Having 4 bedrooms and good living space, this is a lovely cottage in Baugnez for 14 guests. You can unwind in privacy in the relaxation area with sauna and shower. The cottage is ideal for a large family, two smaller families, or several couples.
The Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau are nearby. There are opportunities for many walks and bike rides. Restaurants are at 500 m. Ski lift is at 500 m. Supermarkets and nightlife are at 3 km. Lake is at 5 km for a swim.
The cottage has central heating. From the living room, you can move on the terrace that offers peace and tranquility. You can enjoy barbecue evenings with a glass of wine in the furnished garden. For children, a boule's court, a trampoline, and play equipment are present. There is a playroom with table football and billiards as well. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

Too bad there are only 2 double beds. And the beds are in urgent need of replacement. And that the photos are deceiving because of the playground, it seems as if it is right next to it, but there is another street in between, so you do not have a direct view of the children. For the rest, a pleasant stay.

Beautiful complex met all expectations. Also not bothered by the other guests. Complex consists of 2 parts each for 14 and then a smaller one for 3-6 people. Everything was present, very friendly welcome. The complex was beautifully decorated in the Christmas spirit. There was even a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the spacious living room. Furthermore, a good base for exploring the region. The neighboring farm also provides the necessary entertainment (birth of a calf)

Everything was present comfortable house, nice game room, but decent flying windows and doors would be welcome, had a lot of flies in the house as it is near the farm we had a super nice weekend with all of us 😉

Beautiful, spacious gite with well equipped kitchen. Because of the beautiful Christmas tree and other decorations it was very nice to stay. The owner received us very friendly and as a gift there was already a box of cookies ready for us. Our entire company was very satisfied with our stay. The playroom and sauna were also very popular and grateful use was made of that. Why then as a good assessment rather than fantastic? Because fantastic for us equals ten to ten which means that everything was perfect. Actually we should be able to give VERY GOOD as an assessment here.

House in perfect order everything you need is available. Clean, enough space, enough material and nice sauna and play cellar and outdoor children's play area. Friendly welcome and the children were attending the milking cows a special experience. Beautiful environment to create from there nice walks. To highlight one downside it takes a long time before you get hot water in the kitchen - a tank bottom might be a solution. Maybe the stairs close to the top with a door curtain instead because of the noise that is heard over a little too much - especially with children in all had together a very nice weekend! Thanks!

With our children and six grandchildren it was a great weekend on the farm! The kids can play inside and out with plenty of toys and bicycles, swing, seesaw ....... milking cows was a super event! We also walked fine! Also with the buggy was no problem to walk in the woods! When we left early income grandkids We come back here soon?

We arrived 1 1/2 hours earlier, did not have to wait but there were in the same. Room enough for everyone (10 people and one dog), a delightful recreation area that make good use is.Bij arrival was a large box of delicious cookies that we have feasted. Even the weather was much better than expected. It is worth repeating.

Grandma was 70! and treated children and grandchildren and our two pets (dogs) on a great weekend! Lovely house, nicely and comfortably furnished, each bedroom has a bathroom, what a luxury! A large game room for children and adults and the nice weather, all outdoor facilities (trampoline, petanque, sandpit, tractor) tested! We were milking the cows, the goats and chickens fascinated grandchildren immensely, overall it was a great weekend in a prime location!!

To celebrate the 50jarige wedding anniversary of our parents, we went with four extended families to Les Pâturages, including five with small children (2 to 7 years) and 2 teenagers (14 and 15). The bakery is close (by car!), Lots of lovely walks nearby and if it's raining or too cold, there is a games room. And culminating were allowed to milk the cows. Les Pâturages is a very well maintained and well equipped home for a pleasant holiday. Its location in the vicinity of Malmedy is ideal. We enjoyed our family weekend.

House was just fine. Too bad it's a townhouse. As a result, you are still slightly less than the free-standing houses in the Ardennes. Furthermore, a good house, compact and cozy.

Late arrival was no problem, as long as a phone. Upon arrival we were very friendly welcome, tour and was pleasantly surprised. Our house was beautifully wrapped in Christmas and very clean. The kitchen and living room are super organized and large enough. You have nothing to short. A visit to the farm was no problem. Thank you!

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very suitable for larger groups or families. Location is quiet, and at a reasonable distance, there is plenty to do or see. For us a reason to come back to.
