It is a very nice and spacious home. To our surprise the manager surprised us with a rosé and red wine and sweets. Enough games for entertainment both inside and outside.We were 12 people, everyone has had a good time.We wondered if there was / was not a BBQ. We had brought a small one ourselves. In the description it may be adjusted that a BBQ is present. Only downside is that there is no toilet on the 1st floor which is a lack in the evening.

It is a beautiful and well-appointed villa. The separate play corner for the children is great fun. The many board games are also a nice plus. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms. The attention on arrival is also nice. A downside is the separate kitchen tap. Everything else great!

During booking, we did not think that there was no toilet on the first floor with 4 bedrooms, which was very difficult to walk down a steep staircase overnight. For the rest everything was in the house. The owner was also available by telephone.

We were unpleasantly surprised by email with a lot of extra rules that were unknown at the time of booking, they wanted a list of names complete with dates of birth, as well as name and address details of the person responsible for the group. Otherwise, the access code for the key box would not be given. In case of nuisance, they reserved the right to evict anyone from the home on penalty of 65 euros per person. When leaving the house, vacuum and sweep (which was of course already done, despite the fact that cleaning costs were included in the booking. We were unpleasantly surprised by these rules. The house looked clean, but it was not. An interesting business model was a comment from the group. Unfortunately, we did not speak to the landlord in person to clear up some uncertainties.

Our stay with 14 adults was experienced as follows:

At first glance, the house looks fine outside and inside. However, you miss a toilet upstairs. The kitchen cupboards are bomb full and do not look clean and fresh. The dishwasher rattles, the microwave worked for 1 day and then he didn't feel like it anymore. This was reported but nothing was done. The couch is for 5 people at the most, and the rest of your guests have to sit at the dining table. Fridge freezer, hob, oven worked fine. There are too many things from people who have been before, which makes it look unsavory and unhygienic. The mountain is full and looks like junk and a collection cage. We recommend a clean-up coach, and a thorough cleaning if guests have been there!

We found it a bit strange that we only had telephone contact with the homeowner. So there is no transfer done by the owner and we hope that this afterwards has no consequences for our borg.We saw the house neatly and have also left it again. As a welcome We found two bottles of wine and chocolates. Thanks for that. The accommodation was very nice and equipped with all the necessities. What we did miss was a bathroom on the upper floor. For that we would possibly sacrifice the infrared sauna. The environment was beautiful and unlike other references we have made beautiful walks from the cottage, maybe we have more experience with this and we are more creative. So we are positive and want the house really recommend.

Very clean, well-equipped home. A few bottles of wine as a welcome gift, super! Everything there is ample crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, games for children, DVD 's, ... The two saunas' s made it perfect! A brand new, so does not have much character and charm, but is spacious and practical with some couples and kinderen.In nearby nice trips such as the caves of Hotton, Durbuy, ... go to the front door for a nice walk was not evident area across the street is forbidden access and for the rest we did not find a bunch.

Last weekend in this house stayed with the whole family, on arrival the owner had the house decorated with garlands because our daughter's birthday! That was really a surprise! Our stay with 14 people was most satisfactory. spacious, nice, neat, clean decorated huis.In the evenings pleasant walk made in the wooded and quiet area. Sauna was lovely. Closet full of latest DVD 's and games. Friendly homeowner, telephone gesproken.Kleine min (PLUS) point was that there was no wifi available. Thus, until late in the evening gespeeld.Kortom cozy games, enjoyed a beautiful house and omgeving.Krish

Very nice area. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, but microwave didn't work. Very good beds, but layout not functional. Sauna upstairs replaced by toilet and sink or small bathroom.

We were unpleasantly surprised by email with a lot of extra rules that were unknown at the time of booking, they wanted a list of names complete with dates of birth, as well as name and address details of the person responsible for the group. Otherwise, the access code for the key box would not be given. In case of nuisance, they reserved the right to evict anyone from the home on penalty of 65 euros per person. When leaving the house, vacuum and sweep (which was of course already done, despite the fact that cleaning costs were included in the booking. We were unpleasantly surprised by these rules. The house looked clean, but it was not. An interesting business model was a comment from the group. Unfortunately, we did not speak to the landlord in person to clear up some uncertainties.
