The apartment was fantastic a small point a second bathroom would be easier but this does not take away from the fact that the apartment and certainly also the location was fantastic. Really recommended.

At the reception we were received by a Dutch speaking lady who was very helpful. The apartment was neat and almost completely matched the description. Unfortunately, the washing machine (one of the criteria when booking) turned out not to be in the apartment itself, but to be shared with the other apartments in the building. Use had to be paid separately. During our stay there was no hot water in the afternoon. The landlord responded with "Was sol Ich den machen?" After two hours of not hearing anything, the landlord called again, no answer. The other mobile number of the information board was also not recorded. We have sent an email to the email address in the information folder, with a resume to Belvilla. Haven't heard anything from either of them yet. Fortunately, after 4 hours the problem was solved. We had a great stay, but in case of problems no one is available.
