This sunny apartment for up to 4 people is located in the charming country house Oberaigenhof, directly on the ski slope (Maiskogel run) in Kaprun in the Salzburg region. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains – perfect for a relaxing and active holiday any time of year.

The apartment offers a living room with a sofa bed, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with panoramic views. A ski storage room is also available, and in summer, the large garden invites you to relax or barbecue.

With the Ski Alpin Card, you have access to 408 kilometers of slopes in three top ski areas in Zell am See-Kaprun: the Schmittenhöhe, a family-friendly ski area; the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area for high-alpine skiing; and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with its diverse runs.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals after a long day of hiking. The garden is a nice bonus for summer visits!

The apartment was decorated in minimalist. No bank therefore only possible to liggen.De kitchen "comfortable" was not equipped with a complete kitchen utensils. Our apartment had our bedroom (locked) door to the private house of the (farm) owners. It was so loud that we were woken up every morning to 515 of their morning ritual. Very distracting when you're on vacation and just want to sleep! For us certainly a reason not to keren.Het ski back on the adjacent corn bullet is fine. For advanced skiers may eventually bit boring. Very nice lunch spots. The glacier is over 10 with car situated away. Who mass "s holding is fine there in place large impersonal restaurants and crowded slopes where all levels criss-skiing together. Impressive monument park train disaster in 2000

For hikers an excellent position! From the balcony overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn. Good location for trips to, for example Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel, Schmittenhohe, Zell am See, Grossglockner, Krimml, Salzburg and more. The apartment is simple but everything is there except a dishwasher. Ideal for 2 people, 4 is possible but very tight. No BVN on TV but webcams of the nearby mountain areas. At this time there is a new cottage built in, looks promising. Friendly owner who is always willing to help with questions or concerns.
