We had a stay for 5 nights to accommodate our hiking holiday. We could start the hikes directly from the house, after we finished our breakfast of fresh bread which was delivered every morning at the front door! The host was super helpfull and enjoyed it to make it a pleasent trip for us.The house was a lovely place to return after a cold day outside, especially for the price.

Riding stables, restaurants and cheese dairy can be reached quickly on foot, and easy to walk with a stroller. Quiet residential area. All-round carefree care on site, the fairy godmother Barbara provides everything you need: weather information, fresh towels, toilet paper replenishment, tips for things to do in the area. What a charming place! The living room was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The owners were very friendly, and the hot tub was a delightful luxury. It is located on the first floor with a large balcony. The cleanliness is tipptopp.Am house is a key safe, so that we could arrive flexible. The location of the house is nice and quiet and the area offers many Freizeitangebote.Wir got to know the owners who have their vacation home under the apartment to be rented. Great apartment for a small family and with a couple of nice local restaurants which were reasonably priced compared to the dining at the big resorts locally. A car is essential but you are within easy driving distance of several good skiing areas in particular Kitzbuhel which we loved. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we could need. Thoroughly recommended.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment in Kirchdorf! The layout is modern and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking a breeze. We loved relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the stunning view of the Wild Kaiser. The location was perfect for skiing, with several ski areas just a few minutes' drive away. Nice apartment in a house with four apartments, we had an upstairs with balcony. Good apartment, quite spacious, good beds, well-equipped kitchen, no noise from neighbors. The only thing we missed were curtains in the living room. Because there is no door between the hallway and the living room, you can see quite far inside from outside, we wanted to close it off with curtains in the evening. But otherwise a great place, also close enough to the shops of Skt Johann.
