We (6 people) felt very comfortable in the chalet; everything was perfect: the tasteful decor, the dreamlike location, the cleanliness, and the warm welcome. We can definitely recommend the chalet. One request: an extension cord or an outdoor socket for e-bikes would be desirable.

We were with 8 adults and 1 dog in this house. The house is super beautiful, the location perfect. For 8 people, the kitchen, dining, and living room are also great; everything you need is there. The bedrooms are also large enough, although the bedroom in the basement could have more light. The bathrooms are small but okay. The landlord, Mrs. Müller, is very nice and helpful. With 8 adults, it might be a bit tighter, but sufficient.

We had a lovely vacation in Kaiserliebe 1. Everything we needed, and more, was available in the house. The children, 5 and 10, didn't want to go back home. Excellent contact with the lady of the house, Cornelia (very nice and friendly lady). We really felt at home. Don"t hesitate and book yourself a holiday in Kaiserliebe 1 in Ellmau.

Accommodation and location are great. Everything was really great. The only thing I think are the toilet doors. These are not completely closed or there are sliding doors. A matter of taste ... Otherwise we have nothing to complain about. It was a great great holiday !!!

What a great house! At the same time both rustic and cozy as well as very tastefully decorated! Very nice owners, perfect communication and nothing was missing. The two bathrooms are a bit small, but that didn't bother us. Since the street below the house is blocked by a barrier, the house is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back!

It was our first time travelling with Belvilla and the booking operatives spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The chalet was stunning both inside and out. The owner who went out of her way to pick us up from the bus stop when we first arrived thought of everything to add to the chalet to ease the stay. We would certainly return and recommend to others.

The interior of the house is very atmospheric. The traditional austrian exterior in combination with a modern interior is unique. All kitchen utensils are of good quality and complete. Great house, we were 3 families with a total of 3 children! Fantastic location, the gondola is within easy walking distance. Great views of the Bergdoktorhaus. Beautiful terrace - all good! For the 2nd time a vacation spent in this beautiful cozy chalet and again thoroughly enjoyed. It feels like home and for Frau Müller is nothing much and goes to great lengths to make you feel at home. Overall a wonderful place to unwind and equipped. We certainly hope to come back again.

For the second time stayed in chalet Kaiser Liebe. The house is equipped as extended cooking utensils, iron and washing machine. Very good location to the center and the gondola. This time we could even ski to the house! From the living room stunning views and good service from the hostess. We hope here at least one more time to go to!

Super fantastic house. The house is fully equipped. We were 5 adults (grandparents, daughters-in-law) and 5 children (18, 15, 13, 11 and 9 years). Spacious light and beautiful. Nice large dining table to chat after cozy even after eating. Nice spacious lounge sofa for the kids to lie on and hang out. Sumptuous beds. Nice patio where you can relax in the sun enjoying the peace and environment (mountain view, ducklings walking through the backyard). Quiet street but within walking distance of downtown. Good service, nice and neat house with well equipped kitchen, really everything was present. Bread service is regulated by the local baker. We found the house too far from the village and the slopes to go running with the kids but that's personal. Ample free parking at the Hartkaiserbahn if you're going by car. In the house is also a space there to dry your shoes and dropping ski equipment. Really recommended!

During our winter holiday we stayed in chalet Liebe Kaiser. A beautiful house, a kitchen fully equipped! Therefore every night cooking very nice, a nice dining area to eat.'re All Nice carport, so the car was parked and a beautiful covered wooden terrace around the house. Down a ski room and a bedroom with a beautiful view. Nice owner who is very helpful. The house is located on a quiet road, just outside the city center near the train Hartkaiser. Repeating!
