A cozy and serene 4-bedroom holiday home in La Roche that can host 8 guest making it an ideal stay for a group or family with children. There is an sauna and electric heating to make you comfortable.
Relax in the beautiful natural surroundings and unwind with a swim in the public swimming pool at 2 km. You can enjoy perfect tranquility here. If you need any daily essentials you need not go far as the baker, supermarket, and town center are all within a distance of 2 km.
Make yourself comfortable in the living room reading a book or watching TV. The dining table is spacious for the whole family to enjoy the dinner together. Electric heating keep the house warm and cozy always. You can relax in the terrace with furniture and have fun with your loved ones over the barbecue. Holiday home was dated and not very clean. Unfortunately, there was no oven, which we found very unfortunate. Beds were good. Do not expect too much from the present cot and chair. That is from the last century. Luckily we had brought our own cot and high chair. Our 7 month old child would otherwise climb over the edge of the cot and slide out of the seat. The existing playground is also old and needs to be renewed. Furthermore, the house is in a quiet place and you can sit outside on the terrace. The town of La Roche and the villages around it are really worth a visit. All in all we had a nice nice week.

lovely and clean house. What I missed was an oven. Washing machine also not available. Exterior needs some attention. Also annoying all those regulations, with their fines. Particularly that electricity also has to be earned.

Great stay with friends, calm, beautiful view. Lack of some basic products (towels, toilet paper). Clean and functional place.

A very nice, clean, practical, yet cozy furnished bungalow. Everything is there, sauna is a plus! Very nice and quiet, near the center of La Roche.

Very nice environment. Lots to do: La Roche, Durbuy, walks ... The only thing that disappointed are the beds. Fairly soft mattresses.

The key address was quite far from the property. It would be nice if someone was present at the house to hand over the key. Beautiful location.
