The wide clean sandy beach is 150 m from the house. Bus stop 50 m and Denia centre 2.5 km.
The holiday home with communal pool ( removed) and enclosed grounds offers guests an undisturbed quiet stay. A parking space is also available directly at the house.
The comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, underfloor heating for the winter and the high-quality kitchen, is for every guest to feel at home. The outdoor terrace is equipped with two seating areas and deck chairs. The barbecue brings the evening to a successful conclusion.

Denia is a popular town with 40,000 inhabitants, well-developed, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightlife. Shopping center "Portal de la Marina" in Dénia, 8 km from Denia. Transport connection via the expressway, railway station in Denia bus. A prestigious La Sella golf course with 18 holes is also nearby. The castle that overlooks the town, offers a magnificent view of the entire region.

Beautifully located beach house with many advantages
The house is a semi-detached property, very nicely located. You can't hear anything from the nearby road, which practically runs directly past the beach. The terrace is sufficiently large with a beautiful palm tree providing shade, seating, and lounging options. Everything is very well-maintained and lovingly furnished (almost too good for our three boys aged 6-15). The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In the house, you will find a folder with all necessary information, including suggestions for excursions in the area. We particularly made intensive use of the five bicycles because they allow easy access to the city and can be used for longer distances if needed. The beach is really so close that you can quickly jump into the sea in the morning before breakfast - or you can use the fairly large and well-maintained pool, which is exclusively for residents of this holiday complex and is supervised by a lifeguard from 10 am to 4 pm. Since the area is enclosed, children can also stay there very comfortably. The pool naturally includes showers and toilets, benches, and sunbathing areas. The beach is very beautiful in our opinion because it is not only a sandy beach but also has small rocky areas with modest coral growth that invite for snorkeling. While you may not see the colorful variety as in Egypt, you can still observe a number of fish. A few meters further is also a pure white sandy beach, all with a gentle slope, suitable for children as well. Denia itself is not yet as overcrowded and especially does not have the hotel castles like Benidorm or partly also Calpe. The fortress is worth a visit, and the city itself invites you to take a stroll. Within walking distance is a Masymas supermarket, which offers everything necessary for daily needs, while an Aldi can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. In the city itself, there is a more extensive offering, with the seafood (shellfish and fresh fish) being particularly recommended - a barbecue is also available in the basement of the beach house. We also climbed the 753-meter high peak of Montgo Mountain (http://www.denia.net/ge/seccion/naturaleza/montgo/rutas/c.asp). It was a very nice experience, especially for our youngest, but quite strenuous in the summer temperatures. One needs a lot of water, and the time frame of three hours is at least quite tight for the ascent. It was a very nice vacation in a very beautiful house and, also worth mentioning here, with a very nice landlord. Thanks again on the way.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sauber und gepflegt, Ferienanlagen ringsherum, auch die Stadt macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck.
free time activities: Baden und Sonnen, Erholen, Ausflugsfahrten nach Denia mit dem Fahrrad, für weitere Fahrten ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Es gibt eine Reihe lohnenswerter Ziele (Valencia, Javea, Guadalest im Landesinneren mit einem wunderschönen Stausee)
shopping facilities: Die Stadt bietet im Prinzip alles, was man für den Urlaub und darüber hinaus braucht, etliche Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung.
