Visit August 2018 what we first noticed was no outside view, only to the courtyard. The indoor area was very bumpy, broken fence where children could walk away. Fence was also crooked (stood on collapse). Wall with loose pieces of natural stone through which child has fallen. The house is very disappointing. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, one was even so filthy from the mold that we had to vacate this room and moved the beds to other rooms. The stench could not be done. The bathroom floors are a lot of tarpaulin, there is moisture underneath and that is not to keep clean. Great mold stains and stench as a result. Many fly in, at night there were mice running around, these just walked past if you were sitting still. We are surprised that there are so many positive reactions about the house. The pool is good, not too hot, but if you are in it, do it well. The jacuzzi is a separate story, it can only be on one stand, maximum, control buttons were broken. So that is 40 degrees, far too hot. The water (not clean but filled with swimming pool water!) Is not clean after 2 days. Chlorine was worked out and there was no new available. Black soot particles came out of the chimney so outside you could not sit on a part of the terrain. We had to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, children are constantly walking in that part of the garden. A pipe in a few bedrooms has been hot for three nights, nobody knows where it went, because all radiators were turned off. This was later set out by staff. No group space to sit with 21 people, except for the kitchen. In the room 8 large chairs. Unfortunately, I can not include photographs of the situation here, but they speak volumes, we will not come here any more, we will first have to thoroughly clean and renovate.

Just before arrival we contacted the manager of the property. On arrival the manager was present. In halting English, we have received information and completed the formalities. We went with a group of 11 friends around 20 years to La Coupe de Champagne. The house is ideal for large groups. Three days had bad weather but the pool house that was no problem. The house was poorly maintained and very dirty. The fitted sheets were dusty and dirty. There were cobwebs in all the rooms, even in the cabinets, so we couldn't use the cabinets. Kitchen appliances were also dirty; the grill was covered in melted old cheese. We asked for compensation and ultimately received a 100 euro discount on the 300 euro cleaning costs, even though it was clear that the accommodation had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, we go to the Ardennes every year and love to return to an accommodation if we are satisfied, but that is not the case here.

- 2 weeks before our stay we received an email from Belvilla telling us that our house was no longer available for "operational reasons"! They suggested alternatives that were either more expensive or did not meet our requirements at all. In the end, in a roundabout way, I managed to reach someone on the phone, who made every effort to find something.
- Compensation is then allegedly charged because you have to rebook, but this is misleading, because when you make a new booking, you will receive that discount anyway
- A deposit of 1,500 euros must be paid in CASH (!); We only received this (minus consumption) back 2.5 weeks later
- The contact person was helpful and responded quickly. For example, there were far too few dessert spoons, so she brought them almost immediately
- The house itself was okay, but there were several shortcomings: not every bedroom was equally clean, here and there a heating system that did not work, the kitchen was spacious, but otherwise (except for the pool house) you do not have a large space anywhere to relax on the couch with everyone
- There was way too much chlorine in the swimming pool; our swimsuits have completely lost their color and are therefore all to be thrown away. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the owner and chlorine had been added twice. The contact person would ask the owner for a "gesture" for this, but this did not happen.
- Attention people: the energy consumption is enormous; We paid almost 500 euros for consumption for a weekend! This on top of the rent means that it was not cheap accommodation after all.
All in all, we are left with a sour feeling; I don't think we will book with Belvilla for a group again.

The property is not recommended because it is too neglected for the standard offered and absolutely overpriced! First of all: Our travel group has been meeting annually since 2006 in a group house (in recent years usually booked through Belvilla). So I have a rough idea of market prices and what you can expect for your money.The property consists of two houses. On the one hand there is a bungalow part, which houses a pool, whirlpool and sauna, among other things. This building is recent (70's or 80's). The pools work as far as possible. There is also a foosball table, an air hockey table, a pool table and a seating area. The sauna area smells a bit musty. The main building is much older (18th century). This is an old farmhouse that has been converted into a group house. However, this conversion seems very improvised and does not appear to have been carried out professionally. Savings were made at all possible ends. Attention tall people: the height of the doors is around 1.80 m in some cases. I suffered a mild concussion when I hit my head. The sanitary facilities have been cut corners and corners. The dishwasher is long past its prime and only partially washes the dishes. The kitchen is completely without hot running water. Here you have to make do with a kettle. The overall condition of the house is shocking! In some places the PVC floor is sticking out. A clever sealing of the wet rooms is not recognizable. Proper bathrooms are virtually non-existent. Bathroom amateurs have started. Tiles are dirty and have mold. There is an unpleasant smell in most parts of the house. Here with 11 adults and 6 children stayed a midweek from 25-10-2021 to 29-10-2021. On arrival had good explanation and reception from the caretaker (or in poor English). The entire group has developed a skin disease due to the folliculitis bacteria from the hot tub. The already quite unkind landlord was not pleased that we made a comment about this and asked us not to "harass" her anymore. Also, the house was not exactly clean on arrival so there is still a lot to improve on hygiene at this accommodation. The landlord tried to generate extra income from every little thing. For example, we bought extra waste bags that were slightly larger than the bags that were already in the house. The house is really very spacious and you can retreat through the different buildings even when a large group is staying. We were 18 friends and spent a week over New Years in the house. The pool area is very nice and there are also many entertainment options such as table football, billiards, sauna, pool and darts. It doesn't get boring so quickly, the contact was also very nice and everything went well despite communication difficulties. We could have a good conversation with hands, feet and cell phone :-) We had a problem with the heating for a short time which was immediately rectified. The landlord was always available and still very discreet. The house is very old and there are many low doors and sometimes low ceilings. But the very big men in our group also coped with it. It is a really old building but it is well maintained. Of course, you can also find defects in such a building if you are looking for it, but it is obviously maintained with love. The additional costs are quite high, but you already know this in advance and is not one with 1 week pool and sauna use Surprise. The mattresses were also absolutely fine. A lot of use was made of the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and all the table games that were there. The sauna and the infrared cabin have also been used extensively. The house itself is spacious enough for all people, the chick is well equipped with pans and is also really conceived. on 20 people which was very nice. It is a somewhat older home but we thought that was nice, our tall men had to bend at every door because the frame was so low. The only downside we found the outdated bathrooms and showers, which may be renewed. But for the rest it was a fantastic weekend and worth repeating.

Not on each tab are delicious but lots of space with cozy corners , a fireplace to get around to nest and above all the fantastic swimming pool with sauna and infra red. Excellent group accommodation for groups (young and old). Our group consisted of 16 persons, from 4 - to 70-year olds and there was something for everyone to enjoy themselves. Both in and around the property and in the (walking) environment. Old farmhouse beautifully renovated with preservation of old elements. And yet the desired luxury inside. With indoor pool, sauna jacouzzi, bar, large kitchen, etc. We also had the weather, for beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity.

The house was poorly maintained and very dirty. The sheets were dusty and dirty. In all the rooms, there were cobwebs, even in the cabinets, so we could not use the cabinets. Kitchen appliances were also dirty; the grill was covered in melted old cheese. We asked for compensation and ultimately received a discount of 100 euros from the 300 euros cleaning costs, while it was obvious that the accommodation had not been cleaned. We went with a group of 11 friends around 20 years to La Coupe de Champagne. The house is ideal for large groups. Three days had bad weather but the pool house that was no problem. Since it is indeed always around 25/30 degrees. Service was fine, everything in advance uitgelegd.Het house was well situated detached, and the owner does not live there next to URL, which gives you a nice sense of privacy hebt.Het house itself is very spacious, so you do not suffer from one another as you're in the house with 11 people. The setting is also lovely. Small supermarket is 5/10 minutes drive and the Carrefour is enjoyed delicious rijden.We fifteen minutes from our holiday and this certainly also recommend to other groups of friends!

Visit August 2018 what we first noticed was no outside view, only to the courtyard. The indoor area was very bumpy, broken fence where children could walk away. Fence was also crooked (stood on collapse). Wall with loose pieces of natural stone through which child has fallen. The house is very disappointing. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, one was even so filthy from the mold that we had to vacate this room and moved the beds to other rooms. The stench could not be done. The bathroom floors are a lot of tarpaulin, there is moisture underneath and that is not to keep clean. Great mold stains and stench as a result. Many fly in, at night there were mice running around, these just walked past if you were sitting still. We are surprised that there are so many positive reactions about the house. The pool is good, not too hot, but if you are in it, do it well. The jacuzzi is a separate story, it can only be on one stand, maximum, control buttons were broken. So that is 40 degrees, far too hot. The water (not clean but filled with swimming pool water!) Is not clean after 2 days. Chlorine was worked out and there was no new available. Black soot particles came out of the chimney so outside you could not sit on a part of the terrain. We had to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, children are constantly walking in that part of the garden. A pipe in a few bedrooms has been hot for three nights, nobody knows where it went, because all radiators were turned off. This was later set out by staff. No group space to sit with 21 people, except for the kitchen. In the room 8 large chairs. Unfortunately, I can not include photographs of the situation here, but they speak volumes, we will not come here any more, we will first have to thoroughly clean and renovate.

Just before arrival we contacted the manager of the property. On arrival the manager was present. In halting English, we have received information and completed the formalities. With a large group is fine in terms of space and amenities to spend a week in this property. One should not be too critical look at the state of the property (and hear ...) The house is really very spacious and you can retreat through the different buildings even when a large group is staying. We were 18 friends and spent a week over New Years in the house. The pool area is very nice and there are also many entertainment options such as table football, billiards, sauna, pool and darts. It doesn't get boring so quickly, the contact was also very nice and everything went well despite communication difficulties. We could have a good conversation with hands, feet and cell phone :-) We had a problem with the heating for a short time which was immediately rectified. The landlord was always available and still very discreet. The house is very old and there are many low doors and sometimes low ceilings. But the very big men in our group also coped with it. It is a really old building but it is well maintained. Of course, you can also find defects in such a building if you are looking for it, but it is obviously maintained with love. The additional costs are quite high, but you already know this in advance and is not one with 1 week pool and sauna use Surprise. The mattresses were also absolutely fine. - 2 weeks before our stay we received an email from Belvilla telling us that our house was no longer available for "operational reasons"! They suggested alternatives that were either more expensive or did not meet our requirements at all. In the end, in a roundabout way, I managed to reach someone on the phone, who made every effort to find something.
- Compensation is then allegedly charged because you have to rebook, but this is misleading, because when you make a new booking, you will receive that discount anyway
- A deposit of 1,500 euros must be paid in CASH (!); We only received this (minus consumption) back 2.5 weeks later
- The contact person was helpful and responded quickly. For example, there were far too few dessert spoons, so she brought them almost immediately
- The house itself was okay, but there were several shortcomings: not every bedroom was equally clean, here and there a heating system that did not work, the kitchen was spacious, but otherwise (except for the pool house) you do not have a large space anywhere to relax on the couch with everyone
- There was way too much chlorine in the swimming pool; our swimsuits have completely lost their color and are therefore all to be thrown away. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the owner and chlorine had been added twice. The contact person would ask the owner for a "gesture" for this, but this did not happen.
- Attention people: the energy consumption is enormous; We paid almost 500 euros for consumption for a weekend! This on top of the rent means that it was not cheap accommodation after all.
All in all, we are left with a sour feeling; I don't think we will book with Belvilla for a group again.

The property is not recommended because it is too neglected for the standard offered and absolutely overpriced! First of all: Our travel group has been meeting annually since 2006 in a group house (in recent years usually booked through Belvilla). So I have a rough idea of market prices and what you can expect for your money.The property consists of two houses. On the one hand there is a bungalow part, which houses a pool, whirlpool and sauna, among other things. This building is recent (70's or 80's). The pools work as far as possible. There is also a foosball table, an air hockey table, a pool table and a seating area. The sauna area smells a bit musty. The main building is much older (18th century). This is an old farmhouse that has been converted into a group house. However, this conversion seems very improvised and does not appear to have been carried out professionally. Savings were made at all possible ends. Attention tall people: the height of the doors is around 1.80 m in some cases. I suffered a mild concussion when I hit my head. The sanitary facilities have been cut corners and corners. The dishwasher is long past its prime and only partially washes the dishes. The kitchen is completely without hot running water. Here you have to make do with a kettle. The overall condition of the house is shocking! In some places the PVC floor is sticking out. A clever sealing of the wet rooms is not recognizable. Rustic old-fashioned house. Pool values don't seem correct because you can't see the ground. You can't get a Jacuzzi heated up to 36 degrees. The entire group has developed a skin disease due to the folliculitis bacteria from the hot tub. The already quite unkind landlord was not pleased that we made a comment about this and asked us not to "harass" her anymore. Also, the house was not exactly clean on arrival so there is still a lot to improve on hygiene at this accommodation. The landlord tried to generate extra income from every little thing. For example, we bought extra waste bags that were slightly larger than the bags that were already in the house. To process this, we had to pay €8 per bag, which is double the normal price of €4, which is already quite high. Although we generally had a nice weekend, the sour aftertaste lingers for a long time. Until now we have had almost only very pleasant experiences with Belvilla, but this was certainly not one of them.

We have the whole family (19 people) really enjoyed our stay. Excellent rooms with good beds (sometimes it was bad or very close beside the bed). Lovely kitchen with all amenities and all necessary keukengerei.Met enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna 's and all the games especially the (older) kids (the additional costs of heating were quite high!). Moreover delicious walked in the immediate vicinity and eaten in Malmedy.

Our week-end with 20 fellow "s in the Belvilla" la Coupe de Champagne "was not a euphemism but really imbued with homely cosiness as a holiday - your very own holiday home - must be. Not on each tab are delicious but lots of space with cozy corners , a fireplace to get around to nest and above all the fantastic swimming pool with sauna and infra red. Following a-recommended-walk in the High Fens was "coming home" in this fantastic farmstead above the lake of Robertville. A jacuzzi "La Coupe de Champagne" is not a metaphor but really enjoy!

Quiet, cozy, spacious house with lots of recreational opportunities for young and old. Adequate space and privacy for several couples and / or children. Excellent group accommodation for groups (young and old). Our group consisted of 16 persons, from 4 - to 70-year olds and there was something for everyone to enjoy themselves. Just back from a weekend with friends. It was a rainy weekend, but because the house had so much to offer, we enjoyed ourselves just fine. Two years ago we stayed with our family for a weekend in this property. Because we had a good time when we decided to book again. This time, we were shocked by the poor state finds everything. Many devices are broken or malfunctioning and cleanliness leaves something to be desired. At the end of January I spent a weekend in this house with character with a group of 18 friends. The reception was fine, and after you have signed all the papers you will be left completely alone for the rest of the weekend. The house is clean and in a nice area, suitable for long walks. Despite the fact that it rained for a large part of the Whitsun weekend, we still had a pleasant weekend. This also due to the good accommodation. Several table games and a complete wellness area including a large swimming pool.The rooms were also spacious and the chill on arrival was quickly dissipated by a high-performance central heating. The house is really very spacious and you can retreat through the different buildings even when a large group is staying. We were 18 friends and spent a week over New Years in the house. The pool area is very nice and there are also many entertainment options such as table football, billiards, sauna, pool and darts. It doesn't get boring so quickly, the contact was also very nice and everything went well despite communication difficulties. We could have a good conversation with hands, feet and cell phone :-) We had a problem with the heating for a short time which was immediately rectified. The landlord was always available and still very discreet. The house is very old and there are many low doors and sometimes low ceilings. But the very big men in our group also coped with it. It is a really old building but it is well maintained. Of course, you can also find defects in such a building if you are looking for it, but it is obviously maintained with love. The additional costs are quite high, but you already know this in advance and is not one with 1 week pool and sauna use Surprise. The mattresses were also absolutely fine. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious for such a large group, which I know from other houses, but if you are looking for something for a large group and do not expect a new building, I can really recommend this house. We have been the weekend of 04-10-2019 to 07-10-2019 in Waimes with 20 people.On arrival we were received by Francoise a very friendly lady who showed us around the house.We have despite the whole bad weather enjoyed! A lot of use was made of the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and all the table games that were there. The sauna and the infrared cabin have also been used extensively. The house itself is spacious enough for all people, the chick is well equipped with pans and is also really conceived. on 20 people which was very nice. It is a somewhat older home but we thought that was nice, our tall men had to bend at every door because the frame was so low. The only downside we found the outdated bathrooms and showers, which may be renewed. But for the rest it was a fantastic weekend and worth repeating.

It was a good reception. We had asked in advance if we could come earlier. That was no problem. Françoise was very friendly. Where we had been polished, we were already allowed to install. Top. Visit August 2018 what we first noticed was no outside view, only to the courtyard. The indoor area was very bumpy, broken fence where children could walk away. Fence was also crooked (stood on collapse). Wall with loose pieces of natural stone through which child has fallen. The house is very disappointing. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, one was even so filthy from the mold that we had to vacate this room and moved the beds to other rooms. The stench could not be done. The bathroom floors are a lot of tarpaulin, there is moisture underneath and that is not to keep clean. Great mold stains and stench as a result. Many fly in, at night there were mice running around, these just walked past if you were sitting still. We are surprised that there are so many positive reactions about the house. The pool is good, not too hot, but if you are in it, do it well. The jacuzzi is a separate story, it can only be on one stand, maximum, control buttons were broken. So that is 40 degrees, far too hot. The water (not clean but filled with swimming pool water!) Is not clean after 2 days. Chlorine was worked out and there was no new available. Black soot particles came out of the chimney so outside you could not sit on a part of the terrain. We had to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, children are constantly walking in that part of the garden. A pipe in a few bedrooms has been hot for three nights, nobody knows where it went, because all radiators were turned off. This was later set out by staff. No group space to sit with 21 people, except for the kitchen. In the room 8 large chairs. Unfortunately, I can not include photographs of the situation here, but they speak volumes, we will not come here any more, we will first have to thoroughly clean and renovate.
