We were warmly welcomed by the owner of our holiday home. It's a pity that he did not speak Dutch but with some German we could also get out of the way. Beautiful accommodation. Especially the air hockey table and the football game were in taste in the youth. Quiet setting despite a busy road nearby. Enough to do nearby, but especially in the summer.

Great big house. House is dated, but equipped with every comfort. Large bedrooms and fine beds. Kindly received by the owner, but you really need to speak French to understand him. Very friendly welcome, excellent explanation about the house and useful tips on the possibilities in the area. The layout of the house is very comfortable, ideal for families with (small) children. The combination with the garden is a trick. The house is relatively close to the center of Stavelot, very close to the Ravel (cycling / hiking trail) and together with the three houses in the immediate area has a private plot with ample parking.

Le Jardin de Marjolaine was a blissful home to stay because it had everything to make it a fantastic (family) weekend of a fitness / wellness room into one big recreation room with table football table and air hockey table! Also in the kitchen was fully equipped to cook. The bedrooms were spacious enough and the bathroom tidy. In short, this house is highly recommended and we were sorry that we had not made mid-week, because the location was very interesting for young and old!

We have three of us really enjoyed our weekend in Stavelot with our 6 children. The property was beautifully located and did not want for anything. The children enjoyed themselves both in the garden and in the gym and game room. And we have mostly enjoyed the spacious beautiful veranda and garden with incredible views. We are also very well received on arrival and are themselves uitgewaaid by the owners on departure. We felt really welcome there. Definitely recommended and worth repeating !!!

Close to a busy main road that you can hear well, "at night it is very quiet, the house itself is located on a road with only local traffic. Large supermarket nearby. We had a great holiday. Nice house, decent beds. House was cleaned well. During the stay the rope of the swing broke. Owner immediately got a new swing and repaired it. Owner can only speak French and German. Perhaps we will come back here.

Everything was fine, even a lot of household items in the cupboards, which you would not expect at a holiday home. The house was clean and the garden was well cared for. We have been in the greenhouse a lot, a lot, super! The barbecue and other attributes for outside were also present. Also a bonus is the basement with the play equipment. In short, super. The house is beautiful, in a fantastically beautiful environment and really very clean and tidy. We were well received by the owner and received a good explanation. The house is large, spacious and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and it is wonderful to stay in the conservatory at the back of the house, with a beautiful view of the hills behind. Although we stayed during the winter, the garden house was a nice addition, especially because it contained a number of BBQs ideal for our winter barbecue, and the games room in the basement (with table football, bar and air hockey was very popular with Our young people! * very friendly reception! the house was in a very clean condition! the interior was very practical and gave privacy to the different housemates! kitchen was equipped with all appliances and for a family who likes to cook, this was very pleasant. even a washer and dryer was tbs. the relaxation room in the basement was a nice place for the big and the small people! also for the youngest grandchildren there was a garden shed with toys! quiet environment despite being located close to a main road. at the departure it was asked what could be improved but that is too little to mention. all acomodations in nearby area !! nice holiday and worth repeating. Beautiful villa, somewhat dated but that added to the charm. Multiple rooms mean that seclusion is possible even in larger groups. Beautiful view over the hedge of the garden (deer spotted just behind the garden!). Personal big fan of the porch.The bed on the ground floor had a good mattress, the rest of the double beds even a very good.The only downside was the busy job where the house is located, but if that does not bother, a fine house for an Ardennes holiday.

We were neatly received at the agreed time, first got a tour of the accommodation. The stay was fully equipped, also very clean. Complete kitchen so cooking for 8 people was no problem. Cot, camp bed and high chair for the smallest were also present, so that saved a lot of space in the car. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. A large kitchen, beautiful conservatory to sit in the evening, plenty of bedrooms with bathrooms and also a game room in the basement. The sauna is also recommended!

There is also plenty to do in the area for both adults and children.

Accommodation was moderate, however clean. Some rooms had no shower, so often than outdated and sometimes not even hot water. In the kitchen knifes and no cheese slicer. We go every year with the same group of eight (seven this year in connection with construction of a house) friends a long weekend (Friday \/ Monday) away. We already have many places and had different accommodations, but this home is certainly very high in our top! The outside looks very neat and the inside is good for each other. Nice bedrooms, plenty of restrooms and a nice, spacious, modern living room and kitchen where it's very good stay. Most of our group always take a mountain bike, and here in this region it is simply amazing ride! We have traveled routes at Coo and Malmedy, and it was really fun. Furthermore, the house was very neatly and well maintained. We have never second time booked the same cottage, but here we would like to come back !!

Just one week back. We were with his five, four adults and 2 years old child. We loved it. Beautiful big villa, fully equipped. Spotless !! Everything was there in the kitchen, (electric juicer, oven dishes, enough cutlery and crockery. Towel, aluminum foil and so you could not name it, I missed only serving.
