This detached, romantic alpine hut for a maximum of 4 people has a fantastic location in the mountains at approx. 1000 meters, on the southern foothills of the Saualm, right near the town of Eberstein in Carinthia.

This farmer's hunting lodge has a cozy living room with a stylish wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of space for 4 people and radiate a wonderful atmosphere. This house, located on the edge of the forest, has a wonderfully wide view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The house has a very spacious garden with a pool, garden furniture, sunbathing area and its own well and is located in a very beautiful and unspoilt place in Austria. The trout pond is only 50 meters from the house and you can grill the fish you caught yourself on the grill. You can reach this house via an easily accessible asphalt road, about 7 kilometers from Eberstein. The house and the surrounding area are a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and hikers.

Eberstein in Central Carinthia offers a beautiful mountain landscape, valleys and mountain lakes. With the Kraigersee, Urbansee and Hörzendorfer See you have real insider tips for a day of pure bathing fun. In the village you will find sufficient shopping facilities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The Saualpe - Eberstein ski area is a dreamy little ski area with a view over half of Carinthia, ideal for learning to ski and for skiing in the sun. Other ski areas are the Koralpe, Klippitztörl and the Gerlitzen.

The accommodation was unfortunately not as great as we had expected. There was no life to be seen in the fish pond, and it was quite unkempt, which was very noticeable when the sun shone directly on the surface. In the pond, there was a large white sheet, the function of which was unclear. There was a lot of leaves in the water. Debris was lying in and around the water, which other vacationers had likely left behind. I was looking forward to fishing with my little son, and we were very disappointed when we quickly realized that it probably wouldn't happen. When we arrived at the house at the beginning of the vacation, we were immediately told that the char hide under the layer of leaves... The little house itself is very pretty and cozy, equipped with a lot of wood. But unfortunately, there were also a few points of criticism here. The cutlery was dirty and one knife was definitely completely unwashed. The cookware was equally unappetizing. The coating of the pans was scratched, and on all the bottoms of the pots and pans, there were burnt food residues that could not be removed. The sink had a sharp-edged crack. The furnishings were partly worn out and needed to be replaced. Games were available, but some were incomplete. For example, playing Kniffel without dice makes no sense. The pool was clean. The landlords were nice. The dreamlike landscape and tranquility made the vacation a very beautiful experience.

The Koishütte is very nicely located and a dream to chill out. Everything is very clean and cozy. The hosts are very, very nice. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year!

The view and the surroundings are even more beautiful than it does in the pictures. If you like a lot of privacy and no other nearby houses, this is definitely recommended. Inside it is cozy, but not tight, with a small Kitchen and outside a nice bbq where you can do well. From the house you can make nice walks, and people are also very nice and helpful.

Beautiful location. It was really much more beautiful and atmospheric than expected! The owner gives the cream on the cake as a gift by serving you all the time and a solo for extra Austrian snaps and snacks! Super also the private pond pond where you get a fishing rod. Then instead of mountain cows everyone deer around you. Really we go again. Top vacation!

Hello, it was a beautiful and very quiet place. The landlords were very nice and helpful, they live only a few hundred meters away. The cottage was clean and well maintained. Very remote from the next place. Everything needed for daily needs (e.g. cooking) was there. And if something was missing, you only had to contact the landlord. Then they took care of it straight away. There were no problems with the dog either. The pool is large and was also very clean. If you want to have a quiet and relaxed holiday, then you are in good hands there.
