Overall, a good experience in this holiday home. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We appreciated the pet-friendly policy, and our dog loved the garden. It is an excellent base for day trips to nearby attractions, although we spent most of our time enjoying the tranquility of the area.

We would have liked to see some more garden furniture, such as seats to enjoy the garden a bit more. Because there wasn't. It is also a pity that the garden is not directly attached to the house. The garden itself is not fenced and not safe for small children and pets. It is also a pity that the heating, which we really needed, could only be felt in the whole house after a long time. It would be nice to set it up on arrival when the weather is bad and cool. The kitchen is very well equipped, even with kitchen appliances for baking and roasting and there is also a large freezer! Maybe another glass dish with a lid to use in the microwave. The rooms themselves are fine. There is enough space for 6 adults. Good and neat mattresses and duvets. There are 3 toilets and 1 bathroom.

The house was recently renovated, making everything worked well and, in our view, had no defects. The beds are excellent, as well as bed linen. The double bed is 180 wide. It was freezing outside but the driver was already running smoothly upon arrival. Bottle of wine and refreshments make you feel welcome. Very spacious and clean holiday home. Billiards, comics, board games available. Kitchen and bathroom are in perfect condition. Everything you need is there. Lots of cupboards to store material. Only drawbacks: thin walls on the floor of the bedrooms (we had quiet neighbors but still heard chatter and slamming doors) and less good wifi (for our teenagers). Quiet but good location for exploring the area. Bakery and convenience store at 2km in Schœnberg. A nice holiday address.

Unfortunately!!! We had rented a house (the Zilvervosje in Heuem) from you. It is a beautiful area there, but we are not at all satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, see photos in attachments. Now, with the Covid epidemic one would think that everything has been cleaned and disinfected extra, but nothing could be further from the truth. Cobwebs in corners and on the ceiling were everywhere. Dead flies, on the floor, windowsills, flies beaten to the walls and ceiling even in the fridge they lay. All the interior doors and handles were disgusting, dirty and dirty. We first disinfected the light switches before we used them, we couldn't get the dirt off because we didn't have any cleaning products. Pans and cooking pots, as you can see in the photos, have not been washed properly for a long time, it was making you sick. in bedrooms were missing or no longer worked, it certainly did not promote our night's sleep. Mattress covers were foul. There was internet provided, but that can be deleted from the site because it does not work at all, the email app was not open yet let alone anything search in Google. The TV had to be started and then all the settings again and again to finally be able to watch TV after a long wait. The remote control ( universal remote ) that came with the TV did not work. Unbelievable! It was not child friendly, although there was a cot, there were no gates at the top of the two high stairs. We heard from the neighbors that other tenants for us indeed had the same complaints.

We have experienced Het Zilvervosje as a very pleasant and spacious house. We were there for Christmas, and despite the fact that the owner had paid a lot of attention to a cozy decoration, the atmosphere of the house was less. The billiard room was very nice, we used it a lot. The area is very beautiful, nice that walks left from the house! Excellent beds and a spacious kitchen and bathroom! We had a great holiday!
