This detached, south-facing chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the Chaletpark Hohentauern, in the middle of the village of Hohentauern (snow-sure altitude 1,275 meters) and practically right next to the ski lift. The detached chalet is modern, built from wood and equipped with every luxury imaginable.

The chalet offers a modern living room with sofa bed and dining table, an open, fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a winter garden, a south-facing terrace and an in-house wellness area with sauna and shower. You can park directly under the carport and there is a storage room for your ski equipment. From the winter garden with panoramic glazing you have a wonderful view of the mountains, the ski lift and the village. You also have a wonderful view of the mountains from the spacious terrace.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep. In every season, the chalet and the immediate surroundings offer you and your family the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.

Summer is especially known for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region in every season.

The reception can only be reached by telephone on Wednesdays.

Beautiful modern spacious house. There is room for 8-10 people here. Very large bathroom with sauna. We have filled ourselves very well.

The address was easy to find. Tip: indicate the address of restaurant Passhöhe on the paper, because the key must be obtained there. The accommodation is good, pleasant and spacious houses, well equipped with things for many people (tables / benches / chairs / beds, etc.) . The terrace is spacious with comfortable (reclining) chairs. Point of attention is the state of the extra (luxury) equipment: the massage shower was not functioning and was on the list for replacement, nevertheless annoying with 8 people if one of the two bathrooms fails; the sauna and the bath in the second bathroom gave rise to leakage, so that they could not really be used properly. Furthermore, the pilot of the heating and hot water boiler went out every time, so that we were several times "in the morning under a cold shower. The whole thing was reported to the homeowner, but a real solution was not given. for activities (rafting, shopping, swimming) you still have to drive a long way, there is little opportunity in the neighborhood.The nearest larger town Trieben is not much, In terms of dining there is little choice. rest and want to be together.
