This cosy chalet in Longfaye Ardennes with 3 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. The luxurious chalet comes with an open fireplace and sauna is ideally situated in the heart of the Hoge Venen. There are lots of tourist activities and sights in the area perfect for group holidays.
The nature reserve of the Hoge Venen is 2.5 km away and the ski pistes of Ovifat are at 3 km. Sourbrodt is 4 km from the chalet and the lake of Robertville and the castle of Reinhardstein are 4.5 km away. You can also visit Signal de Botrange, the village of Malmedy, the circuit of Francorchamps, the lake of Bütgenbach and the town of Spa.
The chalet is tastefully decorated and has a living room there is a large seating area with a fireplace. The chalet has a bubble bath and a luxurious shower cabin and sauna, the perfect place to relax. Outside there is a large covered patio, the ideal place for a lovely barbecue.

The house is like on the pictures. The street name was not correct (route but rue du babyehon) we have been searching for a long time.

Environment beautiful. Nice garden. Chalet itself musty sewer smell and poor maintenance. And we had power issues that were poorly resolved. You even pay for extra trash.

Fantastic setting. So walk from the house in 1 of the most beautiful environments of the Ardennes. Nice accommodation. Delicious with open-hearted wellness and a beautiful view.

A super house. We were very friendly and the house was super clean. In the area you can walk fairly (* recommended * Castle Reinhardstein) and by car you are within 17 minutes in the lively center of Malmedy.

Friendly welcome. The house is completely and completely furnished and is, although next to a road, very quiet. Walks start nearby. The owners live elsewhere. We arrived 2 hours earlier than agreed and called the owners after fifteen minutes they were there. They speak French and German. Neat house, very spacious with furniture and crockery. Spacious garden, ideal for children. We had a lot of fun with the two donkeys of the neighbors) The Ardennes is a beautiful area, the first beautiful walk starts at the corner of the street. Furthermore, you have 5 minutes drive away the river that flows from the waterfall of Bayehon with all stones and rocks in the river is also a nice playground for children.

The location was very quiet and nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was really wishes after, dirty showers still dirty from previous tenants. Terrace felt very unsafe aan.Veel moisture in the walls and musty smell inside. For this, you pay 55 euros cleaning fee. The rates on site for electricity ... not match the amount you receive on arrival. Is more expensive locally. The man was polite and friendly, the woman came back to fetch the key and meter record was unfriendly, talked to the person who it was talking with her French and spoke to us in German and French refused. Very strange situation.

It was a beautiful house with some maintenance. It was cozy with a decent private space surrounding lawn, barbecue, playground and sports field. The sauna was good, but the accompanying shower gave only hot water, which is difficult to cool down! Furthermore, the plumbing was good and clean.

The location of the chalet is truly amazing. The decor is old fashioned but that could be in so "s chalet. A very big negative is the pervasive smell in the chalet, which does not disappear with prolonged airing. The wood stove does not do well (home we burn only wood so we know how t hear) ...

A very nice and cozy cottage. The bathrooms are very clean, it smells like everything is a bit stale because the whole house of wood. Environment is top notch, close to charming towns and it is ideal for walking. Nice weekend so had top.

The cottage is dated but we did not mind that. The brush is 55 euros which is quite a lot if you still find champagne corks everywhere from previous visitors. Plus almost 50 euros extra on top for water and electricity for 2 people, while we spent the whole week alone in the living room in front of the fireplace. We also bought wood for 54 euros. Mattresses on all beds are very old so we slept very poorly. But it is located in a top location. Nice hiking trails nearby.

Holiday home was dated which should normally not be a problem. Here everything creaks, squeaks and clamps in the house. For the 55 € final cleaning you would expect that it would not only be superficially clean. The sauna, however, is tip top.
