The cottage is nice, clean with good showers. We found the beds very hard. Nice space outside, if the weather is nice, which unfortunately was not the case for us. Great location to undertake activities from here.

If you are really looking for a quiet place, where you can walk and cycle endlessly, this is the place for you! Nicely kept house and good BBQ! Hard mattresses, about which opinions were divided in our party, one thinks it is good, the other sleeps badly on them. There was 1 lounger available, it would be nice if there were several ... For those who like "on foot in the evening looking for a cafe, this is unfortunately not recommended. Shops, drinking and dining are not immediately nearby.

The surroundings of the houses are peaceful and rural. The bathrooms are very attractive. The large living and dining area as well as the kitchen are well and cozily furnished. For the children, there is a nice play area on the landing, but without a stair gate, which one must consider, as the stairs are very steep. We had a pleasant stay there with friends and family.

When we arrived the owner had turned on the wood stove for us, so we literally had a warm welcome. This was very nice! The house was very spacious and fully equipped and we made good use of the infrared sauna. There were two bathrooms which was very nice for our group consisting of two families with children. The only thing we missed was a second toilet. The area is very beautiful and you can enjoy a nice walk through the forests with waterfalls and nice hiking trails.

The house is smaller than the pictures show. Fortunately we were only 4 people, but would not recommend it for more. Equipment of the kitchen was very limited, and an extra toilet would have been welcome. Many small details that remain need some attention to make the whole score better.We rented during the Christmas holidays and then we found the price / quality ratio not correct.Wel a beautiful area near the woods, ideal for walks.

Only one downside: after a text message (the most important) to give us the code for the key box, we no longer had a response to the text messages sent (one to ask what to do with the waste, the other to report that the skylight in the living room was open and that we could not reach it to close it)
But that did not prevent us from having a very good stay

It is a pleasant house in a quiet location, equipped with the necessary comfort. The kitchen is well equipped, living room & living room make one cozy large whole with a view of the garden that invites you to barbecue in the summer! After 3 weeks / 4 weekends stay in the house, we wanted to stay even longer: the region is so beautiful for walking & cycling, you never get tired of it :-) Thank you!

Very much enjoyed an extended weekend in this holiday home. Lots of comfort with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, excellent showers/bath, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with wood stove, sunny terrace and, as icing on the cake, the infrared sauna that was very pleasant after the beautiful walks. The mattresses for some in our party a bit on the hard side. The location is beautiful, at the foot of the High Fens, Botrange at about 10 minutes and close to other beautiful walks in the area. Recommended: the adventurous walk in the canyon of Tros-Marêts, the tour of the High Fens. Bakery at 2km in Xhoffraix and all supermarkets in Malmedy (good 10min). We would like to return, perhaps also very beautiful in the summer.

Very nice place. Beautiful house, recently renovated. The house is fully equipped. 2 cars can easily be parked in the driveway and the showers are fine. The stove is nice and warm and there is plenty of wood available. The central heating is also good and warms up quickly.

It is a great clean spacious house (in our case for 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs) ... Too bad the garden is not completely enclosed, but this should not spoil the fun for our dogs.

The house is very nice. Everything you need is present. However, there is a small minus. We have 2 dogs. The neighbor on the left (when you are standing in front of the house) is apparently not a dog friend and was ready from the second day we were there with a firm stick to scare the dogs away. Therefore, it would be better to place a real fence instead of plants for them to run through. That is the case on the right side of the house and that is much easier. ps: the tap of the bath should be checked, the water is much too hot and you can't add cold water. ps 2: these are just incidentals, our stay was very pleasant!

The accommodation was well cared for, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room, although it would have been a little tight with 7 people. The Ardennes are a beautiful environment where you can walk to your heart's content. Keep in mind that some walks are really spicy. We were at the end of the season, so there were some small defects to the house. During our stay we had one really big problem with an open garage door. This was really perfectly solved by the owners of the house.
