This beautiful, modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located on the first floor of an apartment house in Hermagor - Sonnleitn in Carinthia, directly in the well-known Nassfeld ski area.
The holiday apartment can be reached with an elevator, the furnishings of the holiday apartment are well-kept and modern and offer a large living room/bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed and bunk bed, an open, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with deck chairs. You can park directly at the apartment house (reserved parking space).
In winter you can access the ski slopes of the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes directly from the holiday apartment, and in summer it is the ideal starting point for an unlimited number of beautiful hikes, climbing trips, mountain bike tours and much more in the magnificent mountain world of beautiful Nassfeld.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities, several restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, but the recently renovated swimming pool with sauna also offers you wonderful relaxation after a sporty day in the mountains. In addition, the ski school is right outside the door. The Pendolino summer toboggan run is also in the immediate vicinity, and for motorcyclists the Nassfeld Pass and the many beautiful mountain roads are a true paradise. From here you also have many excursion options, e.g. E.g. to Italy, you can reach Venice in 2 hours by car. You can swim in the Presseggersee near Hermagor, which is approx. 20 km away.

This apartment did not meet our expectations. It was grubby and the view was disappointing. we looked at another apartment complex. It was noisy, so we were inconvenienced by other residents. the kitchen inventory was not complete and the operation of the hob was unclear, so that the food again caught on and then remained cold. we could enter the apartment through a key box. The owner gave us friendly explanation by phone when we could not find the locker. we missed the personal greeting and made it known.

This apartment must be rented for 2 people and not for 4 people, it is not equipped for this. On arrival it smelled very musty (or that nobody had been there for months). Sofa bed was not made for the children, balcony you can not turn your ass and it was completely deserted. Eivenaresse knew nothing about a swimming pool which had to be complex ???? We turned around without touching anything and canceled it. Helped and handled very well by Belvilla. Top service. Owner informed but she reacted extremely furious and threatened with extra cleaning costs.

In fact, I have no negatives about this accommodation, except one little. There is no wardrobe or something similar, just a few open shelves next to the bunk bed. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and I and my son have a nice time here. But I think it is not suitable for four persons as mentioned in the offer. It is small but good for two people. The house keeper is very nice and helpfull, she left us even a bottle of wine, which was very nice. It made our first evening better (traveled about 500km from Bratislava). Now during the summer it is a quiet area and I have to say that this is what I appreciate the most. Almost no other guest in other apartments, no noise and quiet nights. Perfect for me and my son. If you are looking for nice, small and well kept apartment (as I did), this is the right choice for you.
