We enjoyed our stay here, although the weather could have been better! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The nearby lake was a lovely place to walk, and we discovered some charming local cafes. Overall, a good experience.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Stuhlfelden! The views from the terrace were unobstructed, especially during sunset. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, which made meal preparation easy. We also enjoyed friendly competition at the outdoor table tennis, surrounded by beautiful mountains. It was a short drive to the nearest ski lift, which was perfect for our winter trip. Overall, a cozy and unforgettable experience!

Great apartment and fully equipped. Beautiful view over the valley and the owners are super friendly. On arrival they helped us unload and we immediately received lemonade and biscuits. When you follow the road behind the house you come to the Bürgl Hütte from where you can take beautiful walks and eat well. There is plenty to do in the area. Our children (7 years) had a great time with the table tennis and sandbox. Had a great holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by Martha and Franz. We got coffee with a treat. The cottage was very clean and fully furnished. The children were also thought of, such as a high chair or cot. The view from the house is beautiful! You look in the middle of the village of Stuhlfelden. A path leads from the house into the forest, which ends at the waterfall. Recommended! Had wonderful skiing holiday. Fam. Kappeler is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We came to ski. Within 15 minutes drive your car to Hollerbach to go on the slopes there. House is very neat and clean. Offers enough space, we were with 2 adults. and three children, and is fully furnished. After a day with lots of snow is where the car should be parked neatly snow free. We can recommend it every winter sports who do not mind to have a fifteen minute drive to the gondolas.

Lovely location - quiet but can walk into the village from apartment if you do not mind hills! In the village there is a bakers, small shop, tourist information and places to eat. The weather was not great (lots of fog and rain) but Haus Kapeller made us much good. Franz and Martha are excellent hosts. They did everything possible to sweeten our stay. Every day the wood stove in the living room was nice temperature and the couple surprised us with ice, beer, juice "orange and a free lesson archery. One minus the second bedroom was very humid.'s Clothing over the seats felt" morning clammy of. Mittersill is a quiet village with a few good restaurants. The compounds of Zell am See, Mittersill and Hollerbach are excellent. Within half an hour you stand at the lifts. We can certainly recommend Haus Kapeller for a winter holiday!

We had a great week at the Family Kapeller. Very friendly people who like to be prepared to tell us about the area and what to do you more. Franz is good archery and likes to learn. Guests (including children) What we noticed was that the house was really clean crisp delicious! The space that you rent the entire bottom floor of the house of the family. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen which is fully equipped. Also nice that there are eg detergent and coffee filters, toilet paper and those little things, very convenient. The kitchen is what we were cramped with two people, then the best, with 4 people I would be tight, but we have pictures "s view of people who celebrate Christmas dinner with 6 people, so it can be! Also for the living room is what it is tight, there are a lot of furniture, but it's fine. For the cooler days you can own the Stove lighting Kapeller the family does the same for yourself. There are two toilets in the house and a blissful shower. We had a great week!

Nice cottage on the mountainside with privacy (own entrance). Franz and Martha are nice people who really try their guests to feel at ease. Martha bakes really delicious "Kuche" (= cake) and shares who like! We were 2 couples and 2 spacious and beautiful bedrooms, each on one side of the house. So you have absolutely no problems with each other! The house was damp, but it can also find out what the weather was quite damp! Nearby is the beautiful walk. We have an immediate "Salzburg Card" purchased from the Office of Tourism. This allowed us some lifts once for free and many other attractions for free visits. It took us quite some money and is worth the purchase shown! All in all we had a wonderful holiday!

Wat hebben wij genoten bij Martha en Franz. 2 weken mogen genieten van hun appartement. Heel schoon en alles s aanwezig, heerlijke douche en het uitzicht is geweldig. Ook de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren was top. Bij aankomst helpen met je koffers en wat te drinken. Ze wonen boven het appartement maar daar heb je totaal geen last van. Ook in de omgeving is veel te doen en te zien. Was gewoon top.

We were received very kindly by Franz and Martha, we received a delicious cup of coffee and the children were also taken care of. The cottage was spotless and everything is there, Martha explains everything well. The environment is great! The views from every window from the apartment are photo worthy. From the terrace it is nice to see how the landscape is different every moment. It is really recommended this place, behind the house there is a walking path and then you immediately come to a beautiful waterfall! Our children loved it!

The road to it is very steep.We have no storage space for the skiing discovered, but there are not asked.Skidepots are present at the bergstations.Vriendelijke owners and the owner puts every day the tiled stove, so the house is wonderfully warm on return.

We had a great week at the Family Kapeller. Very friendly people who like to be prepared to tell us about the area and what to do you more. Franz is good archery and likes to learn. Guests (including children) What we noticed was that the house was really clean crisp delicious! The space that you rent the entire bottom floor of the house of the family. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen which is fully equipped. Also nice that there are eg detergent and coffee filters, toilet paper and those little things, very convenient. The kitchen is what we were cramped with two people, then the best, with 4 people I would be tight, but we have pictures "s view of people who celebrate Christmas dinner with 6 people, so it can be! Also for the living room is what it is tight, there are a lot of furniture, but it's fine. For the cooler days you can own the Stove lighting Kapeller the family does the same for yourself. There are two toilets in the house and a blissful shower. We had a great week!

Great apartment and fully equipped. Beautiful view over the valley and the owners are super friendly. On arrival they helped us unload and we immediately received lemonade and biscuits. When you follow the road behind the house you come to the Bürgl Hütte from where you can take beautiful walks and eat well. There is plenty to do in the area. Our children (7 years) had a great time with the table tennis and sandbox. Had a great holiday.

Great location and excellent hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Kids particularly liked the archery lessons! Lovely location - quiet but can walk into the village from apartment if you do not mind hills! In the village there is a bakers, small shop, tourist information and places to eat. Well equipped kitchen so easy to eat in or enjoy a barbecue.

Wat hebben wij genoten bij Martha en Franz. 2 weken mogen genieten van hun appartement. Heel schoon en alles s aanwezig, heerlijke douche en het uitzicht is geweldig. Ook de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren was top. Bij aankomst helpen met je koffers en wat te drinken. Ze wonen boven het appartement maar daar heb je totaal geen last van. Ook in de omgeving is veel te doen en te zien. Was gewoon top.

What is a minus point for people with kids like us a family of 11 and 8 is that they can not play football there or really good games at the cottage zelf.Blijf a day in the house then the children can shire bored because they have no space hebben.Er is next to the house or a small piece of land of about 4 to 5 feet which is just where they can play. The weather was not great (lots of fog and rain) but Haus Kapeller made us much good. Franz and Martha are excellent hosts. They did everything possible to sweeten our stay. Every day the wood stove in the living room was nice temperature and the couple surprised us with ice, beer, juice "orange and a free lesson archery. One minus the second bedroom was very humid.'s Clothing over the seats felt" morning clammy of. Mittersill is a quiet village with a few good restaurants. The compounds of Zell am See, Mittersill and Hollerbach are excellent. Within half an hour you stand at the lifts. We can certainly recommend Haus Kapeller for a winter holiday!

A great house in a beautiful spot. Very nice owners, everything was fine. There is a good bakery down in the village, the area is beautiful. Too bad we do not got into the heater when the owners were on holiday, we had really cold.

Had wonderful skiing holiday. Fam. Kappeler is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We came to ski. Within 15 minutes drive your car to Hollerbach to go on the slopes there. House is very neat and clean. Offers enough space, we were with 2 adults. and three children, and is fully furnished. After a day with lots of snow is where the car should be parked neatly snow free. We can recommend it every winter sports who do not mind to have a fifteen minute drive to the gondolas.

A very nice and equipped with all necessities cottage, beautiful location and a beautiful view of valley and mountains. huiseigenaaren are very friendly and willing to help, really a must! Also, the geographical location is very ideal because it fairly quickly the various ski slopes can reach from here and also the beautiful hiking trails.

We have spent a week skiing with the carnival. Our stay at the holiday was liked. Everything was very clean and everything was in place for a good holiday. It was about 10 min. Drive from ski Kitzbuhel and 15 min. From Bramberg where we were geweest.Was a very nice area with plenty of skiing slopes for a week.

A great house with a nice couple which our verwelkomde.Alles was tip top shape lovely shower spacious cottage for 2 IIG personen.Goed accessible to nice town Mitersill and cross-country skiing and skiing. Great food in the schlosslhotel! Overall we had a wonderfully relaxing week! The Hohe Tauern Museum is definitely worth also taking a look also for children fun.

We were received very hospitable, good explanation / tour home. Property is spacious, kitchen slightly larger expected, children were happy with good wifi.Tevens we have had good suggestions for activities. House was close to town so you could easily walk to the bakery (good morning exercise) .probably by the torrential rain of the previous weeks, CWAs 1 bedroom humid. We have to solve by heating properly and windows kiepstand.Uitzicht was fantastic. Almost all day sun, after 1900 the sun was gone, then it cools off quickly at this altitude. Sun is en. Focusing on other side of the valley. Despite owners live upstairs, lots of privacy.

We had a great week at the Kappe Modeller family. A nice house with all amenities, and outdoor table tennis for our sons. We enjoyed every day of stunning views of the valley. There is much to do in the area, and the owner told much about. There was a lot of information such as brochures available, so we could prepare ourselves well. The weather was good so we had a wonderful time here. We look back with a good feeling in this wake.

A beautiful home with enough space for 4 people. The separate (2nd) toilet is very nice. A downside is the distance from the village to the house. The road to it is very steep.We have no storage space for the skiing discovered, but there are not asked.Skidepots are present at the bergstations.Vriendelijke owners and the owner puts every day the tiled stove, so the house is wonderfully warm on return.

We were received very kindly by Franz and Martha, we received a delicious cup of coffee and the children were also taken care of. The cottage was spotless and everything is there, Martha explains everything well. The environment is great! The views from every window from the apartment are photo worthy. From the terrace it is nice to see how the landscape is different every moment. It is really recommended this place, behind the house there is a walking path and then you immediately come to a beautiful waterfall! Our children loved it!

We were warmly welcomed by Martha and Franz. We got coffee with a treat. The cottage was very clean and fully furnished. The children were also thought of, such as a high chair or cot. Very nice place and fantastic owners! Very helpful and nice. Spacious apartment, all needed things are there. 10 min ride to skilift which takes you to Kitzski area. You can have a nice walk around te area near the building. Really recommended.

Nice cottage on the mountainside with privacy (own entrance). Franz and Martha are nice people who really try their guests to feel at ease. Martha bakes really delicious "Kuche" (= cake) and shares who like! We were 2 couples and 2 spacious and beautiful bedrooms, each on one side of the house. So you have absolutely no problems with each other! The house was damp, but it can also find out what the weather was quite damp! Nearby is the beautiful walk. We have an immediate "Salzburg Card" purchased from the Office of Tourism. This allowed us some lifts once for free and many other attractions for free visits. It took us quite some money and is worth the purchase shown! All in all we had a wonderful holiday!
