The house is fantastic and the owner has been with some local tips. The house is in dream location and is so well proportioned. The garden is well maintained. It is really great and has been furnished very nicely.

Very well maintained cottage! Very high quality equipment and definitely the nicest house in the street. The location is very good. You are in a few minutes at the ski lift, which offers opportunities for the whole ski area. Opposite on the other side of the street is a spicy pizzeria, the evening for nice food invites. As the house but also very nice, we also enjoyed an evening at the cottage. Here you can enjoy kickers, television or various social games that are already all available from the landlord! We were a troupe of 9 people who are between 20-30 years old, so apres ski was also an issue for us. Opposite is a club, but we preferred rather the fables in the nearest town. From here extra taxis rented from the apres ski hut will take you home for free in the evening! On foot, however, also reachable in 15-20min. The landlady has been super nice and has received directly on the first day. At half-time, she has swapped our towels, so we can deduct any points here. In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board etc. For the ski boots there is an extra suspension which also warms the shoes from the inside. So no wet or cold shoes in the morning! The beds are super comfortable and nice and big. Rooms are all separately lockable and all equipped with an extra balcony. Top cottage, top ski area, top landlady, the house has very nicely decorated. Definitely worth a recommendation.

The house is big enough for 6 adults and 4 children or 8 adults like us. 10 adults could easily live in it and 4 people would have to share a room with bunk beds. The location is very central, you don't need a car, everything can be reached in 5-15 minutes, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, buses, lifts and hiking trails nearby. On the weekends it can get a bit louder but that doesn't bother us. The hostess is very nice and helpful, she can always ask. We were there for the 2nd time and definitely not the last time.

The house is very spacious and has an upscale amenities, the living area is very nice, there is an extra games room on the ground floor, the rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable. The location is very central with views of the mountains, ski school and to the other side of the town center. Everything is within walking distance.

A very, very nice holiday. House is located in the center (to the front) and directly on Kinderskiland (back). Since the windows are very good, you can sleep well at night despite apres-ski on the other side of the street. Everything is there, very comfortable and the landlady is very friendly.

We had a wonderful week in Ellmau. The house is perfectly located in the center, the ski school (top ski school Ellmau) is right in the garden, and you can ski down to the house. Very cozy furnishings and comfortable beds. We will come back :)

Friendly landlord, happy to help you. Accomodation was very spacious and neat. During our summer stay we had a nice quiet garden and a terrace with the cosiness of the village on our doorstep. With beautiful mountain views on all sides.

The house was really a dream! Picobello clean with everything you need. The location in the village and directly on the ski slope with a view from the spacious dining table on the Wilder Kaiser could not be better. Our little ones were also thrilled with the foosball table in the games room and the horses next door. Many thanks to the very nice and courteous landlord.

We had a wonderful week in Ellmau. The house is perfectly centrally located, the ski school (top ski school Ellmau) is right in the garden, and you can ski all the way back to the house. Very cozy furnishings and comfortable beds. We'll come back :)

Very nice chalet in the center of Ellmau. Restaurants, bakery, supermarket and shops within walking distance. Wonderful covered terrace with a large garden and mountain views.
