Unfortunately, it turns out that you have to go up 1 floor by stairs. With a large older dog, it's not funny to lift back and forth every time. Also for people with limited mobility. It's not nice when you arrive and oops, a staircase up and down. And what I find strange is that there are 2 apartments in the hallway. 1 for 5 people and the other for 8 people. Dogs are allowed, but you share the garden. None of the apartments have a private terrace as mentioned. Your dogs will not be able to be with others. Or you are afraid of dogs. You have to go through that garden to reach the door. Advice: rent the whole house, you pay for both apartments. We were with 3 adults and 1 child. Mother and child in one apartment. We in the other apartment. And you don't have to think about anything else. Only that staircase which is not mentioned.

What a fantastic apartment! Plenty of space, the second apartment provided some privacy if someone wanted a bit more peace, very good beds, a kitchen where everything is available. Even a washing machine that we could use, which was very welcome after the running race that was quite muddy. Also for our 3 four-legged friends that came along, it was delightful, that fenced garden for when they need to pee in the evening. We stayed with 11 friends, everyone had enough space, both in the bedrooms and in the living room. Also more than enough parking space at the door. And an ideal base for beautiful running and walking opportunities nearby.

The children liked playing on the large lawn, which was equipped with a swing, soccer goals, and sun loungers. In the lounge, there were tables and chairs, a foosball table, and a restroom. All the beds were made, and the kitchen was well-equipped. In front of the house, there are enough parking spaces and a washroom with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing station. We can recommend the house.

The space on the ground floor, with bar and freezer, appears to be that is rented separately and where people do not have access to. During our barbecue, The garden does have a nice barbecue and toys, but it is unfortunate that the apartments are on the first floor and we always have to walk stairs.
