The location was excellent for cycling. Nice rooms. Well equipped kitchen. The only slightly negative thing was that the beds were too soft for our liking.

The house was very well and tastefully decorated. The room layout was ideal for our family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately there was the big construction site behind the house.

A perfect holiday for 2 families with a total of 5 children. A very nice and well-kept house. Good layout of the rooms and rooms. Perfect for holidays with several families, etc.. Clean and well-kept bathrooms and sauna. Grill and good kitchen equipment etc. available. Bread service is offered and is recommended. Good location of the semi-detached house. A car or bicycle is necessary for visiting restaurants and for hiking routes etc. However, it can also be reached on foot. The natural pool in the next village is also recommended. We'd love to come back!

We stayed in the accommodation from 09.02.-16.02.2019 with 9 people (6 adults and 3 children). The accommodation was just cleaned by the concierge service on arrival and handed over to us. The reception worked wonderfully. The chalet is very comfortably furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Also the 3 single bedrooms have everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. In the living / dining room is enough space for 10 Persons available In the basement of the chalet is a beautiful sauna which we enjoyed after skiing. A washing machine and a dryer are as well as a ski room in which you can put your shoes on a dryer and the skis can be clamped in convenient wall brackets All in all, the stay in the chalet was very good. We would have a few tips anyway. In the bathrooms should possibly be holder for towels. A Scheibenabzieher in the showers could possibly synonymous sinn.Ein Wasserabzieher for the tiled floor in the sauna area would be optimal. What we did not like when booking the chalet was the Buchungspreis.Laut Belvilla should be the price including bed linen. Unfortunately, this was not the case! The holiday in Austria was nice, as always, and the area around Zell am See is very nice. There is nothing wrong with the house itself. Well equipped and very clean.

However, what surprised me were the costs that had to be paid on site. In the holiday documents were other prices than were suddenly demanded on site. Almost double the tourist tax was charged and there was also a surcharge for the baby set.

After I asked about these differences, the statement was that it was like this and had to be paid for.

One should actually assume that the holiday documents should be correct.

The holiday home was fine and well cared for. Its location against it was outright bad. We had booked a house with a beautiful unobstructed view. (see the photos on the site) At that time, several houses were built in front of the house. Road unobstructed view. At the time of our holiday there were plenty of construction work. Shovels, trucks, excavators, vibratory plates etc from Monday to Friday. It was not possible to sit quietly on the terrace because you could not understand each other. There was no question of a quiet holiday environment. We felt misled by the photos on the site. Belvilla has promised us to adjust the site, but after six months this has still not happened. And again, bookers of this holiday home will be misled by the site and photos regarding the free location and beautiful unobstructed view. With a next booking we will also ask ourselves that, do we really get the holiday home with a good location that we have booked?

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war perfekt. Ein paar kleinere Abnutzungen sollten vielleicht mal getauscht werden (bsp. kaputte Vorhänge- erfüllen ihren Zweck, sahen aber nicht schön aus an manchen Stellen). Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Abstand zum Nachbarn ist gering, hat uns aber zum Glück nicht gestört, die waren kaum da.

The Chalet Flora has us (2 adults and a child) very well. The equipment of the house is upscale and it is so far everything available what you need. The only thing that would have made it better would have been sauna towels. Unfortunately they were missing. The managers are very nice, always available and take care of as soon as possible problems or questions arise. The environment and excursion possibilities are very versatile! However, I would definitely recommend to buy the Salzburger Land Card. You pay once for 12 days 90 € or 45 € for a child but then can use numerous mountain railways, swimming pools, museums or other activities for free. The guest card is unfortunately not very attractive. All in all a very relaxing, varied holiday in the Salzburger Land!

Super nice house and views also super. Enough bathrooms and everything is neatly taken care of. Ski area I recommend to ski in zall am see in terms of area the largest and beautiful jobs. What also appealed to me that you really have the house for yourself, no landlord on your lip zit.Voor large families I really recommend this house to. Also in terms of heating, it is considered all rooms are with own thermostat, everyone can set their own temperature. The house is super lux and really meets this time.

The house was great, very quiet with a view of the meadows. The bakery, the next Einkaufsgegegeheiten and restaurants you had to drive, since the place except a gas station had nothing. For 8 persons the house was very generous from the place.

House with terrace and beautiful open views of the countryside. Located directly on the Tauern bike path, which leads directly to Zell am See. Nice flat bike tours possible. Shops 2 km away. House has 3 bathrooms. Nice big sauna.

Could enter the house at 11.00 am, beautiful house in quiet area. We were 6 adults and 4 children this was fine to do. However, with 10 adults, the house would be tight, especially the living area and the bedroom with two beds and a bunk bed could be problematic. Remains a beautiful house with excellent facilities.

In the photos you see a fantastic panoramic view. In reality there are other houses at 15 meters. Unfortunately, another case of incorrect information!! There are about 12 houses close to each other, only 2 of them have a view. A lot is promised but why not just tell what the reality is?? A small effort, right? The house is excellent, very comfortable for max 8 people.

What a beautiful house! This is really overwintering in luxury. Spacious rooms, luxury box springs, a wonderful sauna and 3 bathrooms! The photos seemed almost too good to be true, but it all turned out to be right. Zell am See is a 12-minute drive away, Kaprun is 16 minutes away. Great to do and afterwards relax in the sun on the terrace behind the house. Highly recommended!
