This is a luxurious pet-friendly 7-bedroom holiday home in Stoumont for staying near the forest. It offers a private sauna and bubble bath to unwind and a private swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The stay is perfect for a group of 24 or families with children.

We very much enjoyed our weekend at Royale Roanne with our small children and small approach. It is highly recommended and especially the pool and the jacuzzi was TOP. We'll be back but in a long weekend.

The house offers a lot for a stay of a large group of people with many children in nature. The reception was very friendly. Our expectations for the holiday home have come true. Everything was clean and usable.

House in itself is ok. Practical furnishings, nice facilities, spacious rooms. Good for families with children from the age of 10. But there are also defects: no usable WiFi (with 0.8Mbps vs 4G with 26Mbps!), Very damp in the hall, chlorine levels in the swimming pool much too high, we also noticed some leaks ceiling. We received no help from the landlord when reporting the problem with the wifi.

We are a group of 15 colleagues "s been a weekend away from the hospital and have really enjoyed the house. Upon entering you are already overwhelmed by large living room, nice kitchen, all the luxury and especially the pool and the outdoor jacuzzi . We have a nice stay behind. Very nice home, cared for, everything is fine and luxurious enough. More entertainment option such as had liked tennis and preferably in a separate room. Around the house lacks greenery and opportunity for the children to play outside, this is the street too close.

It was a super weekend with 24 women between the ages of 27-51 years. Where we are going, the house is fine. We just want to chill out and chat. The house is very nice and cozy, rooms are big enough. Bedrooms and bathrooms are super fine and worst complication clean. Well a couple of hiccups, the sauna was not hot and the pool was stabbing at 27 degrees. In contrast, the hammam was delicious. The kitchen does need a hefty supplement and is not designed for that much cooking. The dishwasher is a travesty. Luckily we had 48 hands that could wash well! The homeowner was also a very nice man, but french and a little bit of English.

Pool great, nice walk in the woods with the grandchildren. 10 adults and 8 children a great house. Each with its own bathroom and toilet fine. There was no teapot and jug present size, and the dishwasher was fast but it was too cold and there was no basket for cutlery, so we often had to wash by hand.

We had a wonderful holiday really enjoyed the spacious house sometimes you walked together wrong. We were with adult and children enjoyed swimming and enjoyed the sauna. We would do it again top.

We have been there with 4 families with 2 children. The giant is better than expected, everything was fine and it was neat. Eating local caterer was also well kept. Even in bad weather we have been able to deal with all the activities you could do. Within us well The only weird thing I found that we could not inspect themselves the meter at the beginning and end, so I hope that the final settlement will not fall too expensive.

The stay was wonderful. We were with many teenagers and despite the rain we had a great time with all the facilities, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pool table and table football. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is also very nice.
