The cottage was not cleaned or very poorly cleaned. The hooks are loose, there is no free socket to connect a standing lamp, very few free sockets, the control for the kitchen sink drains does not work, mold on the woodwork, the water softener was beeping all the time (needed to be refilled with salt), far too few hangers. The inside of the cottage could use a refresh. I did not use the wardrobe, it looked dirty and had a strange smell.

The cottage is spacious and clean, ideal for our group of friends. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. It was nice to have a sauna, although we didn't use it as often as we thought we would. The location was decent for accessing nearby attractions, such as Durbuy Adventure and the Mazes, which made for fun day trips. Overall, a good stay with no major complaints.

In itself, we made something of it, but the little house was really dirty. There were life-size spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The jacuzzi had some sort of caked-on layer of sand in it, it seemed. Floors hadn't been mopped throughout the house for ages, a BBQ that you really couldn't eat from, toenail remnants in the bedroom, a full vacuum cleaner, and a clogged hose, so we could do very little ourselves. Called and if we were nearby we could pick up a bag at the reception... further good to know that if you have loaded your car you have to bring your own bed linen and return it at the reception where you pick up the key, this also applies to the high chair and towels, we knew about the latter but I found the rest a bit strange. Oh yes, not to forget... you have to take your waste back to the reception... as if that fits alongside the bed linen, the towels, and the high chair. We took photos everywhere to send them again. I’m actually not someone who complains quickly, but there were 7 of us and everyone was shocked. If it had all been clean, it would have really been a nice little house.

Unfortunately, there are no cushions for the dining room benches and a two-person bench with two chairs. Too few seating places for 8 people. However, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna, and fireplace.

Chalet itself is big enough. The only thing that bothers us enormously is that the chalet is really very dirty. Everywhere you look there is dust, crumbs in the cupboards, mold on the shower curtain and in the shower ... nothing is clean. We washed the crockery again ourselves ... Jacuzzi is nice but there is a smell. It is a house that is definitely worth a visit, but it needs to be better maintained.

Arrival was okay. Jacuzzi smelled of chocolate milk, after the first night in it everyone had ulcers and we called to have the water replaced, after this nobody got bothered anymore. Cutlery and crockery was dirty. Rest was fine.

accommodation is in need of a thorough renovation, a lot of flies to even 2 mice, quiet area, jaccuzi was ok, unfortunately, could be a nice holiday, was not cleaned properly, no explanation for TV that is complicated to use, good beds

Glass shards were still lying on the floor and tomato sauce was still hanging on the cupboards in the kitchen. The children have found a broken wine glass, bowl and empty bottles of beer in the garden while playing. The patio where jacuzzi is standing doors were broken and error message on the jacuzzi itself.
