We had a fantastic stay in this charming chalet! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with impressive vaulted ceilings that made the place feel spacious yet warm. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying our meals at the large dining table. The views of Hohe Tauern National Park from the terrace were absolutely stunning. Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was equipped with all the comforts you could imagine, and more! From the spacious rooms to the well-equipped kitchen and the relaxing sauna, everything was perfect. The ski rental shop is literally across the street, which saved us the hassle of traveling far with our equipment.



From the moment of booking until our departure everything went super smoothly and professionally. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently.



All in all, we can't help but be enthusiastic about our stay in this villa. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts and made our holiday truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning here with our group of friends next year!

Tip: a few baking dishes would make it even more complete. Large dining table for 8 -10 people. There is a separate large sitting room with TV. Beautiful and spacious sauna room with access to balcony/terrace. The basement with a bar, large screen TV, sound bar and table football was great. The only downside was that the shoe heating in the ski room did not work. The heating in the house was more than good and could be regulated per room.

You will certainly not be bored on a rainy day. The children really liked the basement with the football table. We have also made good use of the board games available! All rooms are tastefully decorated and there is sufficient kitchen equipment available. We only missed a juicer. There are large wardrobes in all rooms. Very sorry that the cleaning was not in order. The oven was downright dirty and the floors were sticky. Was that because we could enter the house 2 hours earlier than expected? We also had to ask for kitchen linen and that turned out to be just old rags. The toilet in the room at the front door is leaking and the shower door of the separate bathroom no longer closes properly. As a result, you always have a puddle of water in the bathroom after showering. In any case, we had a great holiday and we definitely recommend the house!

What a beautiful house! Our first reaction upon entering is this the common hall with the neighbors? It was so spacious! Very nice, because with such a large group you have a lot of stuff. The children also had plenty of space to play and play. What a wonderful house it was. Clean, spacious, new, fresh, cozy ... It had it all! In addition, the kitchen was also very nice. Again a lot of space and what a stuff there were present. From blender to bowls and bread rolls. Have even baked a cake in the existing baking tin -) Such a house we want every winter holiday again! The presence of the dryer and washing machine was also nice. And ... the sauna was lovely! As far as location is concerned, practically next to the spruce. You have to drive a bit to ski. But within 15 minutes you are at various areas. We wanted to ski somewhere else every day so driving was absolutely no problem for us. What is also nice is the house is low in the village. If it is a lot of snow you have no hassle with smooth steep roads up and so on. Niedernsill itself is not that special either. However, you can walk nicely if you drive a bit up, beautiful there!
