we had a great time grilling on the terrace!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

What a lovely vacation home! It was clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel at home. The nearby adventure parks were a bonus for our kids, and the sauna was a nice way to relax in the evenings.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We loved our stay here! The sauna was a nice touch after a long day of exploring, The colorful decor made the place feel lively, The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for our large group, The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but we managed well, Definitely worth it for a family getaway!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Our stay was amazing! The house was equipped with all essentials and offered a cozy atmosphere. The nearby parks and natural beauty were an unexpected treat, making our trip even more enjoyable.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Nice clean house beautiful surroundings

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Good nice spacious house for that price

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful house, very well located at 10min from Durbuy and Marche-En-Famenne. Beautiful region.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

normally we had booked for the last weekend of January 2022 but due to the Covid outbreak we wanted to change to the first weekend of July. Belvilla was unreachable, not by email, not by phone, not by post. but we had to pay a fat 70% MORE. I find that anything but customer-friendly. and for the rest but send emails and discounts promise.Via Belvilla rent a holiday home?? NEVER AGAIN for us. They can only SCAM a customer once; and now I wonder if they will publish this post.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The holiday home has ample parking (4 to 5) and a beautiful appearance on the outside. The house is located in a quiet area. Within walking distance (500m) mini-supermarket (+butcher/bakery) and fries shop. Upon entering you will find a spacious hall. On the ground floor is the living room (consists of 2 parts, both with a TV and pallet stove), kitchen, dining table, sauna, bathroom (+wc), toilet and bedroom (2p). Kitchen is spacious and equipped with many necessities; 2 coffee makers, more than 10 pans, gourmet set, kettle, etc. With many tea / coffee drinkers, it is tight with the amount of mugs. On the landing there is a play/living room (TV + football table). In addition, 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Spacious house, very practical layout, sleeping makers well separated from the living space, adequate sanitary facilities, plenty of storage space in the kitchen and 2 spacious refrigerators with freezer, the pellet stoves heat the downstairs space well. Nice extras such as sauna and football table. House was very clean on arrival and the stoves immediately provided a lot of warmth and cosiness. Only downside: limited outdoor space but that did not matter to us in this autumn period.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Very spacious and neat accommodation, in the middle of the green, hilly Ardennes.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Too bad we still had to go far to pick up the key. Furthermore, great environment.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Arrival was very good; la Grange de Marcel is a perfectly converted barn, very pleasant and cozy, plenty of space, perfect for a family gathering. The house is well located, spacious and close to a river, not far from Chevetogne; caves of Han., Durbuy; Adventure Valley -We are extremely satisfied!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Bringing sheets yourself and bringing them back is a minor drawback for la grange de Marcel.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful, well-kept and clean accommodation.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The arrival went smoothly. The address for collecting the key is clear and the people are very friendly. It is also immediately made clear which costs still have to be paid and which will follow. The accommodation was very good. The home is spacious with two livings and a nice kitchen. The available material is rather limited, plates, glasses and bags have been counted and there are just 17. In addition, there are no coffee filters, pepper, salt, toilet paper etc. Of course this is not necessary, but you can clearly state it. The rooms are neat and spacious. The two bunk beds are in smaller rooms, so only suitable for children (they are very squeaky). The bathrooms are clean and good lighting. A bathroom is a bit smaller and more limited, the others are more spacious. The area is an ideal base for walking. Direction Durbuy a 10 km walk along quieter streets, through a forest and along a horse ranch.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Very nice house, lots of space. Maybe in the rooms a chair and in the bathrooms a mat for hatching after showering. Checking the pellet stoves would not go wrong 1 did not work well

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The house was much larger than expected so that was very good! tip change the pictures on the website because in real life it looks better! The environment was beautiful, we have nice walks can do! Thanks to the beautiful weather we can even enjoy the garden. The only downside to our stay was that we had to leave the house at 12 o'clock on Sunday. As there were a number of babies and small children this caused a hectic last morning (the fixed naps / pap- and food moments became a bit confused by the strict timing) and the weekend was already very fast. Tip if the cottage is not rented afterwards it would be nice that you have to leave it in the afternoon so you can enjoy a full weekend. Furthermore, it would be nice to have some info in the house about the area, some plans with walks, ...

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Was super. A beautiful area with not far from the town of durbuy and barvaux. Where one can shop and eat well

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Little house with all the trimmings ... only garden was a bit disappointing with small children ... just next to a road (not busy), but still a street where little ones can walk.Detached with barbed wire?! ... so require little to let kids play outside alone.Practical pick up key in other house / bedding was the wrong way back to house to drive ... For weekend a hassle to practically everything in order. Especially with diversions in the area. - (So house tip top in order ... neat everything was on the spot.Easter, bbq, dishwasher, etc ... drying rack could be a tip (for pool towels eg) Ideal for families with slightly older kids (from 5 year) Garden less okay.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Spacious house with cozy lawn and playground.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful accommodation. A peaceful environment but still an ideal base for exploring the area.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Arrival very uncomplicated and well organized. House very clean, for groups everything (showers, toilets, refrigerators, hotplates). Numerous recreational opportunities in the area.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

First impression was fantastic! Very spacious house with all amenities.Woning quiet and surrounded by nature, but in Noiseux very little to doen.Jammer of some technical defects (vacuum cleaner, electric water heater) and hygiene under seats and beds.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Fine walk, cozy barbecue held. Spacious house with everything on and on.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We were very pleasantly surprised to see the burning pellet stoves and the heated house on our arrival. This little attention has been very pleasant. The house is very spacious, clean, very comfortable. We had a really good time.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Very spacious house with nice bedrooms and blessed beds. The 2 livings are really added value with children (just like the football table above).

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Arrived very well accomodated superb accomodation The older environment we did not have luck with the weather but very beautiful area even with lots of things to visit

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, do not come with young children (roadsides or roads not well protected, barbed wire and electrified wires).
