The key was already ready, so that we could enter immediately. Accommodation was fine and the area is beautiful. Unfortunately the swing was gone and the hammam did not work. Electricity / water bill etc. Was € 100.00 for 4 days. That was very on the high side.

Nice accommodation in a nice area. Walk through Robertville to the dam and from there through the woods to the castle of Reinhardstein. Also visit the small waterfall there.

House is super cozy but slightly less suitable for small children because the staircase in the sitting area opens and the landing is open.

Arrival was handled smoothly and immediately after arrival at the house. The accommodation initially looks super, but turned out to be far from clean, the playground i in various places rotted and therefore for children perilous, stone steps between canopy and lawn is completely loose and therefore not safe, as well as a heavy loose tile on the wall of the roof where children want to climb and sit. Overdue maintenance and given the level of the final cleaning amount can make it really cleaner. On the large bedroom downstairs on the ground floor remains at summer temperatures and the thermostat at zero, the floor is very hot / hot ???? The environment is beautiful and you can do in a short distance a lot of fun also with little ones.

Very nice walks in the area, various possibilities including one around the lake (the yellow walk is recommended!). Cottage is nice and very nicely decorated. Located in a residential area. Opposite the cottage is a pizzeria. Note the door of sauna outside is closed, ask to open it. Only 1 frigo present, be sure to provide it, as well as what little kitchen material (especially knives), take it best.

Very pleasant and practical house, with spacious dining area, and good outdoor amenities. One mistake was the very child-unsafe balustrade at the top of the stairs. Very friendly welcome, clear appointments.

Check-in was very pleasant. Very properly welcomed and everything became clear uitgelegd.De dishwasher (or at least the baskets inside) its replacement. Now our dishes was repeatedly grond.De almost on the TV remote control were promised but never charged.

Nice house, but the kitchen was too small. It lacked much kitchen equipment: barely two normal glasses, cutlery just enough for one meal, worn pots and pans. There were a lot of dust webs. The use of the heating was expensive. A week before our departure I contacted villa xl this, but their answer was that this is normal in Belgium. I am Belgian, and rent every year a holiday in the region, but that 's high price I had never seen. Beds are indeed due for renewal. The electricity went out regularly.

We could not find the right key, the owner had a note written in Dutch for us. Also on departure we could take our own time bepalen.Een nice house, clean and plenty of space. Lovely terrace and excellent garden. Quiet yet close to hiking, Reinhardstein castle and Lac de Robertville.Open fire was good to use.

We were a total of 3 adults and 7 children and could not imagine a better stay. Ierdeen had enough space, the garden offered a lot of elbow room, including a petanque area where we have made frequent use of "first evening sauna and steam room and then to the fireplace ... in short, highly recommended.

Easy to find the cottage and no problems checking in early. The accommodation is excellent - so much better than the pictures on the website. The owner was really very and very helpful - even printing out our parking tickets for the F1.

We enjoyed the house and the surroundings. The house was very clean when we arrived and the back yard and outside eating area were great. We were a group of friends with quite young children (babies and toddlers) and we found the interior not very safe for them. There are very steep stairs and a balcony inside the house from the upper floors looking down with very open railings (could be very easy for a small child or a crawling baby to have a very bad fall!). Otherwise the area is nice, lots of cows and sheep around that the kids love! There is also a pizzeria next door with very good quality pizza )

We were 6 adults, 4 children and 2 baby 's. The house was tidy and the bedrooms spacious. The kitchen appliances are however to be replaced. The covered terrace was very nice because the weather was not so bad. It's a great house in a nice setting.

The house interior has a great atmosphere to enjoy. The sauna and steam room are ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is what a tight side for extended cooking. An excellent environment for walking, unfortunately we had a lot of rain, but the house made everything right.

We enjoyed a cozy weekend with 13 adults. The house is very cozy with a cozy fireplace in the living room. We have made much use of the fire and had no trouble with smoke in the living room. It is a cozy home for 13 adults, but it fits. The kitchen utensils to prepare a sumptuous dinner was somewhat limited and we missed shower curtains in the basement. Unfortunately we were the bocce balls forget this and we can not find in the house. This house is a must if you're with a group looking for a pleasant and cozy stay for the winter!

A very nice, cozy and beautiful cottage. The only minus is that the flue is blocked or too narrow because the smoke strikes inside when the fire goes on.

Very nice stay, with adequate accommodation. A bit dark in the living room through the covered terrace next to it. A minus point is that the chimney has insufficient draft inside so that the smoke fills the living room. We have to therefore no longer used. We have then but the fireplace uses the covered terrace used as barbecue.Buiten this winter there are many opportunities for hiking, to visit city such as Malmedy. We also visited a nearby local brewery. In short advisable, even in summer.

We were there with 14 people and we have all 14 enjoyed the house and its surroundings. We have from 21 May t / m 25 May seated and the weather was cracking. We have only lived outside "lovely evening outside the fireplace and cozy singing and games doen.Wij are essentially one day canoeing at Coo and that is a must, walk round to the dam and castle is also fun and avontuurlijk.Verder a fine house delicious relex space above the steam room was lovely. Les Vieilles Pierres located in a very quiet area. No noise from a busy road, no dogs barking, no noise from the neighbors ... The house is beautifully decorated rustic, very nice, but maybe a little too dark living. A plus is the covered terrace with barbecue.

A beautiful holiday home with spacious and neat bedrooms. The bedrooms on the top floor are not separated with a door, you walk straight into the room from the stairs. That is not bad in itself, but good to know because of privacy. The living room is fine, a bit dark (low light). The kitchen is spacious, the inventory is a bit messy. But plenty of crockery and cutlery. The garden is lovely. The large covered terrace with the possibility to barbecue or to light a fire is very nice. There is also plenty of room for maneuver.

The house (furnishings, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, sanitary facilities, cleanliness) and surroundings are fine. The wellness is substandard. Sauna is outdated and the sofas are broken. The Turkish steam bath was not working. And typical for Belvilla, you send a message and do not receive an answer. No compensation while we had just chosen the house for this wellness. I will not book through Belvilla next time !! No service, zero, nothing ... Lesson learned.
