Villa with garden by the river and a view in ...

We only needed a clean place to stay overnight with enough room for all of us.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The rooms felt warm and welcoming with little thoughtful details throughout. The kitchen also came well-equipped.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Spent the weekend here with friends. It was a quiet place fitting what I expected from a countryside visit. The fireplace gave a pleasant atmosphere without being too much.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Good price-quality ratio: spacious rooms, cookware, and a large garden where you have a lot of privacy.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

For a restful night before our next day, this house was just right. Plenty of space to spread out for everyone made being together easy and pleasant. The fireplace and the large garden were especially nice for relaxing.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Our bedrooms were simply furnished with good beds and enough space for our twelve-person group. The kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the large dining area made communal cooking very feasible. The staff kindly assisted with questions during our stay.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The nature around and the property are a dream, unfortunately, the cleanliness in the house was not as one would expect. Additionally, several pieces of furniture were damaged and unusable. Among them, 2 slatted frames for the beds. We would not come again.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Super big house. Enjoy the large garden with a wide view.

Cover is very nice when it rains.

Sufficient bucket seats and picnic tables available. Have brought comfortable garden chairs from home

The road in front of the house is a bit busy during the day. But not disturbing. The house is far enough from the road.

Enjoy the many birds flying over the lawn every morning.

Absolutely recommended if you like space.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautiful surroundings. We had wonderful weather and a cozy family weekend! In terms of price/quality, the house was disappointing. Bedrooms are certainly fine. Bunk beds in the children's room are not very stable. Layout is not really suitable for a family group with young children. Living space is separated from the kitchen and dining area (on another floor) and the kitchen is outdated. However, everything necessary is present. Large garden with many possibilities, but underutilized and messy. Terrace in grass tiles with outdated picnic tables. Table with chairs far from the kitchen under the shed is not convenient. We always ate in the dining room with the doors open. Play ribbon with swing etc. is subpar and inappropriate. Lots of clutter: stones, branches, and even old rusty nails! Tractor came uninvited into the garden to take a wire basket from the open shed. Good that the children were just not there. We had a nice holiday and that is the main thing. But for that price, we certainly expected better. Regrettable.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A fully equipped holiday home with a fantastic property, a paradise for children. Enough space and amenities for 12 people, a wonderful garden with a covered second terrace and direct access to several hiking trails. We were completely satisfied!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautiful house with a nice garden and enough space for 10 people. Unfortunately, the heating was off, so it took several hours until it became somewhat warm. And there is unfortunately no firewood on site.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Delightful house with a fantastic garden that ends in a large forest with a river. The children only played outside. The bedrooms are well distributed so that all families (we were with 4 couples) can sleep peacefully.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice house with a large garden and a river at the back. Only the cleaning could be a bit better; in many rooms, spider webs were still hanging on the walls. The sheets/pillows that are present also need to be renewed; those that are currently on there are full of stains and dirt. The fridge upstairs had mold in it. The house is spacious enough for 12 people.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very beautiful place, well equipped, perfect!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

What a lovely time we had in this family house. Beautiful "challenging" walks made from the house. Enough comfort, plenty of space. Spacious garden with a beautiful river. Definitely a recommendation. Good contact with the owner in Dutch. I was a bit afraid it would be "old-fashioned," but that is certainly not the case.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice stay. Everything was perfectly fine. A garden to enjoy. Everything was there for a nice friends' stay.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Had wonderful days. The house is spacious and everything was there. We made good use of the garden with the fire pit. Very nice place.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautiful house, large garden, stunning surroundings. We stayed there for four days with four adults and four children between 2 and 9. They had plenty of space to play, both inside in the attic and the living room, and outside in the garden and in the river! We found everything we needed, from eating and cooking utensils to BBQ supplies. The mapped walks were very useful. A few points for improvement: - It wasn't very clean. Dust in some bedrooms, still traces of peanuts in the attic, . . . - Quite a bit of clutter in the kitchen cabinets and dining room furniture.
- The playground equipment in the garden should be checked.
- The doors to the terrace did not close properly.
But those are details. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Stunning chalet in a quiet area. Huge garden.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We absolutely loved this holiday home! The interior blends modern comfort with rustic charm beautifully, The kids had a blast in the garden while we enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace, Highly recommend for families!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We stayed here with our family and it was just what we needed, Plenty of space, and the kids had a blast running around the garden, The location is also great for exploring the Ardennes area, Would definitely recommend!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Super cozy place! Everything was clean and tidy, The kitchen had all the essentials for making meals, The views from the balcony were stunning, especially in the morning

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The villa was well-equipped and clean, making our stay comfortable, The kids loved the garden and the nearby woods, perfect for their adventures, It’s a bit remote, so we had to drive for groceries and restaurants, but that’s to be expected in such a beautiful area, The interiors balance modern comforts with a charming rustic feel, Overall, a practical choice for our family vacation, but I would have loved a bit more local dining options nearby

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very beautiful villa, pleasant, comfortable, and well arranged.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

What a fantastic weekend! The villa was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. We particularly enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace after a day of hiking in the nearby woods. The views from the balcony were a nice bonus, making each morning special.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very nice place to stay with the family, The kids loved playing in the garden, and the adults appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, It was also conveniently located near some great dining options, Overall, a practical choice for our vacation

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very quietly located cottage. Beautiful surroundings in the garden.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The key was in a black box and not in the yellow one we were looking for,,, + for the code we need to call sos tel

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautifully and well-furnished house with a stunning garden, We had a fantastic time.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A great weekend spent here with friends, The location is serene, with the river a stone's throw away, We took long walks and even organized a barbecue one evening, The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, and we also had plenty of space inside.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A beautiful stay overall, although it could be a bit tricky to find if you don't know the area. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our experience much more pleasant. If you like nature, this is a great place to relax.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The layout of the house was as described, we really liked the living room with the large fireplace and the stairs, the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't clean, the bed linen wasn't available or the ones we brought didn't fit on the large blankets. So either bring bedding for 180x200cm or distribute more duvets with normal dimensions. Overall, there were often mold stains on the walls and ceilings in the lower rooms due to the high level of humidity. That's a real shame, because the house is actually quite good due to its location and layout, it needs to be renovated.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellently equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with lots of privacy and a nice area for walking. Living room unfortunately barely used due to not getting warm enough and in general the cleanliness of the house could be better (bathroom, floors, seat).

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house is neat. There are many walks that you can take from the house without having to take the car. It is a pity that we did not have access to the internet during our stay of 6 days / 5 nights. In addition, there is also no 3G or 4G coverage in the house. In the middle of the hunting season and with short days, however, we do not consider it appropriate to walk unprepared and for that preparation we needed the internet. And the internet was one of the reasons for us to choose this house. Not only to prepare our walks during the long evenings, but also because we had promised our 4 teenagers that, if they would walk without a murmur, "they could hang out in front of Netflix at night ...

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The driveway was hard to see. The house is nice, big and well furnished. The property is very large and located in beautiful nature. It should be mentioned that you should bring 200x 200cm sheets and there is no heating in 2 bedrooms.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Because we arrived a day later than expected, the key was in a jar on the windowsill. Well arranged. Very well equipped house. Nice hostess. The forest and the Our are blissful.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

On arrival the house was very clean, inviting and well heated. The property was consistent with the specified description. The contemporary and comfortable interior are a plus but the absolute plus is certainly the view of the immense garden and the forest. The sun and the beautiful fall colors completed the picture!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We were pleasantly surprised! Very spacious house, nice and warm upon arrival and provided with everything needed. The covered part of the garden is great for a winter BBQ.
If I have to give a negative point, the pillows on the bed are past their prime and the mattress protectors need to be replaced. But this is really nitpicking.
Highly recommended!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice house in a beautiful location. Very nice view at the back. Plot borders directly on the river Our. Lots of nature and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

House itself is well equipped with many bedrooms and cozy living room and kitchen.

We will definitely come back!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house was immaculate, spacious and light. Everything you can think of is there. The garden is beautiful, huge and ends at the river and the forest. You can make really nice walks, starting from the house. All shops are available in Sankt-Vith, 8 km away.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice that it was arranged so that we could be in the house, despite the owner could not be present. Beautiful house, with a complete interior, especially in the kitchen. The only thing we missed was a dryer. House was spacious and cool. Lovely beds. Lovely spacious garden with river in the back, where children could cool off with the warm weather. Veranda we found a bit old and sober. Environment very nice, but also very quiet. Maybe a little too quiet for family with young people.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. We were there with 9 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and large yard were where we spent most of our time. There was a bit of a mold problem in the bunk bed room which should be looked into and the BBQ was left dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a nice location!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Fantastic house! Everything available in abundance, clean, lots of space. Beautiful walks in the area. Unfortunately we had bad weather so we could use the garden less.
As a result, I had to use the fireplace inside a lot. Buying the wood was pricey.

This house is highly recommended!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house is well located and has plenty of space to relax. You can start beautiful walks from the house. The beds are very good as are the two bathrooms. It is a pity that you can not get wood for the fireplace in the area. Would be nice if that could also be offered as an option with the house. The kitchen is comfortable and in very good order. Sharp knives galore = always good. Pans may be replaced because they are hollow and that is not convenient with an induction plate.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We have had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful setting with a fantastic garden, where you could spot the deer during your breakfast. Wonderful walks. The house is fully furnished. A cook/baker can go his own way. Highly recommended!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The day before our departure we were informed that we could not collect the key from the manager of the house, but that it was in a yellow box in the window frame. Very attentive that we were phoned and fine that that still can. We have had problems with the heating, it would charge in the night so it would be nice and warm during the day. The previous occupants had not turned the heating down so that we were in the cold in the living room the first evening. Well lit the fire and luckily we had plaids taken to finally have it warm. The administrator had also been around after we had called her about this. Furthermore, we have had a very good time. The beds were fine, the bedrooms were equipped with sufficient cupboard space. The kitchen was also very equipped. And because we were old / new there was a Christmas tree that made the room cozy. We had to get used to the fact that the living room and dining room were on two different floors, we were sorry that it was not 1 room. But that is how the construction of the house is.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The arrival was warm, we were an hour early but we were immediately shown around the house. The house was even nice and warm, the week from Christmas 2017 to New Year's Eve .. The house is spacious, cozy, (there was already a Christmas tree) and you can all sit together at the fireplace on the couch. Bedrooms are spacious, ample closet space and the beds are fine, as are the pillows and duvets. (A tricky size of 2 beds of which the Dutch bottom sheets do not really fit grrrr) In the kitchen it lacks nothing like the dining room. A nice big table and good chairs. We were traced on a thick pack of snow during the week that we were there and fortunately there was a sledge in the shed that we enjoyed using. in the summer the stay will certainly be more pleasant because of the enormous garden, roof and the river at the back of the site. Above and below are a shower / bath / toilet and all look new and clean. There is even a washing machine, which is always handy. We have certainly not experienced the fact that you live above and below as a disadvantage. We are very satisfied and find this house a real winner !!!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Reception was very friendly. Surroundings are beautiful and there are nice excursions in the area. However, the house at night, the inner walls have a severe degree of fungus, a room full of smelly waste bags adjoins a bedroom, lots of glass on the terrace that had to be cleaned up first with fear that the children would walk or fall. In our case we had a non-functioning television which was not resolved in the two weeks we were there. We expected that we would get quality because we had booked at Belvilla, this was unfortunately not the case for us.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Very nicely situated house, the huge meadow with the brook in the end, the children loved it. The layout is very good, we were with 3 families and the grandparents there, has worked great. The kitchen is also very well equipped, the welcome and instruction was very friendly.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Lovely clean house, great beds, everything present! Cozy "evening at the fireplace on the lovely couch (please bring wood). Mega garden with backwards nice stream, which the kids feel amazing, because you can walk across the road (if it's not too deep after rain). Nice place to make a campfire. Everything (nice forest walks for children 2km / shops) can be reached within 30 minutes by car, we found it good (7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8). !

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

had a wonderful holiday. The kids enjoyed the large garden, lots of football. The stream had a lot of appeal to the children. The house is well equipped. Good beds made enough sleep. A disadvantage doors would sometimes hang askew, because the hinges release came from the doorway.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Super big house. Enjoy the large garden with a wide view.

Cover is very nice when it rains.

Sufficient bucket seats and picnic tables available. Have brought comfortable garden chairs from home

The road in front of the house is a bit busy during the day. But not disturbing. The house is far enough from the road.

Enjoy the many birds flying over the lawn every morning.

Absolutely recommended if you like space.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The asset is the very large garden. The disadvantages are: - the unpleasant smell from the boiler room + the location of the living room, which is one floor higher than the kitchen and the dining room, so not practical. Very sorry . The kitchen is well equipped for convenience.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Fine. Everything was clearly marked. Very spacious house with a great large free garden. The children and we enjoyed it. The surroundings are also beautiful. Not so touristy, which we don't think is a problem.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Great house and nice and big. With 10 people you have enough space in the home. We did not really have reception but the key was ready at the house. This worked great, by the way. The key was left there again. Housing was clean and tidy.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Good reception, clean atmospheric (Christmas) decorated. Very nice environment huge garden with river. For large groups of possibilities to sit together and separate spaces so as not to disturb each other, for example, children playing and people who want to read. In the garden there is plenty of activities for river, playing field, campfire, bbq, in such a way, under an attractive gazebo. Really recommended. Very suitable for us. We were there at Christmas, with old adults, young adults, young children, babies.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Super house, nice clean rooms and nice beds. Spacious dining room and practical kitchen. Beautiful location with deep garden and river. Delicious BBQ "t. Kids found the extra play attic super, however, unfortunate and dangerous that the door in the attic could not be closed and the children can go outside on roof terrace without railing.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Lovely cottage for when you want quiet ... very quiet, maybe even some afgelegen.Voor a day out you have some driving, also the shops are what veraf.Alles what you need is there and you can let your mind at rest go big, very big, tuin.Ons favorite 's light evening outside the campfire and cozy "late linger outside.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the cottage. Had a lovely time, the kids could despite the bad weather outside still play in the huge garden. Inside it is a nice place, nice big couch, nice fireplace and good beds. Downside the kitchen is downstairs and upstairs living room, lots of stairs. From living room and kitchen you have a huge beautiful view of the mountains.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We had a nice holiday, the house was in three floors so not really for people with mobility zijn.Enkel heat accumulation will not be enough in very cold weather. A home to come back.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house was spotless, lovely furniture and very warm with the fireplace in the living room. The location for us geweldig.Rust and nice walk in the natuur.De hosts were extremely friendly and behulpzaam.Echt recommended.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

This is a well cared for home. It is neat and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We have not had such good beds in the last 5 years! No problems with creaky floors and creaking doors, as in many homes is the case. Inventory is full and complete. Each room has its own heating. Huge garden. A downside living room and dining room are not on the same floor.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Ideal place for science activity in beautiful surroundings

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home which is fully equipped. Ideal for families with children who like to seek out nature!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

happy - enjoyment - quiet - comfort

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

What a great location, nice and quiet gelegen.Maar what a beautiful villa is this, we have seven people really enjoyed the possibilities offered by this home had.In one word, highly recommended !!!!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Enjoyed staying in this house with nine people, including five children. Beautiful house, beautiful environment. The house is spacious and everything is available. In case of problems, the caretaker of the house is always willing to take similar action. However, there were some hiccups. There is no confortable garden furniture, bbq is far too small for a house that is rented to groups up to 12 people and there was no wifi and no tv during our stay.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Group vacation from work employees and partners. Beautiful surroundings ,.

Fantastic house! Everything available in abundance, clean, lots of space. Beautiful walks in the area. Unfortunately we had bad weather so we could use the garden less.
As a result, I had to use the fireplace inside a lot. Buying the wood was pricey.

This house is highly recommended!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The asset is the very large garden. The disadvantages are: - the unpleasant smell from the boiler room + the location of the living room, which is one floor higher than the kitchen and the dining room, so not practical. Very sorry . The kitchen is well equipped for convenience.

What a great location, nice and quiet gelegen.Maar what a beautiful villa is this, we have seven people really enjoyed the possibilities offered by this home had.In one word, highly recommended !!!!

Nice house in a beautiful location. Very nice view at the back. Plot borders directly on the river Our. Lots of nature and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

House itself is well equipped with many bedrooms and cozy living room and kitchen.

We will definitely come back!

Great house and nice and big. With 10 people you have enough space in the home. We did not really have reception but the key was ready at the house. This worked great, by the way. The key was left there again. Housing was clean and tidy.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice that it was arranged so that we could be in the house, despite the owner could not be present. Beautiful house, with a complete interior, especially in the kitchen. The only thing we missed was a dryer. House was spacious and cool. Lovely beds. Lovely spacious garden with river in the back, where children could cool off with the warm weather. Veranda we found a bit old and sober. Environment very nice, but also very quiet. Maybe a little too quiet for family with young people.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was spotless, lovely furniture and very warm with the fireplace in the living room. The location for us geweldig.Rust and nice walk in the natuur.De hosts were extremely friendly and behulpzaam.Echt recommended.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Because we arrived a day later than expected, the key was in a jar on the windowsill. Well arranged. Very well equipped house. Nice hostess. The forest and the Our are blissful.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very nicely situated house, the huge meadow with the brook in the end, the children loved it. The layout is very good, we were with 3 families and the grandparents there, has worked great. The kitchen is also very well equipped, the welcome and instruction was very friendly.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Lovely clean house, great beds, everything present! Cozy "evening at the fireplace on the lovely couch (please bring wood). Mega garden with backwards nice stream, which the kids feel amazing, because you can walk across the road (if it's not too deep after rain). Nice place to make a campfire. Everything (nice forest walks for children 2km / shops) can be reached within 30 minutes by car, we found it good (7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8). !

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

On arrival the house was very clean, inviting and well heated. The property was consistent with the specified description. The contemporary and comfortable interior are a plus but the absolute plus is certainly the view of the immense garden and the forest. The sun and the beautiful fall colors completed the picture!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. We were there with 9 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and large yard were where we spent most of our time. There was a bit of a mold problem in the bunk bed room which should be looked into and the BBQ was left dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a nice location!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Lovely cottage for when you want quiet ... very quiet, maybe even some afgelegen.Voor a day out you have some driving, also the shops are what veraf.Alles what you need is there and you can let your mind at rest go big, very big, tuin.Ons favorite 's light evening outside the campfire and cozy "late linger outside.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a nice holiday, the house was in three floors so not really for people with mobility zijn.Enkel heat accumulation will not be enough in very cold weather. A home to come back.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Enjoyed staying in this house with nine people, including five children. Beautiful house, beautiful environment. The house is spacious and everything is available. In case of problems, the caretaker of the house is always willing to take similar action. However, there were some hiccups. There is no confortable garden furniture, bbq is far too small for a house that is rented to groups up to 12 people and there was no wifi and no tv during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised! Very spacious house, nice and warm upon arrival and everything provided that was needed. The covered part in the garden is very nice for a winter BBQ.
If I have to give a small negative point, the pillows on the bed have seen better days and the mattress protectors need to be replaced. But this is really nitpicking.
Definitely recommended!

Because we arrived a day later than expected, the key was in a jar on the windowsill. Well arranged. Very well equipped house. Nice hostess. The forest and the Our are blissful.

The house was immaculate, spacious and light. Everything you can think of is there. The garden is beautiful, huge and ends at the river and the forest. You can make really nice walks, starting from the house. All shops are available in Sankt-Vith, 8 km away.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We have had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful setting with a fantastic garden, where you could spot the deer during your breakfast. Wonderful walks. The house is fully furnished. A cook/baker can go his own way. Highly recommended!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Reception was very friendly. Surroundings are beautiful and there are nice excursions in the area. However, the house at night, the inner walls have a severe degree of fungus, a room full of smelly waste bags adjoins a bedroom, lots of glass on the terrace that had to be cleaned up first with fear that the children would walk or fall. In our case we had a non-functioning television which was not resolved in the two weeks we were there. We expected that we would get quality because we had booked at Belvilla, this was unfortunately not the case for us.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Great house and nice and big. With 10 people you have enough space in the home. We did not really have reception but the key was ready at the house. This worked great, by the way. The key was left there again. Housing was clean and tidy.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The driveway was hard to see. The house is nice, big and well furnished. The property is very large and located in beautiful nature. It should be mentioned that you should bring 200x 200cm sheets and there is no heating in 2 bedrooms.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very warm welcome! It would be more convenient if they were twin beds .... matter of sheets !! The environment is great, but it takes calm people, because everything resonates very loudly ...

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house is well located and has plenty of space to relax. You can start beautiful walks from the house. The beds are very good as are the two bathrooms. It is a pity that you can not get wood for the fireplace in the area. Would be nice if that could also be offered as an option with the house. The kitchen is comfortable and in very good order. Sharp knives galore = always good. Pans may be replaced because they are hollow and that is not convenient with an induction plate.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Fine. Everything was clearly marked. Very spacious house with a great large free garden. The children and we enjoyed it. The surroundings are also beautiful. Not so touristy, which we don't think is a problem.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The layout of the house was as described, we really liked the living room with the large fireplace and the stairs, the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't clean, the bed linen wasn't available or the ones we brought didn't fit on the large blankets. So either bring bedding for 180x200cm or distribute more duvets with normal dimensions. Overall, there were often mold stains on the walls and ceilings in the lower rooms due to the high level of humidity. That's a real shame, because the house is actually quite good due to its location and layout, it needs to be renovated.

This is a well cared for home. It is neat and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We have not had such good beds in the last 5 years! No problems with creaky floors and creaking doors, as in many homes is the case. Inventory is full and complete. Each room has its own heating. Huge garden. A downside living room and dining room are not on the same floor.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Good reception, clean atmospheric (Christmas) decorated. Very nice environment huge garden with river. For large groups of possibilities to sit together and separate spaces so as not to disturb each other, for example, children playing and people who want to read. In the garden there is plenty of activities for river, playing field, campfire, bbq, in such a way, under an attractive gazebo. Really recommended. Very suitable for us. We were there at Christmas, with old adults, young adults, young children, babies.

The house was spotless, lovely furniture and very warm with the fireplace in the living room. The location for us geweldig.Rust and nice walk in the natuur.De hosts were extremely friendly and behulpzaam.Echt recommended.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

had a wonderful holiday. The kids enjoyed the large garden, lots of football. The stream had a lot of appeal to the children. The house is well equipped. Good beds made enough sleep. A disadvantage doors would sometimes hang askew, because the hinges release came from the doorway.

What a great location, nice and quiet gelegen.Maar what a beautiful villa is this, we have seven people really enjoyed the possibilities offered by this home had.In one word, highly recommended !!!!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice house in a beautiful location. Very nice view at the back. Plot borders directly on the river Our. Lots of nature and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

House itself is well equipped with many bedrooms and cozy living room and kitchen.

We will definitely come back!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Super house, nice clean rooms and nice beds. Spacious dining room and practical kitchen. Beautiful location with deep garden and river. Delicious BBQ "t. Kids found the extra play attic super, however, unfortunate and dangerous that the door in the attic could not be closed and the children can go outside on roof terrace without railing.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellently equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with lots of privacy and a nice area for walking. Living room unfortunately barely used due to not getting warm enough and in general the cleanliness of the house could be better (bathroom, floors, seat).

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the cottage. Had a lovely time, the kids could despite the bad weather outside still play in the huge garden. Inside it is a nice place, nice big couch, nice fireplace and good beds. Downside the kitchen is downstairs and upstairs living room, lots of stairs. From living room and kitchen you have a huge beautiful view of the mountains.
