This 3-bedroom holiday home in La Roche-en-Ardenne has central heating, fenced garden, and barbecue to enjoy and is spacious for 8 people to stay. It is perfect for a group or families with children to spend the vacation.
You can explore La Roche-en-Ardenne at 10 km. Here you have 200 kilometers of walking and biking routes and 20 km of kayak tours. In the winter, you can enjoy the white cross country tracks or ski pistes. You can find restaurants at 3 km and a supermarket at 4 km.
You can watch TV in the living-dining room with a fireplace to keep you warm. It also has a high chair for kids. You will be totally cozy with warm central heating. Enjoy a perfect evening with your family in the furnished garden over a barbecue. 2 pets can accompany you at 5/Pet/Night. Parking is also arranged. Boules court and slide are offered for recreational purposes.

We were received very warmly by Nicole, who showed us all present in the house. And they were not bad, everything was there, nothing was missing! The weather was fine and she promptly showed up with a water game for our daughter. She loved that she could pick fruit, as well as all the toys and toys present. We come back!

We unfortunately had to break off our holiday a little earlier because I had a collarbone fracture with mountain biking in the woods. I am very happy that Nicole wanted to bring me to the hospital and to translate the (French-speaking) explanation of the staff for me. Thank you!

The accommodation was great. Clean bathroom and very neat bedrooms. The garden was fenced so we could just let our dog run free. The view that you have from the terrace on the beautiful garden with the fields and forests behind it is great. The area is ideal for walks and we received an extensive explanation of all possible walks in the neighborhood upon receipt. We have the walk around the lake of Nisramont done and that is highly recommended! "In the evening we could sit comfortably at the wood stove with a party game. This stove had already filled the owners so you could easily light it. Our weekend was really TOP!

Private parking - Quiet place.Loved less The dogs of the neighborhood (Far away) who barked 2 nights.The owners (Although friendly, considerate and all and everything) live next door and have access to the rental without the we can oppose it (A door communicates between the 2 buildings and we do not know how to lock it). We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a spacious house, fully equipped and many toys for children. The environment is quiet. And the chickens give eggs that we were allowed to eat. Nice owner.

A very nice well maintained fenced garden so the dogs could run around freely. In the morning you wake up, the fog lifts and you see the cows and horses enjoying the sun. A well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious enough and there are bicycles, a ping pong table, dart board and many other games to play. The owner lives next door in an adjacent building. If there is anything you only have to ring the bell. The property is located in a quiet village. You can easily drive to La Roche or Achouffe. The property is opposite a church, but we did not suffer from here.A few kilometers away is a bakery that is also open on Sundays :)

The accommodation was great. Clean bathroom and very neat bedrooms. The garden was fenced so we could just let our dog run free. The view that you have from the terrace on the beautiful garden with the fields and forests behind it is great. The area is ideal for walks and we received an extensive explanation of all possible walks in the neighborhood upon receipt. We have the walk around the lake of Nisramont done and that is highly recommended! "In the evening we could sit comfortably at the wood stove with a party game. This stove had already filled the owners so you could easily light it. Our weekend was really TOP!

We were received very warmly by Nicole, who showed us all present in the house. And they were not bad, everything was there, nothing was missing! The weather was fine and she promptly showed up with a water game for our daughter. She loved that she could pick fruit, as well as all the toys and toys present. We come back!

Private parking - Quiet place.Loved less The dogs of the neighborhood (Far away) who barked 2 nights.The owners (Although friendly, considerate and all and everything) live next door and have access to the rental without the we can oppose it (A door communicates between the 2 buildings and we do not know how to lock it). We unfortunately had to break off our holiday a little earlier because I had a collarbone fracture with mountain biking in the woods. Nice location, very clean house, equipped with everything you need. Quiet location, beautiful view. The children enjoyed the chickens, the garden and the toys. The owner has enthusiastically provided us with information about walks and sights. The only downside are the hard mattresses, but otherwise everything is in tip-top order!
