Weekend trip with friends. The apartment seemed larger than expected and had everything we needed. Kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the proximity to the ski area saved us a lot of time compared to other accommodations.

Best, I had several stays during my vacation and booked different accommodations through Airbnb, Holidu, Booking, and you. At this moment, I have the worst experience ever with my booking: 1D 97 CV K8. I have already filed a complaint with Holidu, but I also want to present this to you. Examples of what happened: 1. The reservation states to call before arrival. 1 hour before check-in time of 16:00, I called 6 times and no one answered, the phone just rang. Upon contact with you and Belvilla, the lady called me back. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere and there is no one and nothing to be found. There has been zero form of communication. 2. The lady passively aggressively indicates that I cannot park my car in front of the door while unloading my car, but that I must park my car on an unpaved road where various pebbles and/or sharp objects may be present. I had to have a half-hour discussion that there is a garage on my reservation, but I am not allowed to park my car there because her car is in the way. Several times there was a threat to call Belvilla for me. I tried to explain with Google Translate that I cannot risk getting a flat tire by parking my car with various materials. I want to emphasize that the road is not a through road. The paved road ends at the entrance of the apartment. 3. The lady has come to our apartment up to 5 times throughout the entire first day without asking. We have our privacy; I have rented the apartment. She comes in to have the document filled out about the number of guests staying, another time she suddenly stands behind me with a document about house rules, 2 hours later she is on the balcony again via the entrance of our apartment to inform me that the car needs to be moved, while I have parked it along the road and am not blocking the road. This is really unacceptable and disrespectful behavior. 4. It is nowhere stated that we cannot use our small table grill on the balcony, but fine if this is not allowed and I understand the approach that everything is made of wood. Moreover, there are no high flames coming out, it is for warmth to cook something. But the lady also storms back into our apartment and threatens multiple times to call the police and Belvilla on us while I did not know it was not allowed and I am just cooperating. The lady kept looking at me angrily and speaking German, while I had already indicated that I do not speak German. I understand some words, because they are the same words in Dutch. 5. The lady has been very passive-aggressive from the first moment and makes no effort to make herself understandable; she only speaks German, and that is fine, but I have to be the one who translates everything while the lady is the one providing information and announcements. She is very derogatory and mocks me, I don't understand it at all. I was forced to book something else the same day and therefore only used the apartment for 1 night out of the 3 nights. While packing my bags, the lady stared at me angrily for an hour next to my car without any communication. She kept threatening with Belvilla and made my table grill seem very large by pretending I had created a fireball in her apartment. When leaving, I asked if the lady wanted to check and approve the apartment, but again she remained dismissive and did not want to check. I did not trust the situation or the lady, so I took videos of how we left the apartment and that she did not want to check. All in all, this has been a very bad experience. Together with my family, I did not sleep all night. Each time we heard a door or sound, we thought that Mrs. was back inside. I cannot allow us to have 2 more bad nights on our well-deserved vacation. We checked out after the 1st night in the morning. I would like to get a refund for the 2 nights' payment. If this is not possible, I will be forced to take further actions and steps, as I find this very unacceptable. We came as guests, behaved as guests, paid everything neatly, but are being treated like a couple of criminals. Again, I have been forced to make a new booking elsewhere (also via Holidu) for the remaining 2 nights. After evaluating what happened and how nice my other bookings (including this new booking) have been, I can easily say this has been the right step for me and my family. The Entleitenhof is hard to find. The photo 's on the site give something else again, that what you see when you arrive. From the side it looks like a dilapidated farm, especially if you arrive in the evening, as was the case with us. Reception was very cordial and the cottage was sufficiently taken care of. do not look under couches or beds !!!! the hostess does everything for you, but you can see everything that is new to her. Every day ask for new towels, while it would be easier as they were always there. the kitchenware is adequate, but all just not clean enough. the hostess completely controls anything if you leave, hence also missing some cutlery \/ crockery. all et al had a nice holiday, but the icing on the cake are still missing at this villa.

In mid-September 2015 we traveled to Hollerbach. The TomTom led us past the village high up the mountain. After some searching we found the right house and we were warmly received by our hostess. Our stay was for both of us wonderfully spacious. From the balcony we could enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We have spent 10 wonderful days. We made beautiful walks and there are also gone out with the car, even in Italy. The weather was for the month of September with certainly, even at high altitudes quite cold and windy. Greatly enjoyed our holidays in this house! Very sweet owners who gave us our privacy and were ready to give us information about what we could do in the area! We were surprised by the complete layout of the kitchen, everything has been thought of blender toaster! Comfortable beds, nice clean floor to the cabinets and fridge / freezer, everything was spotless. Nice balcony with beautiful views we got enough of beautiful mountains with snowy peaks. Table and chairs on balcony, lovely! The house is quite high on the mountain but you're in five minutes and then drive down into the village for groceries and tasty sandwiches. We spent our honeymoon here and love to come here again! In the winter here is also plenty to do, there is a lift up the mountain to ski! The first night we were provided with delicious toppings for bread because we were too late to do some shopping. Very nice! Highly recommended ...

Nicely furnished house, secluded but not too far from the ski lift. The Panorama Road (lift) is about 5 minutes away, the road is made of snow. Panorama Top Job is the ski school. Holiday has stables (cows, calves and sheep). Children can help with feeding and caring. Owners very welcoming. Only downside, there was no possibility for breakfast.

Had a great holiday! Many walks in the beautiful nature! Beautiful lakes, mountain goats, marmots and lots of waterfalls seen! Nearby enough choice for a trail walk, from very light to heavy long routes. You can also do various activities in the area, such as the lifts into the mountains, a mine and a natural look and more outings. The house has spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony where you can sit on. Had a wonderful holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sunlit Apartment near the ski resort! The location was perfect for us – just a short drive to the Kitzbühel ski lifts and surrounded by magnificent mountain views. The apartment itself was spacious and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. We especially loved the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of skiing. It was a very nice area. The landscape was very beautiful and the destinations were very easy or quick to reach. The accommodation was very nice and the view was wonderful. It took some searching. The navigation system did not specify the number. So left and right just stop to ask where we had to drive to. Beautiful surroundings, very much to do. A must buy Hohe Tauern pass, many cable cars and other attractions included at the house much to do for children. If you leave every day is to do it, but you also want to occasionally stay at the cottage than not recommended with children. Only a small balcony where you can just sit on. More than a ski house a summer cottage. Tip bring your own frying pan with it. Inventory very brief. Owner very nice.

In advance just contact hostess., Accommodation is fine with great views over the valley. Beautiful area with good opportunities for walks and the like. Hostess is very helpful, even waving us out "3.30 a.m. in the morning. Is definitely recommended.

It took me a while, but soon found. The house is located about 3 km from Hollerbach off, but with the car you have snel.Het apartment was very good, everything sufficiently available, for 6 people, we find it too small. Very friendly owners, regularly ask if everything is okay, but otherwise they leave you alone.

Rural apartment located high on the mountain. Navigation from the car does not find it anyway. We were warmly welcomed by the landlady. There is a magnificent view from the balcony with a beautiful flowerage. There was enough space for us. Also for the car. Unfortunately, the beds squeaked with every movement. All mattresses very soft. Sink plug in the 2nd bath is missing. For children with braces you have to be careful. Toilet flush / seal in the apartment is broken. Landlady informed. Maybe we are picky?

Holiday home located on the mountain with a great view. For a top holiday in peace in a very spacious apartment. We have had a stay here of two weeks with the four of us, including 2 children. The apartment is complete and very spacious. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. A garage is available for the car. There is a lot to do in the area, which makes this location highly recommended.
