We had a pleasant weekend despite certain points to improve (steep staircase and too light partitions between rooms).
But I must especially mention an unpleasant surprise after the stay: the board of a toilet broke, which we obviously reported; the owner then withheld 80 euros from the deposit, for the replacement of a toilet board (the new cost of which is 30 euros, this without counting wear and tear!). A complaint to Belvilla led to a rebate of 30 euros but we continue to believe that this unilateral action without any proof is dishonest.

Herman, the manager, is very sympathetic and helpful. The dishwasher had broken (can happen), the next morning a repairman was immediately available and after half an hour it was fixed. We were there with 15 (9 adults, 6 children) in total, the house is big enough so In the living room you will find a cozy stove, table football and shuffleboard, board games.The sauna is wonderful, preheat for half an hour and after that beautiful walk in the area you can relax!!Within half an hour you are with the car in Durbuy, La Roche, Vielsalm, ... in short: RECOMMENDED!!

We had an amazing stay, the house is perfect for large groups as we stayed with 13 adults and 3 children! We arrived on Friday, received a pre-arrival email with info and were greeted by Hugo who made us feel welcome and showed us around. The house is located in a quite area, in between some houses and beautiful nature. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the charming wooden house, the cozy space divided over 3 floors and the facilities it had to offer. Our weekend was just great, we were lucky with the sunny weather, we explored the Lupulus beer brewery and enjoyed the long stays in the house with sauna sessions, playing board games and barbequing. We would definitely recommend this house to any family / friend group.

House is smaller than it looks on the photos but still spacious enough. Enough spacious bedrooms. Garden is also quite small but not a problem. Large refrigerator. Cozy house with lots of wood. Environment is beautiful with the ski slope of Baraque nearby. Fraiture where snow had fallen even at the beginning of May You are practically in the center of several beautiful regions, not far from La Roche, Vielsalm, The East Cantons, etc.

The children had a great time with the extras such as table football, playground on the property and the various games that were already present there. We were able to relax in the adjacent sauna. Most fun trips were half an hour away Being together for 2 weeks and enjoying each other and the environment has certainly succeeded.

After a day of hiking in the beautiful countryside around Lierneux, in the morning very early or at night with the twilight wild spot in the immediate area, catching trout at Coo Falls, visiting old towns and more, it is very good Sleeps in the spacious holiday home. In the house the children enjoyed themselves and it was also nice to barbecue in the garden. Spacious enough and especially comfortable sleeping areas and the kitchen provided with all the conveniences. From the balcony you can see parts of the valley. The owner sent us a lot of information about what to do in the immediate area. Very handy and thoughtful! We were very kindly welcomed by the homeowner who gave us a comprehensive tour of the house. He also clearly explained how ales worked and how we could or could close at the end of the holiday. We were fortunate to "have a lot of snow for our stay .. very nice place, very cozy, comfortable chalet, the top issue convenience .. very nice kitchen, nice rooms .. great place to beautiful ballads. Only small problem (for us) .. electric heating and saw the time, big, this one uses a lot, so we've had for 200 € for 2 days (but good as we were much divided us okay) .. ago wood heating in the "floor, but not enough to heat all. Spacious pitches and very good sound insulation, plenty of space for children and beautiful surroundings for walking and excursions. Ample parking. All costs included in price - so no surprises. Minuses orientation to north and turning staircase to floors. No ventilation, rack or cabinet in toilet / shower downstairs. But worth repeating.
