Robertville is located 49 km south-east of Liège, and located on the edge of Robertville, 50 m from the famous Robertville lake, is this four-sided villa is surrounded by a large garden. From the villa, you will find beautiful walking paths which will lead you around the lake, to the Warche valley and to the castle of Reinhardstein. The layout of the home is varied: a large bar with billiards and knickers overlooks the outdoor barbecue area.
Beautiful hiking trails start next to the villa around Lake Robertville (80 m), to the Warche Valley and Reinhardstein Castle. The area is also ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The ski lift and cross-country skiing facilities are just 3 km from the house.
There is a cinema with an HDMI projector and a Dolby surround system, and the kitchen offers you a superb view of the large 3500 m garden with two levels, connected by a safety staircase. Rental to groups of young people is prohibited. Notably, this is an exclusively non-smoking house.

Mamy 3 rodziny był bardzo przyjemny pobyt w tym domu przestronne i luksusowe. Wnętrze zostało starannie opracowane i właściciel robi wszystko, aby nadać mu schludny. Biorąc pod uwagę ostry ton w książce domu, to wyraźnie to, co złe doświadczenia w przeszłości. Zarówno piękne i ze złą pogodą to jest dobre miejsce. Na miłych dni można przejść do do pływania w pobliżu jeziora Robertville. Istnieje Play Off basen dla dzieci i jakie obiekty gry. Dla odważnych jest też wysoka trampolina. Istnieją również na domowych krzeseł komfortowy salon z poduszkami do ogrodu. Dla dzieci niewielki krąg utorował dla rowerów, wraz z 2 huśtawkami i zjeżdżalnią. Ogród jest przestronny i krowy od czasu do czasu sąsiada Mijając. Piekarnia jest bardzo zbliżony do świeżego chleba, sklep spożywczy potrzebuje trochę dalej. Domek znajduje się na drogie stronie, ale wtedy też coś.

In the weekend of 13, 14 and 15 March 2009 we were guests in this beautiful villa.In total we were 17 adults. And we warenn with z 'n all agree that it is fantastic accomodations. There is a lovely bar with billiards and cozy woodstove. The sauna' s are exceptional and the cinema makes it absolutely complete. The bedrooms are great! Shame we "only" a weekend could enjoy.

In the basement a nice bar with pool table and mini cinema (beamer with HDMI cable and DVD player and good sound) Wifi is sufficient for app and ziggo go. We were already for the 5th year in this fantastic villa. The owner has more time to maintain his property and it shows. Inside was everything beautifully repainted and he told us about the plans for next year include more playground for children, a terrace with wooden table for outdoor and digital (Dutch?) With 15 people (45-75) during weekends 19 to 22 November 2010.Zeer pleasant welcome by the owner. Super house with all comfort. The necessary privacy for each couple was insured by the rooms with excellent beds and each with a private bathroom with WC. Most time was spent in the basement. The cinema hall is top. Very well kept Hotel Bellavista. The house is beautiful and quiet location, ideal for all walks both on paved roads through fields and forests. The village of Robertville is within walking distance to the necessary errands (baker, butcher, ...) Highly recommended. We are already beginning to look out for a new booking date.

We go for five years with 14 friends (and now even children) every year for a holiday in the Ardennes. This is so far the nicest house where we've been. Especially the cellar was well received with a wellness room, bar with pool table, relaxation room, games room and cinema. Something for everyone. This house is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the house gives little noise. People who wish to relax, do not suffer from the people downstairs in the bar at the feast celebrating point.The only downside that we can think of is that the bathrooms have a bath, no shower rod in order to hang the shower head as you just want a shower. Everything else is perfect!

Beautiful large garden which was lovely with the nice weather.
But I think you can also enjoy yourself in bad weather, there is plenty of room.
However, it would be nicer to have a shower cabin instead of a bath in some rooms. Less dangerous for an elderly group!

Yet there are some comments - the stone steps are not handrails, which can be dangerous for older people. In half of the bathrooms there is no shower but a bath, which makes washing for older people more difficult. On your website it is mentioned that the price includes waste, bed linen, and final cleaning !! Nevertheless, we receive a separate invoice. Is this normal ?

Garden was a wilderness, kitchen cabinets without door knocks, the pool table was neatly attached with plastic bags, no chalk etc etc. wallpaper was unloaded 3 fridges but operation ???? This in the basement was set at 2 but within 8 o'clock a bottle of Duvel was frozen. This in the kitchen was on max but water was not really cold etc.

We had a very pleasant stay in Robertville with 4 families with 9 children together. Very spacious house, practical kitchen, comfortable living space, ample bedrooms, huge basement with bar, sauna, pool table, games room, cinema ... Sidenote three years ago we stayed in the same house and was then compared with the general condition deteriorated some (dials of stove vanished, garden furniture damaged ed.). However, these are minor details in an otherwise very pleasant location.

We have our family had a wonderful holiday. We were 5 couples and it's nice that they all have their own bathroom also with the little ones. The house has something for every taste she was able poulen, watching movies or sitting reading. But you can also go hiking with rain and there are enough starting corners in the neighborhood. The vaatwasssers and washing machine works fine. When you sit with 11 men aantafel my husband and I are rich people! We really enjoyed together.

We are from May 20, 2011 t / m 27 May 2011 guest in this beautiful house with 10 adults and two small children, we have greatly enjoyed thanks to the huge room and many bedrooms with private bathroom which was super deluxe. the larger had a good time with the cinema hall and billiards. This was our 2nd time in Wallonia and this time, the last time well made with a very friendly owner who spoke Dutch well and was very helpful. The only downside was that the garden was surrounded by 2 points after the garden and there really ended and the children there in the barbed fall. We are very satisfied.

We have 3 families had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and luxurious home. The interior has been carefully compiled and the owner does everything to give it a tidy. Given the harsh tone in the house book, they clearly what bad experiences in the past. Both beautiful and with bad weather it is a good place. On nice days you can go to for swimming near the lake of Robertville. There is a play off pool for the kids and what game objects. For the brave there is also a high diving board. There are also at the house comfortable lounge chairs with cushions for the garden. For the children a small circle paved for bicycles, along with 2 swings and a slide. The garden is spacious and the cows from the occasional neighbor walking past. The bakery is very close to fresh bread, a grocery store needs a little further away. The cottage is on the pricey side, but then you also get something.

A great house. Ideal for large families with (small) children. We enjoyed the basement with games room, relaxation area and sauna, billiards and cinema. All rooms are spacious with private badkamer.De area is nice and there is plenty to do for everyone, but yes if you so "cool n have rented house you do not really go out and do not mind if the weather is against . We are also in November before, but in the summer it might be even better. There is a large garden around the house from the basement and there is access to a large terrace with BBQ. Highly recommended for small children!

Great house with nice, spacious rooms. Almost every room has its own bathroom, which is also nice. We had beautiful weather, but even if it is against you, there is more than enough to do here. We have been going to the Ardennes for about twenty-five years in a row at the beginning of September and this house is in our top three. Highly recommended.

Several times I have rented a house for a group of 18 people.This location was definitely the best. What has been promised, is certainly true gemaakt.Het house is in excellent condition. Fewer plates than places to sleep, too few glasses and knives, etc. etc. And the second WIFI amplifier that was lost two years ago has still not been replaced. So no WiFi in bedrooms. In itself we had a nice holiday. And we have resigned ourselves to the shortcomings. We have now been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the deposit to be refunded. And the owner doesn't respond. As well as Belvilla indicating that we just have to wait. Hence this review. We think other potential tenants should know this.

A fantastic house, beautifully situated, enough privacy and good layout for a large group! However, downsides, the beds are in need of new mattresses and there will be a serious need for better cleaning. In particular, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen had not been cleaned properly for a while, dirty edges in the toilet bowl. Gore microwave and oven etc. Windows dirty, very unfortunate, while you pay quite a lot of money for the final cleaning. The kitchen utensils may also be expanded with cutlery and good kitchen knives, cutting boards, bowls of glasses, etc.

We were warmly received by the owner. The house has all the necessary amenities with a garden where banks, chairs and sun loungers can be found. The cinemas room and the billiards make that you are not bored. In the area one can make beautiful walks, both flat (around the lake) and hilly (around the castle). One can walk to the bakery, butcher and a restaurant, an ideal location.

The arrival was good and the transfer and explanation of the house by the owner perfect, very friendly. The accommodation was nice, some could be renewed. The house and grounds are very large, can be used very well by families with children. The house has a lot to offer (games room, cinema, spa area etc ..). We liked the surroundings very much.

We had a family group of 13 adults a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Everyone was overwhelmed by the many facilities, each room has a private bathroom with toilet, sauna, cinema room and recreation room with billiards and beer and barbecue area outside. We have the 2nd week of June is also able to sit outside barbecuing and sunbathing. The outdoor furniture is luxurious with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and 8 comfortable loungers. In the house description is not stated that there is also a breakfast room, as the owner who is appointed. We have used that space to play games. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks French but also German and Dutch. We noticed that the people in this French region in Dutch you respond when they notice that your Dutch spreekt.Kortom in many respects we had a fantastic week and we will come back next year.

A great accommodation, well located in a very quiet area. Even in unfavorable weather conditions, many options in the basement (billiards/playroom for the little ones/ great cinema with good projector/ amazing sauna and steam cabin/ nice bar (fridge turned out to be broken)). A great and large garden with good garden furniture (mattresses need renewal). Great, well-located and well-equipped barbecue area. Good kitchen inventory (coffee maker, Senseo, etc.). The dining room sounded hollow and loud. Good beds in mostly spacious bedrooms. Very good bath, shower, and other sanitary facilities. The art on the walls was very special. Throughout the house, "Le jeu de l'Oie" (the game of goose) was depicted in various paintings.

But I think you can also enjoy yourself in bad weather, there is plenty of room.
However, it would be nicer to have a shower cabin instead of a bath in some rooms. Less dangerous for an elderly group!

We will stay in this house as pleasant, adequate rooms which also have a nice decor. Lots of storage in kitchen and 2nd fridge is very pleasant for larger groups. Still just a tip which is not the house but has to do with the environment (nature): take anti-marten repellent to your wiring of the car to be treated, otherwise it may be that you in the morning for surprises to stand.

With 15 people (45-75) during weekends 19 to 22 November 2010.Zeer pleasant welcome by the owner. Super house with all comfort. The necessary privacy for each couple was insured by the rooms with excellent beds and each with a private bathroom with WC. Most time was spent in the basement. The cinema hall is top. Very well kept Hotel Bellavista. The house is beautiful and quiet location, ideal for all walks both on paved roads through fields and forests. The village of Robertville is within walking distance to the necessary errands (baker, butcher, ...) Highly recommended. We are already beginning to look out for a new booking date.

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is situated on a hill in a well maintained garden. We have our family had a wonderful holiday. We were 5 couples and it's nice that they all have their own bathroom also with the little ones. The house has something for every taste she was able poulen, watching movies or sitting reading. But you can also go hiking with rain and there are enough starting corners in the neighborhood. The vaatwasssers and washing machine works fine. When you sit with 11 men aantafel my husband and I are rich people! We really enjoyed together.

It is a lovely house who like to stay with people of different ages and with different needs. The decor is somewhat dated and obsolete, there would have to be looked at. Also, it was not clean, dirt in the kitchen drawers, trash closing does not stink. Broken crockery. Moreover, lay the bedding from the previous tenant all weekend in the hallway. Very spacious house, practical kitchen, comfortable living space, ample bedrooms, huge basement with bar, sauna, pool table, games room, cinema ... Sidenote three years ago we stayed in the same house and was then compared with the general condition deteriorated some (dials of stove vanished, garden furniture damaged ed.). However, these are minor details in an otherwise very pleasant location.

We had a great time in this lovely cottage. We were very kindly received by the owner. The rooms and bathrooms (save that every room has its own bathroom) were all very neat. The ground floor with cinema, bar and spa was great! Also, a very nice environment, with the lake of Robertville just around the corner. Only minus was perhaps that the garden could be a little better maintained (pictured 's looks better than the real thing), but that may have to do with the time we were there (just after the winter).

Garden was a wilderness, kitchen cabinets without door knocks, the pool table was neatly attached with plastic bags, no chalk etc etc. wallpaper was unloaded 3 fridges but operation ???? This in the basement was set at 2 but within 8 o'clock a bottle of Duvel was frozen. This in the kitchen was on max but water was not really cold etc.

The bar downstairs has something cozy. The basement with a beamer, where you can watch movies is also great. The sauna and steam room were very tidy and hygienically clean. Only outside can be much better. The BBQ fireplace is not so good and the price for the BBQ is not as pleasant as the pictures on the website, but for us a 10/10 for the location and 9/10 for the house in total.

We go for five years with 14 friends (and now even children) every year for a holiday in the Ardennes. This is so far the nicest house where we've been. Especially the cellar was well received with a wellness room, bar with pool table, relaxation room, games room and cinema. Something for everyone. This house is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the house gives little noise. People who wish to relax, do not suffer from the people downstairs in the bar at the feast celebrating point.The only downside that we can think of is that the bathrooms have a bath, no shower rod in order to hang the shower head as you just want a shower. Everything else is perfect!

We are from May 20, 2011 t / m 27 May 2011 guest in this beautiful house with 10 adults and two small children, we have greatly enjoyed thanks to the huge room and many bedrooms with private bathroom which was super deluxe. the larger had a good time with the cinema hall and billiards. This was our 2nd time in Wallonia and this time, the last time well made with a very friendly owner who spoke Dutch well and was very helpful. The only downside was that the garden was surrounded by 2 points after the garden and there really ended and the children there in the barbed fall. We are very satisfied.

Yet there are some comments - the stone steps are not handrails, which can be dangerous for older people. In half of the bathrooms there is no shower but a bath, which makes washing for older people more difficult. On your website it is mentioned that the price includes waste, bed linen, and final cleaning !! Nevertheless, we receive a separate invoice. Is this normal ?

The house was very great. Large, spacious, light, modern. Everything you need was there. The cinema was a great success for our family. Very nice that all rooms had a private bathroom. Nice to have a big long table in the kitchen, with bright colors around us. You did not necessarily have to leave. Everyone could do anything. The billiards was also a success. My mother, 85 years old, she really enjoyed the cinema and the billiard table.

On arrival Pierre gave us the most important "usage" instructions, not too long, but most necessary. We enjoyed all the facilities that the house offers: large garden - pool table - sauna - children's playroom. There was something for everyone for our company. Made beautiful walks and cycled on the Venn-Bahn. Awesome.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting where you only a few minutes walk from the bakery zit.Wij had no small children but there are stair gates everywhere geplaatst.Er children's dishes available and a separate fitted speelkamer.Voor 168 - cleaning I expect do that, rather aanwwezige, cobwebs taken away for you enter the house.

Nice house for a big gang. We were on family weekend with 16 people. Everything is sufficient to make it a very nice weekend. The sauna and billiard table were a real added value. The 2 dishwashers were also very welcome. Minuses not parasol or sun tent outside, crockery was not all clean, the garden is sloppy because there is a lot of weeds between the planting. Would also be nice if the frigos are already on arrival, but all in all very nice and worth repeating

The arrival was easy, the landlord contacted us by phone and expected us. The cottage is luxuriously furnished but poorly maintained. The garden is very nice, the house is fantastically located, the environment with many hiking possibilities.

The check-in / out was uncomplicated and trustful. The house, as you can see in the photos, is in great condition. We were there with 18 adults and everyone was satisfied. The inventory, premises, spa area, everything in perfect condition. We can recommend this house without reservation.

We had a family group of 13 adults a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Everyone was overwhelmed by the many facilities, each room has a private bathroom with toilet, sauna, cinema room and recreation room with billiards and beer and barbecue area outside. We have the 2nd week of June is also able to sit outside barbecuing and sunbathing. The outdoor furniture is luxurious with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and 8 comfortable loungers. In the house description is not stated that there is also a breakfast room, as the owner who is appointed. We have used that space to play games. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks French but also German and Dutch. We noticed that the people in this French region in Dutch you respond when they notice that your Dutch spreekt.Kortom in many respects we had a fantastic week and we will come back next year.

For the 2nd consecutive year we were in this huis.Voor a group of our size do not you think such a house soon everyone a private room with bathroom and then continue all the extra "s as billiards, sauna, cinema room and lovely garden with sunbeds. We now had beautiful weather, but also less you can have lots of fun again. Moreover, the surroundings are beautiful. However some more guests wrote, the house seems more neglected compared to last year. Last year we the owner of small cases reported, some were not recovered this year. Last year we received during our stay no contact with the owner, which this year went much better. The owner is very nice and very helpful and different things fixed right away. What is continued and was the sixth best cooker knobs bothersome work there are only two. It's a shame this beautiful house and we hope that the owner again find time to pay more attention. to this house

For the 7th time in this fantastic house, tastefully decorated, stayed. Once again we enjoyed the spacious rooms with private bathroom, the cinema, the spacious garden and the beautiful surroundings. The owner was again very helpful as usual. We will come again next year

We have 3 families had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and luxurious home. The interior has been carefully compiled and the owner does everything to give it a tidy. Given the harsh tone in the house book, they clearly what bad experiences in the past. Both beautiful and with bad weather it is a good place. On nice days you can go to for swimming near the lake of Robertville. There is a play off pool for the kids and what game objects. For the brave there is also a high diving board. There are also at the house comfortable lounge chairs with cushions for the garden. For the children a small circle paved for bicycles, along with 2 swings and a slide. The garden is spacious and the cows from the occasional neighbor walking past. The bakery is very close to fresh bread, a grocery store needs a little further away. The cottage is on the pricey side, but then you also get something.

Oct 22 to Oct 29, 2021 visited with sixteen people. A nice house with excellent facilities. Each room has a bath/shower with toilet. In the basement a nice bar with pool table and mini cinema (beamer with HDMI cable and DVD player and good sound) Wifi is sufficient for app and ziggo go. Streaming is not good.Sauna and steam cabin are prima.Grote garden and various seating areas around the houseWalking around the reservoir starts at the door if you want (5.2 km walk) in short, highly recommended for a family week.

We are with the family (18 men strong) have been in this house, a very nice house, very spacious, some things just can even use an update, but all fine. We sat with an illness of our oldest traveler (85 years) there had to be hospitalized, the owner (Robert) was very helpful. In the time we have been there we have absolutely enjoyed.

Spacious house with many possibilities. The maintenance is quite dated. We had nice days, but the contact with the owner did not go well after departure. Deposit is non-refundable and we do not receive a response to questions about this.

Great house with nice, spacious rooms. Almost every room has its own bathroom, which is also nice. We had beautiful weather, but even if it is against you, there is more than enough to do here. We have been going to the Ardennes for about twenty-five years in a row at the beginning of September and this house is in our top three. Highly recommended.

Several times I have rented a house for a group of 18 people.This location was definitely the best. What has been promised, is certainly true gemaakt.Het house is in excellent condition. Highly recommended. The contact with the owner was plezierig.Het administrative area was nicely handled by Belvilla.

For the 8th time we were a group of 11 adults in this beautiful house. It is just a pity that although it is possible, there is still no subscription to Dutch TV channels, while there are clearly many Dutch guests.

We were already for the 5th year in this fantastic villa. The owner has more time to maintain his property and it shows. Inside was everything beautifully repainted and he told us about the plans for next year include more playground for children, a terrace with wooden table for outdoor and digital (Dutch?) Televisie.Hij asked us to attention and called itself the gardening, indeed, even broken lights come every year, but when you call or email them or replaced immediately.
