We have been in this house. Midweek in September 2013 on a holiday with friends 9 As young students, we found that the price it was very good! The cottage is very well equipped spacious rooms, kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment, the living room was cozy and had plenty of seating, the TV has HDMI connection which we "night photo" s and have been able to watch movies. Also, you can easily connect a Playstation (SingStar!). The relaxation area with steam bath, sauna, fireplace, sun beds and a shower (and toilet) we felt blessed! The rooms were equipped with pillows and blankets. The only sad thing we found that there was no sink in each room (there was only one). The garden is spacious enough to do outdoor games and you can eat at the table under the shelter. The area is blessed! You can go anywhere on the property (as long as you watch out for the electric fence of the horses), so you are just a minute's walk away from the Amel. Coo except there is not much to do in the vicinity, but that was no problem for us. During the day we made nice walks through beautiful countryside to Stoumont, La Gleize and Coo. "In the evening we relaxed in our cottage. Definitely a must for nature lovers, hikers and tranquility!

Great house to enjoy. Delicious and good sauna steam generator (Hamam). The steam generator made it (needs maintenance). Lot of noise The house is very old and the door handles and associated mechanics are too. You always had time in order to open a door. The handle between living room and kitchen was almost completely loose (and it was a relief when every time you close that door was open on). This also applied to the handle between the bedroom and bathroom. All lamps were fitted Ikea CFLs. Nice economical, but it took a few minutes each vorodat light fully burned. We stayed a week with 2 families in this farm, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The stay at Au Pre Fleuri is our very birth. A lovely quiet stay, from which you fine walks in the wonderful Ardennes. At home, it is a pleasure to relax in the beautiful relaxation area with steam room and sauna and then to fall for the fantastic fireplace. The ground floor with kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV, seating and relaxation area are all in the atmosphere of this region in the Ardennes. A nice French speaking lady where we could get the key, the meter positions and the house was for us! It was a fantastic weekend partly due to the beautiful weather. (Sorry we could only get in at 17.00) We actually lived outside in the beautiful nature at and around the cottage. There are nice walks and mountain biking can be very good . The coo falls are within walking distance.The cottage was cozy with lots of space. And oh occasionally a spider web or a cracking floor that belongs to such a house. The sanitary facilities were clean and also the floors. We also enjoyed the sauna and the steam bath. I would like to give some tips for the kitchen! In the dishes was not everything clean, if you do not use things, they will be a bit messy, and some of the pans we have washed before we used them. Maybe a tip to keep it all the time in the dishwasher We laughed every morning at the table knives that were so bloody !! There were 2 beds on the first floor bad, so maybe worth a visit! This really is a beautiful authentic house where the owners with lots of love and care the wooden beams and floors and old stone walls have been restored. Of these, enjoying the sometimes take for granted sloping floors, the house has a nice atmosphere, with two great fireplaces, one of which is in the relaxation room, where we very often hung! It was a cozy country house with a Turkish bath, sauna, solarium. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and Wifi. We stayed a week in this house with 7 adults and a baby of one year. The house is beautifully situated on the river and you can easily walk to the Coo waterfalls to visit. There was also plenty of documentation on the environment. The beds were pretty good and the bathroom adequate but the drains were not properly of showers. There was, however, similar work is made. The location is top for people who love nature. Both sporting and passive. The interior is in urgent need of renovation! This really is a beautiful authentic house where the owners with lots of love and care the wooden beams and floors and old stone walls have been restored. Of these, enjoying the sometimes take for granted sloping floors, the house has a nice atmosphere, with two great fireplaces, one of which is in the relaxation room, where we very often hung! As "n space more rarely, with sauna, solarium, steam room, spinning bike, massage shower and deckchairs, cozy relaxing with a glass of the great wood fire! The view from the garden is magnificent, you look over the valley of the Ambleve, you hear the water flowing, birds everywhere, and about once an hour train ride on the old railway bridge over the river. This house is for peace seekers, hikers, there is a reasonably equipped kitchen, the bathroom is plenty available, though we missed an extra sink. The beds are good, the mattress 1 meter wide (think of the fitted sheets!) to put together, and there is even a cot and a high chair. There is a lovely outdoor seating, good seats, the owner is very friendly, in short, it is a place that we can recommend. Just returned from our stay .. we really had a great weekend! What a nice house with stunning views, great relaxation room and covered barbecue table ... very nice! We will definitely return! Only slight downside is the bathroom in the bedrooms (easy) but that was a trifle .. We are super happy! There are also many possibilities for excursions in the neighborhood, but you did not even need to be as "a fireplace in sauna and steam bath .. heeeeeeerlijk! Highly recommended!

We have been in this house. Midweek in September 2013 on a holiday with friends 9 As young students, we found that the price it was very good! The cottage is very well equipped spacious rooms, kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment, the living room was cozy and had plenty of seating, the TV has HDMI connection which we "night photo" s and have been able to watch movies. Also, you can easily connect a Playstation (SingStar!). The relaxation area with steam bath, sauna, fireplace, sun beds and a shower (and toilet) we felt blessed! The rooms were equipped with pillows and blankets. The only sad thing we found that there was no sink in each room (there was only one). The garden is spacious enough to do outdoor games and you can eat at the table under the shelter. The area is blessed! You can go anywhere on the property (as long as you watch out for the electric fence of the horses), so you are just a minute's walk away from the Amel. Coo except there is not much to do in the vicinity, but that was no problem for us. During the day we made nice walks through beautiful countryside to Stoumont, La Gleize and Coo. "In the evening we relaxed in our cottage. Definitely a must for nature lovers, hikers and tranquility!

we have super enjoyed the relaxation room. super beautiful fireplace in the lounge area, beautiful scenery and beautiful walks. very easy to walk to walk. to the waterfalls of Coo close to the house is also a stream, where we enjoyed having canoe rowed from Coo and then passed the house. delicious! all highly recommended, except really obvious flaw is lack of sanitation. to wash. especially for the sleepers above, only one toilet with small sink to brush your teeth or your face have each a shower in the room, but that is not used by us, partly because of the fantastic sauna area downstairs.

Great house to enjoy. Delicious and good sauna steam generator (Hamam). The steam generator made it (needs maintenance). Lot of noise The house is very old and the door handles and associated mechanics are too. You always had time in order to open a door. The handle between living room and kitchen was almost completely loose (and it was a relief when every time you close that door was open on). This also applied to the handle between the bedroom and bathroom. All lamps were fitted Ikea CFLs. Nice economical, but it took a few minutes each vorodat light fully burned. Not useful in toilets and other places wherever you are short.

Beautiful surroundings and uitzicht.Echter the road to the house is slecht.Ligging in the middle of nowhere! The interior of the renovated farmhouse was functioneel.Geen microwave aanwezig.Ruime bedrooms. On each floor is a toilet and shower gelegenheid.Een bakery in the village we have not found, drove to Coo.Al all had a nice weekend with the family.

Rented a house in Belgium many times. This really stood out. Kwa location, quiet space. Authentic old house. Good kitchen and equipment. House was fine. It looked medieval and it smelled of burned wood. Good beds, large kitchen, nice sauna. The Turkish bath has not only worked 1x. For this we have the owner trying to reach on the phone that we received on arrival, but got no answer. This is a bummer. Furthermore, all top.

We booked a week with 10 people with a year-end party for the week to a good start. It is a nice house with character where you as a group socializing can dwell. The bedrooms meet, the kitchen and living room offer certainly plenty comfort and relaxation area with sauna, steam bath, solarium and fireplace is a great asset for the people who want to relax (get away from the bustle of the group ;-)) The owners are very friendly with people you can go with any vragen.De environment invites definitely out for walks (especially in the snow)! Since you are in a valley about it during the winter is recommended that winter tires or snow chains fitted. Highly recommended, we look forward to the next trip!

This is a traditional house with plenty of comfort. The most special part of this house is the wellness room with beautiful fireplace. To recommend is to take waxine lights and candles. Then you get into this house a special atmosphere. Do not take the road (Wérimont) from the village to this house, because that is halfway unpaved, narrow and muddy. La Venne advice take the road to the house.

A nice French speaking lady where we could get the key, the meter positions and the house was for us! It was a fantastic weekend partly due to the beautiful weather. (Sorry we could only get in at 17.00) We actually lived outside in the beautiful nature at and around the cottage. There are nice walks and mountain biking can be very good . The coo falls are within walking distance.The cottage was cozy with lots of space. And oh occasionally a spider web or a cracking floor that belongs to such a house. The sanitary facilities were clean and also the floors. We also enjoyed the sauna and the steam bath. I would like to give some tips for the kitchen! In the dishes was not everything clean, if you do not use things, they will be a bit messy, and some of the pans we have washed before we used them. Maybe a tip to keep it all the time in the dishwasher We laughed every morning at the table knives that were so bloody !! There were 2 beds on the first floor bad, so maybe worth a visit! But that does not mean we have had a lovely weekend in the Ardennes, already 10 o'clock departure was a bit early, an hour later would be more relaxing with 9 people !!
