It was the second time that we stayed here with the family. The house is perfect for families with large and \/ or small children. This time there were some defects. There were leaks in the hallway. The cinema with HD projector and luxury seats, huge recreation room with tap, billiards and poker table, the beautiful kitchen where we could cook together with 6, sauna and Turkish bath lacked nothing in this Christmas week in 2014 that we were with family and friends spend in this spacious property. Last but not least, the ever-friendly, well-Dutch-speaking and very helpful homeowner, Mr. Pierre Horn. 300 m begins an old railway bed that can effortlessly 15km. further brings all running or walking. To celebrate the 40th birthday of my wife, we are drawn to The Saw Mill with 12 couples. And that was a hit. Partly thanks to the beautiful and practical accommodation was a fantastic weekend. The Saw Mill is a lovely house where we felt right at home. There really is something for everyone. The kids were fine go ahead, playgrounds everywhere and a playroom but also,,,, watching movies with this great picture and great sound was super.Het pool table was used extensively as the football game. We have 12 couples to this house before and everyone was very happy! The house itself is the max, everything is present in many areas. It was a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed the peace and quiet in this house with our large group of friends, which meanwhile has several children. In early January we stayed a weekend in this house, a gift for my mother who had become 75. We are all very excited, nice common room, pool table is frequently used, and the cinema was really fantastic. We will definitely go back. The house is a bit old, but still very comfortable, offers plenty of space and enough activities.
We rented the house in February and it rained all the time. But we could also spend a lot of time in the house, whether in the sauna, by the fireplace, playing billiards or in the cinema room. The children had a lot of fun in the playroom.
There were a few flaws, e.g. the heating on the upper floors didn't work, a dishwasher was broken, but the problems were taken care of and we always had a contact person.

The cottage is superb and meets a lot of criteria when you want to spend some time with family and/or friends. I especially appreciated the cinema room for the children, the large well-equipped kitchen, the large room in which you can a little partying, the beer pump, the quiet rooms and the friendliness of the owner...
