You can enjoy skiing in Ovifat area only 7 km away from the house. The town centre lies just 300 m away from where you can get all amenities including groceries._x000D_

It is a nice big and clean house. The beds were neatly made. It is nicely decorated. There is plenty of space. The rooms are nicely decorated. It is located on a busy street. There is a slide and trampoline outside on a large lawn. A pool table and table tennis downstairs (a bit cramped). As well as a sauna. Everyone was able to have a good time. And it is a beautiful area.

Good accommodation with a beautiful garden and a good location for excursions. Unfortunately, directly on a busy road. Furnishings suitable for our group size (10 adults, 9 children, and a dog). Partly a bit "worn," e.g., air hockey table without a fan and broken puck, cabinets and dishwasher with minor flaws. Arrival and departure uncomplicated and good for us. Unfortunately, little to no further information about the accommodation - no typical visitor's folder. All in all, a solid accommodation with minor drawbacks. The garden and outdoor area have potential, especially in summer.

The villa is a gem! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the living area was perfect for our game nights, The location is also convenient, with grocery stores just a short walk away, Overall, a solid choice for large groups

The start was good We were even received earlier than agreed. The briefing went well. Queries could be clarified immediately by phone. The house met our requirements. We had no problem on the occasion of our family reunion to distribute our 19 people and a pet on the existing premises. Because of the bad weather we could not explore the surroundings as we would have liked. But the comfortable recreational facilities were also boring with our young people. Also the catering of the big company was no problem. The large kitchen provided plenty of space for food storage and also made it possible to prepare meals quickly without spending too much time. Unfortunately, our excursions were limited to sightseeing tours to Spa and Malmedy. Conclusion the stay we all liked. In warmer weather, it would have been a perfect stay.

The photos displayed on the site are shockingly misleading; decrepit walls, threadbare sofas, missing or unusable equipment: the billiards table is installed in a room that is too small, it is unplayable. No fitness room, replaced by a punching bag. No kicker. The sauna is unusable (no light, in a basement room with no exterior lighting). The basement (billiards, sauna, punching bag and air hockey stinks of humidity, it's unbearable.

One of the parasols outside is so damaged that it is dangerous.

Clearly, this is a scam.
