For the 11th year, we were in this house. The house was cleaner than ever this year, as a professional company was hired. As usual, owner Pierre is very helpful; if there are complaints, they are immediately resolved. So we were again satisfied. Although some things are incomprehensible. Last year, a beautiful large new TV was purchased in the living room with Dutch channels that we had been asking for years. However, this year again no Dutch channels. The reason: subscription not renewed. This is not very professional towards your (also many) Dutch guests. In the end, it worked out well after 4 days! A new oven was also purchased with only an instruction manual in Italian and buttons without text or icons. That caused quite a bit of annoyance. We did receive 6 delicious bottles of wine, so you can't stay angry.

We were in the accommodation in mid-July and still have not received the deposit back by the end of September. We did not damage anything and left everything clean and tidy. We have tried to contact the landlord through several emails, even by post and via belvilla. Unfortunately, no response.

Ons verblijf in het huis was goed. Er waren voldoende kamers en douches wat aangenaam was. De omgeving was leuk om te verblijven. Het was er niet erg proper. Onze waarborg is na 2 weken nog niet teruggestort, terwijl dit wel zo beloofd was bij aankomst. We hebben al berichten gestuurd en gebeld maar jammer genoeg komt er geen reactie.

We go for five years with 14 friends (and now even children) every year for a holiday in the Ardennes. This is so far the nicest house where we've been. Especially the cellar was well received with a wellness room, bar with pool table, relaxation room, games room and cinema. Something for everyone. This house is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the house gives little noise. People who wish to relax, do not suffer from the people downstairs in the bar at the feast celebrating point.The only downside that we can think of is that the bathrooms have a bath, no shower rod in order to hang the shower head as you just want a shower. We are from May 20, 2011 t / m 27 May 2011 guest in this beautiful house with 10 adults and two small children, we have greatly enjoyed thanks to the huge room and many bedrooms with private bathroom which was super deluxe. the larger had a good time with the cinema hall and billiards. This was our 2nd time in Wallonia and this time, the last time well made with a very friendly owner who spoke Dutch well and was very helpful. The only downside was that the garden was surrounded by 2 points after the garden and there really ended and the children there in the barbed fall. We are very satisfied.

We have 3 families had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and luxurious home. The interior has been carefully compiled and the owner does everything to give it a tidy. Given the harsh tone in the house book, they clearly what bad experiences in the past. Both beautiful and with bad weather it is a good place. On nice days you can go to for swimming near the lake of Robertville. There is a play off pool for the kids and what game objects. For the brave there is also a high diving board. There are also at the house comfortable lounge chairs with cushions for the garden. For the children a small circle paved for bicycles, along with 2 swings and a slide. The garden is spacious and the cows from the occasional neighbor walking past. The bakery is very close to fresh bread, a grocery store needs a little further away. The cottage is on the pricey side, but then you also get something.

A great house. Ideal for large families with (small) children. We enjoyed the basement with games room, relaxation area and sauna, billiards and cinema. All rooms are spacious with private badkamer.De area is nice and there is plenty to do for everyone, but yes if you so "cool n have rented house you do not really go out and do not mind if the weather is against . We are also in November before, but in the summer it might be even better. There is a large garden around the house from the basement and there is access to a large terrace with BBQ. Highly recommended for small children!

Great house with nice, spacious rooms. Almost every room has its own bathroom, which is also nice. We had beautiful weather, but even if it is against you, there is more than enough to do here. We have been going to the Ardennes for about twenty-five years in a row at the beginning of September and this house is in our top three. Highly recommended.

Several times I have rented a house for a group of 18 people.This location was definitely the best. What has been promised, is certainly true gemaakt.Het house is in excellent condition. House really wasn't cleaned. The cleaners would have forgotten the dirty sheets in the hall. But behind the benches, chips, dog ball?, half sandwich, puzzle. Dirty underpants under the bed in the bedroom. Sauna did not work like 2
years ago neither. And now no technician could be booked? As much as 50,- discount on almost 4000. Many switches, lamps, etc. are broken. Fewer plates than places to sleep, too few glasses and knives, etc. etc. And the second WIFI amplifier that was lost two years ago has still not been replaced. So no WiFi in bedrooms. In itself we had a nice holiday. And we have resigned ourselves to the shortcomings. We have now been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the deposit to be refunded. And the owner doesn't respond. As well as Belvilla indicating that we just have to wait. Hence this review. We think other potential tenants should know this.

A fantastic house, beautifully situated, enough privacy and good layout for a large group! However, downsides, the beds are in need of new mattresses and there will be a serious need for better cleaning. In particular, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen had not been cleaned properly for a while, dirty edges in the toilet bowl. Gore microwave and oven etc. Windows dirty, very unfortunate, while you pay quite a lot of money for the final cleaning. The kitchen utensils may also be expanded with cutlery and good kitchen knives, cutting boards, bowls of glasses, etc.

We were warmly received by the owner. The house has all the necessary amenities with a garden where banks, chairs and sun loungers can be found. We had a family group of 13 adults a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Everyone was overwhelmed by the many facilities, each room has a private bathroom with toilet, sauna, cinema room and recreation room with billiards and beer and barbecue area outside. We have the 2nd week of June is also able to sit outside barbecuing and sunbathing. The outdoor furniture is luxurious with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and 8 comfortable loungers. In the house description is not stated that there is also a breakfast room, as the owner who is appointed. We have used that space to play games. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks French but also German and Dutch. We noticed that the people in this French region in Dutch you respond when they notice that your Dutch spreekt.Kortom in many respects we had a fantastic week and we will come back next year.

We have used this house with 14 people (including 2 babies) in the period of July 24 - July 31, 2009.
A great accommodation, well located in a very quiet area. Even in unfavorable weather conditions, many options in the basement (billiards/playroom for the little ones/ great cinema with good projector/ amazing sauna and steam cabin/ nice bar (fridge turned out to be broken)). A great and large garden with good garden furniture (mattresses need renewal). Great, well-located and well-equipped barbecue area. Good kitchen inventory (coffee maker, Senseo, etc.). The dining room sounded hollow and loud. Good beds in mostly spacious bedrooms. Very good bath, shower, and other sanitary facilities. The art on the walls was very special. Throughout the house, "Le jeu de l'Oie" (the game of goose) was depicted in various paintings.

Beautiful large garden which was lovely with the nice weather.

But I think you can also enjoy yourself in bad weather, there is plenty of room.

However, it would be nicer to have a shower cabin instead of a bath in some rooms. Less dangerous for an elderly group!

We will stay in this house as pleasant, adequate rooms which also have a nice decor. Lots of storage in kitchen and 2nd fridge is very pleasant for larger groups. Still just a tip which is not the house but has to do with the environment (nature): take anti-marten repellent to your wiring of the car to be treated, otherwise it may be that you in the morning for surprises to stand.

The necessary privacy for each couple was insured by the rooms with excellent beds and each with a private bathroom with WC. Most time was spent in the basement. The cinema hall is top. Very well kept Hotel Bellavista. The house is beautiful and quiet location, ideal for all walks both on paved roads through fields and forests. We had a great time in this lovely cottage. We were very kindly received by the owner. The rooms and bathrooms (save that every room has its own bathroom) were all very neat. The ground floor with cinema, bar and spa was great! Also, a very nice environment, with the lake of Robertville just around the corner. Only minus was perhaps that the garden could be a little better maintained (pictured 's looks better than the real thing), but that may have to do with the time we were there (just after the winter).

Nice house with plenty of space, but urgent renovation. Garden was a wilderness, kitchen cabinets without door knocks, the pool table was neatly attached with plastic bags, no chalk etc etc. wallpaper was unloaded 3 fridges but operation ???? This in the basement was set at 2 but within 8 o'clock a bottle of Duvel was frozen. This in the kitchen was on max but water was not really cold etc.

Arrival was sober. but OK. Maintenance outside can be much better. Inside everything neat. The layouts for large groups are fantastic. Each has its own toilet and bathroom. The bar downstairs has something cozy. The basement with a beamer, where you can watch movies is also great. The sauna and steam room were very tidy and hygienically clean. Only outside can be much better. The BBQ fireplace is not so good and the price for the BBQ is not as pleasant as the pictures on the website, but for us a 10/10 for the location and 9/10 for the house in total.

We were in this fantastic house for the 6th year and know the owner very well nowadays. Every year there are improvements, so a robot mower was purchased this year. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the house gives little noise. Yet there are some comments - the stone steps are not handrails, which can be dangerous for older people. In half of the bathrooms there is no shower but a bath, which makes washing for older people more difficult. On your website it is mentioned that the price includes waste, bed linen, and final cleaning !! Nevertheless, we receive a separate invoice. Is this normal ?

Huge plus for us was the basement where we 'evening one could tune up while the kids were sleeping upstairs without it we woke them up. On arrival Pierre gave us the most important "usage" instructions, not too long, but most necessary. We enjoyed all the facilities that the house offers: large garden - pool table - sauna - children's playroom. There was something for everyone for our company. Made beautiful walks and cycled on the Venn-Bahn. Awesome.

Nice house for a big gang. We were on family weekend with 16 people. Everything is sufficient to make it a very nice weekend. The sauna and billiard table were a real added value. The arrival was easy, the landlord contacted us by phone and expected us. The cottage is luxuriously furnished but poorly maintained. The garden is very nice, the house is fantastically located, the environment with many hiking possibilities.

The check-in / out was uncomplicated and trustful. The house, as you can see in the photos, is in great condition. We were there with 18 adults and everyone was satisfied. The inventory, premises, spa area, everything in perfect condition. We can recommend this house without reservation.

We had a family group of 13 adults a wonderful stay in this lovely house. Everyone was overwhelmed by the many facilities, each room has a private bathroom with toilet, sauna, cinema room and recreation room with billiards and beer and barbecue area outside. We have the 2nd week of June is also able to sit outside barbecuing and sunbathing. The outdoor furniture is luxurious with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and 8 comfortable loungers. In the house description is not stated that there is also a breakfast room, as the owner who is appointed. We have used that space to play games. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks French but also German and Dutch. We noticed that the people in this French region in Dutch you respond when they notice that your Dutch spreekt.Kortom in many respects we had a fantastic week and we will come back next year.

We have 3 families had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and luxurious home. The interior has been carefully compiled and the owner does everything to give it a tidy. Given the harsh tone in the house book, they clearly what bad experiences in the past. Both beautiful and with bad weather it is a good place. On nice days you can go to for swimming near the lake of Robertville. There is a play off pool for the kids and what game objects. For the brave there is also a high diving board. The garden is spacious and the cows from the occasional neighbor walking past. The bakery is very close to fresh bread, a grocery store needs a little further away. Oct 22 to Oct 29, 2021 visited with sixteen people. A nice house with excellent facilities. Each room has a bath/shower with toilet. In the basement a nice bar with pool table and mini cinema (beamer with HDMI cable and DVD player and good sound) Wifi is sufficient for app and ziggo go. Streaming is not good.Sauna and steam cabin are prima.Grote garden and various seating areas around the houseWalking around the reservoir starts at the door if you want (5.2 km walk) in short, highly recommended for a family week.

We stayed in this villa for a weekend with friends. What a lovely home! Everything is great! Lots of space, nice beds and lots of entertainment. Landlord Pierre is a very friendly host.

We are with the family (18 men strong) have been in this house, a very nice house, very spacious, some things just can even use an update, but all fine. We sat with an illness of our oldest traveler (85 years) there had to be hospitalized, the owner (Robert) was very helpful. In the time we have been there we have absolutely enjoyed.

Spacious house with many possibilities. The maintenance is quite dated. We had nice days, but the contact with the owner did not go well after departure. Deposit is non-refundable and we do not receive a response to questions about this.

We were already for the 5th year in this fantastic villa. The owner has more time to maintain his property and it shows.
