Spacious house, very large garden, parking space, wide view over the valley, no direct neighbors. Modern kitchen, induction, oven, microwave, well equipped. Basic bathroom but good hot shower. Central heating also works very well. Smart TV with Netflix. Friendly owners (French speaking). We had a wonderful weekend, agreed in Malmedy with a taxi to take us to Signal and walked back to Malmedy, the next day walked around the castle and the barrage at Robertville. Top weekend!

In Dutch: It is a large house, spacious rooms, complete kitchen. The house is dated, which is also its charm. The location of the house is very nice; quietly located and many hiking opportunities directly from the house. The house is in need of maintenance, single glazing, the air heating (oil fired) heats intermittently and makes quite a racket.
The bathroom (bath/shower) is small, works well, but it is impossible to keep the floor dry. There is no bath mat provided.
There appeared to be a leak from the roof in the blue bedroom. In the same bedroom, a bedside lamp does not work properly (connection half loose) and a bedside lamp cannot be used because there is no socket nearby.
Nevertheless, we had a nice stay in Stavelot!

What a nice view there. A lovely garden and lots of space. Kitchen facilities fine. The shower can be better, is very tight and leaking. a 2nd toilet would be nice. On the flies after a great house. And Coo can be reached on foot with a nice walk. No idea how it is when it is cold, we had good weather. In short, had a wonderful week.

But the House was really super bad, worn sofa, wooden chairs and dining table, very bad beds. And then the Landlord also dared to ask for a 200, - deposit for what!!!?... 200, - that was plus minus the total value of the contents of the house!!... Upon arrival, we immediately got the keys, the owner was friendly and helpful. The interior of the house is what gedemodeerd (worn furniture and seats, skirting boards that were loose from the wall) .The lighting was minimal only 2 Wall lamps and a few lamps, as well as the bedroom .The bathroom is very small, and there is only one toilet. The kitchen looked recently renovated, and everything was provided. The house is also a real energy consumer for 6 day stay we had to pay costs for heating, electricity and water are € 160 afterwards) The house is located on a very quiet location where one in good weather with a beautiful view over the region.

We, a 6-day girlfriend group, had a wonderful weekend at Stavelot. The cottage is fully equipped. Especially from the kitchen we were very well equipped from potato knife to salad spinach. At the dining table you can enjoy tasty snacks and a good glass of wine. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good (no back problems). One minus the house has only glass, which cools in quickly. We had a nice fire to get it warm in the living room, the rest of the house was wonderfully fresh. But that does not weigh up against the positives house was clean, beautiful location, good atmosphere and a warm welcome there was a bottle of bubbles ready in the fridge! Overall, a recommendation!

Very charming house in a beautiful location. Fantastic view. In winter it is very cold here as it is rather poorly insulated. The heating quickly makes it pleasant in the living room, but that will of course cost some extra money. And it stays fresh in the bedrooms, but I personally didn't mind that very much. All in all, a nice spacious house. Slightly dated but that also gives it its charm. Nice large garden where you can sit and bbq in good weather. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

We got a smooth and accurate onthaal.Het was a nice, well-kept house. Pity the heater made so much noise. The "warm air" we are not so practical and proved quite expensive !! The rooms are well maintained. A lovely garden with lots of sun and shade. You see paragliders come over regularly. At the front a beautiful view. You occasionally see a deer, a hunting cat, and sometimes very beautiful birds of prey. The surroundings are beautiful. Now that the neighbor's cows were not there, there were fewer fly nuisances. Beautiful walks to Coo and Niglispo and surroundings.

The location of the cottage is ideal! We have been able to make a super nice (guided with signs) walk without having to take the car first (the starting point is less than 3 minutes away). The town of Stavelot / Coo is super cozy to wander around and have a terrace.The old character of the house / furniture does not disturb, on the contrary, it is a part of its charm. It is nice to stay in the large garden where we had a view of a meadow with horses / cows. The view in front of the house is fantastic, just a postcard. We would really recommend this cottage. We had temperatures around 28 to 30 degrees, but in the house / bedrooms itself it stayed nice and cool. We had a child of 20 months who was not bothered by the heat at night, ideal! The house was clean and well maintained, bathroom is a bit on the small side.Haar 1 toilet for 6 personen.Supergoed had received at the pick up the key.

Weekend races at Spa Francorchamps circuit. Distance to the circuit is good, despite that this should by car. The house is beautiful, with a fantastic view from the front porch and a beautiful garden behind. Although the decor was perfectly in order and clean, has the "brown" grandparents atmosphere is not our personal preference. The kitchen was a setback old and a mess, and in some boxes we found (dirty) job stuff to. Well it was really clean and everything is in place as extensive as you want to cook, which is a plus again. The only small downstairs bathroom is sufficient for us if you are with full occupancy. A second bathroom upstairs was really a loss. The beds were good! So all in all a fantastic house in a beautiful place, but we would argue for some modernization personally.

What we have again enjoyed. This was the 2nd time we had booked this house. The lovely large garden for the kids and of course for us to relax in the garden. S "evening relax on the couch. Only the choice of TV channels is less, but it's good belgium and they can not of course for every language all station there on it. So the rumikub is well used. I just had a weekend in this holiday. The house is very big and has incredible views, or at the front instead of at the rear (garden) The rooms are fine and very large. one room has a small opvouwbankje where you can sleep on anything I would not recommend it. The cottage is therefore suitable for 7 than for 8 men. The cost of the energy is relatively high. Spacious house, very large garden, parking space, wide view over the valley, no direct neighbors. Modern kitchen, induction, oven, microwave, well equipped. Basic bathroom but good hot shower. Central heating also works very well. Smart TV with Netflix. Friendly owners (French speaking). We had a wonderful weekend, agreed in Malmedy with a taxi to take us to Signal and walked back to Malmedy, the next day walked around the castle and the barrage at Robertville. Top weekend!

We were surprised by the ligging.Kom you Star, then the neighboring house terribly, you'll Coo then is the house fantastic.The is a spacious house, the bedrooms are fine, the bedding is schoon.Helaas was the cot to replacement was missing including a spijl.De living room is very spacious for five adults and two small children and a hond.Wij enjoyed the view.

Weekend races at Spa Francorchamps circuit. Distance to the circuit is good, despite that this should by car. The house is beautiful, with a fantastic view from the front porch and a beautiful garden behind. Although the decor was perfectly in order and clean, has the "brown" grandparents atmosphere is not our personal preference. The kitchen was a setback old and a mess, and in some boxes we found (dirty) job stuff to. Well it was really clean and everything is in place as extensive as you want to cook, which is a plus again. The only small downstairs bathroom is sufficient for us if you are with full occupancy. A second bathroom upstairs was really a loss. The beds were good! So all in all a fantastic house in a beautiful place, but we would argue for some modernization personally.

What we have again enjoyed. This was the 2nd time we had booked this house. The lovely large garden for the kids and of course for us to relax in the garden. S "evening relax on the couch. Only the choice of TV channels is less, but it's good belgium and they can not of course for every language all station there on it. So the rumikub is well used. Delicious slept and enjoyed the views from all kamers.Volgend year!!

I just had a weekend in this holiday. The house is very big and has incredible views, or at the front instead of at the rear (garden) The rooms are fine and very large. one room has a small opvouwbankje where you can sleep on anything I would not recommend it. The cottage is therefore suitable for 7 than for 8 men. The cost of the energy is relatively high. This is partly that there is oil fired and you can warm the rooms not individually lit because of hot air. In addition, current € 0.50 per kWh. I was after a weekend lost about 37 €. The atmosphere is rustic and farmhouse style. all devices for cooking and eating and drinking are plentiful. Note that the equipment is nothing. Small old TV and audio system is a clock radio. But the House was really super bad, worn sofa, wooden chairs and dining table, very bad beds. The house in Stavelot is beautifully situated and has a huge garden (grass). Very nice to sit in. The house was fine. The bathroom is very small and very wet. Furthermore, plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. In short, a nice stay.

Very charming house in a beautiful location. Fantastic view. In winter it is very cold here as it is rather poorly insulated. The heating quickly makes it pleasant in the living room, but that will of course cost some extra money. And it stays fresh in the bedrooms, but I personally didn't mind that very much. All in all, a nice spacious house. Slightly dated but that also gives it its charm. Nice large garden where you can sit and bbq in good weather. We really enjoyed ourselves here.

The arrival was friendly.The accommodation is spacious and pleasant. The bathroom is tight and you always have to mop, better the sitz bath and a normal shower. A lovely garden with lots of sun and shade. You see paragliders come over regularly. At the front a beautiful view. You occasionally see a deer, a hunting cat, and sometimes very beautiful birds of prey. The surroundings are beautiful. Now that the neighbor's cows were not there, there were fewer fly nuisances. What a nice view there. A lovely garden and lots of space. Kitchen facilities fine. The shower can be better, is very tight and leaking. a 2nd toilet would be nice. On the flies after a great house. And Coo can be reached on foot with a nice walk. No idea how it is when it is cold, we had good weather. In short, had a wonderful week.

The location of the cottage is ideal! We have been able to make a super nice (guided with signs) walk without having to take the car first (the starting point is less than 3 minutes away). The town of Stavelot / Coo is super cozy to wander around and have a terrace.The old character of the house / furniture does not disturb, on the contrary, it is a part of its charm. It is nice to stay in the large garden where we had a view of a meadow with horses / cows. The view in front of the house is fantastic, just a postcard. We would really recommend this cottage. We had temperatures around 28 to 30 degrees, but in the house / bedrooms itself it stayed nice and cool. We had a child of 20 months who was not bothered by the heat at night, ideal! The house was clean and well maintained, bathroom is a bit on the small side.Haar 1 toilet for 6 personen.Supergoed had received at the pick up the key.

We, a 6-day girlfriend group, had a wonderful weekend at Stavelot. The cottage is fully equipped. Especially from the kitchen we were very well equipped from potato knife to salad spinach. At the dining table you can enjoy tasty snacks and a good glass of wine. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good (no back problems). One minus the house has only glass, which cools in quickly. We had a nice fire to get it warm in the living room, the rest of the house was wonderfully fresh. But that does not weigh up against the positives house was clean, beautiful location, good atmosphere and a warm welcome there was a bottle of bubbles ready in the fridge! Overall, a recommendation!

We got a smooth and accurate onthaal.Het was a nice, well-kept house. Pity the heater made so much noise. The "warm air" we are not so practical and proved quite expensive !! The rooms are well maintained. One bathroom for so many people is really weinig.De assets of this cottage are quiet, green area, beautiful gardens and views over the dal.We experienced a beautiful time.Our dog could roam freely in the garden.

The interior of the house is what gedemodeerd (worn furniture and seats, skirting boards that were loose from the wall) .The lighting was minimal only 2 Wall lamps and a few lamps, as well as the bedroom .The bathroom is very small, and there is only one toilet.
