Get skiing at the famous Kreischberg ski area, which is walking distance from the house, in addition to a large golf course in Kreischberg.

A great holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. If you want to complain, it's the noisy bedrooms. But as I said, this is a luxury problem that doesn't make the vacation worse.
