Very clean house with everything on and on.All kitchen utensils are present, booklets with hiking trails, board games, Playstation .... The key (via code) is also a good system so you do not have to get the key somewhere first.Minpuntje chauffage already went off at 22.00 and can only be set up with a code. "In the morning it was inside only 9 °, according to book 15 ° at night so probably not yet adjusted. The stairs and floor above are very loud, being quiet is not an option if you do not want to wake up the rest.

It was a very nice house with modern equipment. beds were good which is very important. Minus was the lamp in the middle of the kitchen which is too low and on the gas stove it is difficult to cook with four pans at the same time.In the week we were there, they were in the village near the church busy with the road it was annoying because of the half-broken street.

House easily accessible by car. It soon became apparent that WiFi did not work, after having had contact this was quickly resolved. Train track close to home, here quickly used to, especially windows kept closed at night. Surroundings were beautiful. In the village itself some catering establishments and Durbuy at 10min drive. Nice central location for other attractions!

We think it is a very nice house! Beautiful view, lots of privacy, on a quiet road, near restaurants and a playground. The train comes close by but we did not find it disturbing at all. The house itself has a very complete kitchen, large BBQ, high chair, children's service and even lots of toys. We will definitely go back again!

Beautiful house, located on the Ourthe, and near the village of Sy. There are many hiking trails here. The area is hilly and wooded. A few meters from the house is a railway bridge, but we have experienced little inconvenience of the trains. On arrival there appeared to be a power outage, but that was quickly rectified. This is the only reason why the boiler was no longer heated and had to be reset to take a cold shower. Kitchen is great and well equipped. A kettle would still be a good addition. We have used the bbq and the nice, sheltered garden where you can have breakfast in the sun or read a book.

Nice house, with all conveniences, beautiful surroundings. Apparatus was sometimes interrupted (heating, netflix, wifi), but by contact with the owner it was fixed most quickly.

The arrival was left to be desired. We had to open the door with a code but did not get a code. Fortunately, the neighbor was at home, who had a key. Later we had problems getting inside again, we found out that something changed to the code. The house is fine, complete decoration.

Beautiful big house. With a digit code you receive via the mail you can enter. Spacious living room. On the first floor 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Nice neat furniture everywhere. Tv with Netflix. The house is on a dead end street, but it goes by with several (holiday) houses, so there is still a lot of traffic left. House is also close to train, a train is regularly taken. House is next to the river. For supermarkets you must drive 30 minutes. Nearby are restaurants. Minus was cleaning, this was not alright, but by contact with the owner we returned the cleaning costs.

What a lovely house! First of all, it is on the Ourthe, which makes it special. The house is on a quiet road, occasionally a train passes but that belongs to the whole picture. You can walk in the area also the forest was a challenge for my daughters. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with good beds and a nice bathroom. The location is a great starting point for climbing, canoeing and a trip to Han's caves. Soon we have been fine

Charming property in a beautiful location. Large enough for two families. I would not fill the beds with adults only, then I think the house is just a bit too tight. Toys for children present and children's eating utensils!

The house was not cleaned upon arrival and is done the day after. The washing machine is broken and I try to reach the owner. For the rest it is a pleasant stay!

Nice house, nicely decorated. Complete kitchen, spacious rooms and excellent bathroom. Nice starting point for walks, but also for a day trip to Liège (tip: take the train from Sy), the caves of Remouchamps or the animal and climbing park Forestia. If the window of the bedroom is closed, you will not be bothered by the train. It is a pity that there are no garden chairs to enjoy reading outside or something. The picnic table is functional, but not comfortable. But otherwise it is a very nice house.

The cottage is beautifully situated along the Ourthe and the area is quiet. You can go everywhere from here by train. The NMBS provides a week pass of 18 euros for young people under 26 years of age. The cottage is near the train stop. 4" on the train for shopping in Hamoir. Within the hour there is a train back. The area is very beautiful.

The campsite on the other side of the Ourthe and from where the holiday home is located had placed a party tent this weekend. This meant that live music was played in the evening. This was disturbing until the mandatory corona closing hour. We knew in advance when we booked this house that the campsite was there as well as the railway bridge over the Ourthe. Holiday home is good for us Large house, spacious rooms, you can sit outside but it is a pity that there was no garden furniture, there was only a wooden table with fixed benches.

Very nice house, in a calm spot (the train is no issue), with barbecue, fireplace, enough room, and plenty of places for hikes around. Supermarket is 6mins away by car which is also nice, and the train station is 2 mins away.

Nice location for stay, 10 min. From Durbuy. Nice view from the house. The house could be cleaned up a bit, better cleaning is important, especially in times of Corona. Stove available but they had to provide wood themselves which was not mentioned before ...

Nice, large house on the Ourthe. Children (a little older) can play on the other side and in the water spacious house, kitchen well equipped with equipment. There is a railway bridge near the house, a train passes by a few times an hour. Do you hear, we did not find it disturbing.Honing has digital TV, also with Dutch channels. WIFI fine and smooth. Next to the house a few terraces where your uncle can sit with a view of the water. Only downside: the cleaning. Not very dirty, but many insects and cobwebs in the house. Clearly been there for a long time. Sanitary well clean.

Arrival was a bit confusing. The address (street number) was not so clear, because I had already passed 25 and 29 before I arrived at 28. Accommodation was very good. Shame about the creaking stairs (which woke everyone up), the second key that was missing. Unfortunately, no TV connection was possible, also no internet connection, despite this being stated in the folder.
