Situated near the town center, this 4-bedroom holiday home in Waimes is pet-friendly and hosts 8 guests. It features a private relaxation area with a sauna and infrared sauna. It is ideal for a group of 8 or families with children.
The place is at an altitude of 550 m and has snow often. The ski slopes nearby are perfect for fun. In the summer, visit Robertville lake at 2 km or the river at 1 km to enjoy the waters. The Parc Naturel des Hautes Fagnes is ideal to enjoy long walks. Ovifat town center is at 600 m. Malmédy at 10 km is also worth a visit. You can also have fun at Francorchamps Race Circuit at 12 km.
Enjoy the peace and silence on the terrace with a barbecue and some wine. Kids can have fun playing in the furnished garden which is not fenced but that there is a hedge all around the property. Interiors are cozy with heating, modern kitchen, and spacious living-dining room with fireplace. You can also enjoy a game of boules or billiards. Kids have children's bed and high chair. 2 pets can stay at euro5/Pet/Night.

received very nicely. a great house. modern, large and very clean. everything you need is available. wonderfully peaceful environment. shame the cafe was closed due to holidays. a baker would be open at the weekend, but unfortunately we didn't see it.

Our first impression of the house was "Wow!" Our second impression was "Woooooowwwww". What a beautiful house this is. All the trimmings, you couldn't think of it that crazy. We always take anything and everything with us to cooking stuff, but that could all stay in the bags. The owners are very friendly and immediately gave a holiday feeling. A beautiful house for young and old.

The arrival was fine and the welcome was very warm. We were a little earlier, but that was not a single point. There was a bottle of delicious homemade apple syrup in the fridge, which we were allowed to make very tasty!

The accommodation is relatively new. The decor is very modern. In good weather you can enjoy the sun very well on the terrace, but also at the big table with all food. What I thought was a pity, we could only arrive between 16 and 18 o'clock but had to be ready for departure already from 945 o'clock. All in all, it was a very nice vacation.

Spacious and beautiful house that is fully equipped. It is a luxury to stay here by, among other things, the sauna and the space inside and outside. The house is situated in a beautiful area where you can experience everything within driving distance.

Although we were too early at the house we were allowed to move in anyway. Friendly welcome, short tour. Everything was fine. The owners live next door and when we needed them they came immediately. We were lucky that it snowed, but the ski slopes in Ovifat were not open, an hour further (Baraque Fraiture) was open. Snowboarders are not allowed in Ovifat. All in all a very good stay, even the saunas were well maintained.

The rented part of the house is new. The reception was very friendly. The decor of the rooms is modern and functional. The environment is rural. For the necessary errands some kilometers must be driven.

It was tidy, clean and very well equipped! The beds were already made up and the kitchen was really provided! We walked wonderfully in the vicinity of the castle and the water. Within walking distance is a small craft bakery with delicious fresh bread and delicious pastries. We will definitely be back !!!

The house is in tip-top shape. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The beds made on arrival are certainly an added value. We had great weather which made that we were able to do some nice walks. Definitely a house we will be very happy to return to.

Beautiful area for walking. House is of good quality materials. There is only no WiFi range in the garden and on the terrace. Owners live next to the building. Garden has no view of a valley or anything like that.
