We had a great time in this holiday home, The view of the Ourthe valley was simply beautiful, especially in the evening, I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and we all gathered around the dining table, which fits everyone – 36 of us! It was a fantastic stay. Almost every room has it's own bathroom, a garage for in our case our bikes, great kitchen en nearby La Roche. 20 min walk. Yes, it is an old building (looks like a former hotel) and needs some fresh paint but nevertheless lots of space and ideal for groups.

The group home is large, old and fully equipped, such as a large hotel kitchen (fantastic to organize a nice cooking workshop for your group). The maintenance leaves much to be desired. There are a number of leaks, the radiators on the top floor do not get warm (partly solved with an additional electric heating). It didn't matter much to us as a group, but if your requirements are higher, the overdue maintenance can cause irritation. But then, the house is fantastically located, close to the Ourthe, close to the village, close to the woods. Super!

This is an old house that used to serve the well-to-do population, but has now passed its time.
