Pure deception. Selling like a house, but in practice two separate apartments. Unsuitable for 12 people. Service? Belvilla doesn't know that.

Apartment not ready at check-in time. Three hours later at 6 p.m. the lady was still cleaning. But had plenty of time to force conversations on us instead of stepping on the gas while cleaning. Very pushy person, interfering in everything such as our dinner plans. Heating only worked in the bathroom in the lower part of the house. Baby bed a cheek, since the floor would be more comfortable compared to the mattress. Parking situation unrelaxed. Somewhat remote; you need a car for almost everything.

The house itself is very nice and newly renovated. Everything you need is available in the house. However, the house is in Gasteig, a hill near Kirchdorf directly on the main road. Rather unsuitable for children, since you can go for a little walk there and there is no playground nearby

Nice and cozy house where everything was present. Beautiful area, in which there is still much to do in autumn! Too bad we were only allocated a parking space for our car after there had already been a fuss with the local neighbor…
