From the cottage we have almost daily to walk a different walk. Rarely do so many beautiful walks in the management area. The funicular was upstairs walking distance, fantastic.The cottage was basic, but we did it well.

We had a great vacation in this house (ski week with 3 adults and 2 children). Warm and kneuterig house within walking distance of the nursery slope and ski lift, material rental, ski school Petzen and the gondola. Nice bar downstairs at the practice rink and nice restaurants at the top of the ski area. Supermarket 15 minutes (SPAR) and ATMs too. The practice slope + Kinderland is well appointed and easy. Everyone is very helpful and our kids (almost 4 and 11 years) have learned to ski. 5 in mornings Well sense to zero, because the lessons are more strict to the children (especially toddlers / toddlers), but it helps, otherwise they are only to roar on the mountain. Now had our daughter after two mornings all fun. On the 4th morning she was all alone with the drag lift. So the result is there. You can pay by debit card classes. The accommodation was country-style rustic, as well as in the photos pictured. All the furniture in the house is in a very mixed old condition, doors of cabinets can not be closed, or only with a lot of effort. It is almost impossible to go quietly through the house, it almost creaks at almost every step It is in the living area at a comfortable seating corner for a common stay, the existing dining corner is not suitable for a longer sitting and play evening, the butt starts to hurt. Also it would be at least in the summer season recommendable, beach chairs for the available garden to provide. The cleanliness was outstanding and absolutely no complaints, the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlady would be rated with 5 stars.

It doesn't quite match. The bathroom with toilet is extremely small, the three of us just got by. The kitchen is partially furnished, but those who want to cook a lot should take their utensils with them. Unfortunately, the oven only has top heat and is only suitable for heating up. It is clean. In the evening you can get together socially in the eat-in kitchen. Heating can be used electrically, which is important for the band and bedroom, because the wood stove only heats the kitchen/living room! The landlady was friendly and nice and was not pushy. However, the existing devices such as televisions, vacuum cleaners or stoves are extremely old and could easily be replaced. All in all, we got along well and would book the house again.

Beautiful surroundings, nice authentic house with lots of privacy, nice sauna, good central heating and a well-functioning extra wood stove with free wood for the wood stoves in the house and the sauna. Friendly and hospitable reception from the owner. The dog was also allowed to come along, but arrange a bench if you go out without the dog to protect the house and the property of the owner, a previous tenant had locked his dog in the bathroom, which is not the intention. Unfortunately, the beds are of lesser quality and old-fashioned doing the dishes yourself. We will definitely rent it again in the future.

The holiday was only a week, offered exactly what we wanted. Break from our busy lives. The description and photo 's come in great extent with the reality. We enjoyed beautiful weather in a nicer environment. For real tourist happening around Klagenfurt, the Worthersee and so you have to Evden in the car (half hour to an hour). In the immediate vicinity are nice and beautiful gegen present to enjoy the nature. The bakery is not within walking distance, so plan a nice breakfast the day before. That'll do enjoy! Even eating can, for example, the nearby Bleiburg, fun place with nice terraces. Overall, well worth it. The owners of the house are very helpful and friendly, as most Austrians we spoke. however a point of attention is the bed that is personally but could be better. A good night's sleep increases the fun day .......

The beautiful characteristic cottage is in a lovely quiet area. You can go to your heart's content directly picturesque walks, or by cable car to the top and do on the border with Slovenia special walks. Nearby are fine lakes where you can swim. Want some are more active than it is doing fine. We have visited a clammy, a waterfall view and a kayak trip in a mountain which was once a mine has been. Truly an experience !!

Due to the heavy traffic we arrived after 18h, this was no problem for the owners. The key was ready and the next morning we were received kindly by them. The cottage was basic but everything was present. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet and away from the crowds.
