Beautiful house, quiet, great view, clean, washing machine and dryer, but nothing has been done for a long time - a lot of broken chipped dishes, no functioning kitchen knife, no spatula, no cooking spoon or peeler, too few breakfast plates, too few small spoons, no shower works properly (one holder is completely missing, the other is defective), jacuzzi out of order, hanging front door handle, dishwasher and dishes stink, worn and sagging upholstered furniture, two wooden chairs with broken backs, garden loungers with torn fabric, bathroom door won't close, all door handles are hanging, and much more... Too bad, this great house could be made great again, the best times are long gone... Aging - clean, but not maintained, too overpriced for that, return-oriented.

It is a beautiful house in a nice location, only on the site everything is outdated. the shower under what steam cabin should have been replaced in the years for regular douche.Jammer while you still pay for it.

The address was easy to find. Tip: indicate the address of restaurant Passhöhe on the paper, because the key must be obtained there. The accommodation is good, pleasant and spacious houses, well equipped with things for many people (tables / benches / chairs / beds, etc.) . The terrace is spacious with comfortable (reclining) chairs. Point of attention is the state of the extra (luxury) equipment: the massage shower was not functioning and was on the list for replacement, nevertheless annoying with 8 people if one of the two bathrooms fails; the sauna and the bath in the second bathroom gave rise to leakage, so that they could not really be used properly. Furthermore, the pilot of the heating and hot water boiler went out every time, so that we were several times "in the morning under a cold shower. The whole thing was reported to the homeowner, but a real solution was not given. for activities (rafting, shopping, swimming) you still have to drive a long way, there is little opportunity in the neighborhood.The nearest larger town Trieben is not much, In terms of dining there is little choice. rest and want to be together.
