Our holiday home "casa litarriccia" is located on a plot of 6300 sqm approximately 235m away from the sandy beach. It has a living area of about 85sqm and a terrace of about 35 sqm. The terrace is mostly covered and provides enough space for 6 people to eat in the summer. Inside the house, there are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds. One bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath (effectively 2 single beds 90x200). The house has 2 shower bathrooms with a total of 3 sinks. In the living room, you can spend cozy TV evenings on the large corner sofa, in case it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to fridge/freezer, stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, kettle, and toaster are also available.
All rooms are heated, making the house also optimally suited for the pre- and post-season.
The garden is fenced.

Our holiday home is located in the south of Corsica, about 3 km north of the city center of Porto-Vecchio.
The distance to the sandy beach is only 235 m.
It is situated on a plot of land of about predominantly with the original vegetation. The holiday home includes a sunny garden of about 800 sqm. Right next to the property, you can reach the beach via a footpath. In summer, there is also a vegetable stand nearby (about 1km) and about 900m away there is a small supermarket that is open all year round.
Also at this distance, there are two really pleasant restaurants.
It is about 3 km to the city center.
Porto Vecchio is the ideal vacation spot. There are a variety of options from sporting activities to day trips to the various nearby cities, boat trips, hiking or mountain biking tours in the mountains, shopping, simply dolce far niente,
Many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors invite you to take a break. Whether you're looking for a restaurant right on the beach, or prefer one in the old town overlooking the harbor, or just a snack on the beach. - No problem, you have the choice. In summer, one should not expect Porto-Vecchio to be quiet. The town and the beaches are quite crowded. The town is alive until the early morning hours. In the pre-season and post-season, Porto Vecchio is a peaceful little town. The beaches are empty to pleasantly full, the water is already or still warm and beautifully clear.

Great holiday in a great house
We spent two weeks in the great house in the middle of the green. The house is very well-kept and spacious and provides a great starting point to very beautiful beaches and great mountain regions with natural pools. The highlight is, of course, the pool, where we spent a lot of time.
We would love to come back.

Dream vacation with pool
We spent a wonderful week in the holiday house. The house is well-maintained and located in a quiet area, you can't hear the neighboring mobile homes at all. There were 5 of us in the house and we had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the terrace. The owners showed us and explained everything to us and gave us wonderful tips for our holiday.

Beloved Casa Litarriccia
We were on Corsica for the first time, and our expectations were not disappointed. An appealing and extremely clean house with well-maintained garden area. Pleasantly quiet at this time of year (September). Pleasant contact with the owners and the involved person (concierge). We discovered a great beach with turquoise water and hundreds of friendly silver-blue fish, few people on the beach. Beautiful and interesting Porto Vecchio with many great restaurants. Bonifacio a highlight. Definitely recommended in September.

Great location, about 200 meters from the beach and only 5 minutes to the city center. The house and garden are very well maintained and clean. The landlords are very nice and discreet, but when we had questions, they were always available and helpful. The sailing school at the beach was great, so we could finally take a windsurfing course without needing a car.

Simply excellent!
Autumn vacation in Corsica and then in such a beautiful holiday home, superb!
We felt very comfortable. Although the house is located on the property of the very nice landlords, this is not a disadvantage. You don't notice it. The landlords are super nice and helpful, and you get excellent tips if interested.
It was our first time in the south and we will definitely come back.
Definitely a recommendation from us!
In October, it is wonderfully quiet there and perfect for relaxation.
