This spacious, comfortable villa features a large garden with pond and swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September), sun loungers, barbecue and a south-facing terrace. It is ideal for a family or friendly couples.
The cosy accommodation is centrally located in the village of Sart Jalhay. The nearest restaurant is just 500 m on foot and the supermarket is no more than 4 minutes by car from the house. The village is surrounded by plenty of nature, such as forests and the river Hoëgne. Enjoy peaceful walks through nature or visit the Gileppe dam, with its impressive panorama towers. In winter, there are plenty of snow activities to keep you entertained.
The accommodation is tastefully decorated and features a beautiful living room with smart TV and sliding glass doors to the terrace and garden. The large garden with plenty of play space is ideal for children, but there is also a recreation room indoors, so they won't be bored for a moment.

Super house with really all the necessary comfort. 7 adults and 3 grandchildren tss. 0.5 and 3.5 years fitted without any problems. Quiet area and within walking distance of a pleasant lake. Wonderful 4 days behind us!

Clean, beautiful and very cozy house! Certainly ideal to do with (small) children. Very pleasant reception from the owners, very well located, within walking distance of Lake Warfaaz and one of the sources of spa.Spa center, Max 10 min by car, super cozy to walk around in, there are boutiques open on sundays! Only downside: a lot of insight into the garden, but a hedge has been planted, which will hopefully provide a little more privacy!

Very neat house in a beautiful area. All agreements were correctly fulfilled. Extras to the accommodation such as changing pillow, drying rack, fleece blankets, .. present. Had a very pleasant stay. Only point of interest with smaller children: the pool and pond are easily accessible for small children.
