House is in urgent need of renovation. You can't really use TV for DVD and the countertop is crumbling. The oven is also dirty and in need of renewal. Mold in the bathroom and many vermin. Outside the terrace is not usable. And a lot of noise from the owner himself.

The house is easy to find. A handy place for various trips in the area. The cottage itself was well furnished, but the hygiene could certainly have been better. The bathroom could use a makeover.

The surrounding area is really beautiful, especially for those who like to walk in nature or in cities with character. However, the cottage itself has a little too many flaws to have fully enjoyed our holidays.

The arrival was okay, woman is Dutch and has explained everything.in the surrounding area are walks indicated. Walks for children are there too.

Our short break in Sprimont was perfect. Warm welcome by the owners of the cottage. Ms spoke good Dutch. The cottage was clean and well rounded. Free WIFI and large bedrooms with good beds. Cot and cot available. Fantastic setting. To do for young and old. Everything Recommended!

After reading the reviews on this house we (a group of 3 friends) decided to stay during our match at the Spa Francorchamps circuit here. The reason that we went to spend the night here was mostly the money. If you really want to stay close to the circuit, you pay 100 euros more easily. This we found a little onnodig.Het size of the cottage was perfect for us. However, we noticed a few points against. Thus, for example, was there? 40, - will be paid for cleaning, but there really was not cleaned properly. The toilet was very dirty, there was a nasty attack in black. The shower was just an emergency shower, which was actually quite dirty. We booked at the last minute this house and are glad we did it. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They respect the wishes of the tenants .... At first we thought it would have noise from the busy road to the house load but was nothing of note (well insulated). The bedrooms are very spacious. The living room and kitchen were big enough ... The only thing really missing was a freezer (especially necessary for long stays or on hot summer days). There was something more kitchen equipment and a slightly larger seat or two seats ... Further so tip top. We visited the caves, wildlife park, parks sun, Chlorophyll ... so both parents and children have their heart retrieved. Highly recommended ...

Beautiful cottage with very friendly and helpful homeowners. Owner also speaks very good Dutch. Sprimont Louveigné is a good base for day trips to Remouchamps, Coo, Stavelot, Aywaille ... Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Many attractions!
