House (detached house) with sea views. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has TV and Internet access. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, in the utility room a washing machine. The windows are fitted with double glazing and mosquito repellent.
The house has 2 terraces and a large garden overlooking the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
There is a car parking space available.
On the other land half a large swimming pool, which can be shared for swimming is (exclusively reserved for the tenants!).
A stay on the terraces in the pool environment that belong to the neighbor's house, however, is not possible.

COTTAGE
House (detached house) with sea views in southern Corsica on a peninsula near Porto Vecchio. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has German / French TV and Internet access. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, in the utility room a washing machine. On the other half plot there is a large pool, which can be shared for swimming.
However, a stay on the terraces in the pool environment that belong to the house next door is not possible. But has the house on two own large terraces which can be used completely undisturbed.
APARTMENT :
The apartment is about 40m² in size and located in the basement of the semi-detached house of the owner, which is not rented. The studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a (sleeping) Coach, a bathroom and a kitchen. The equipment includes washing machine, TV (German / French), stereo recorder, Internet access and a modern kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and an oven.
Due to its location in the basement of the apartment building and thermo-glazing aluminum windows (with built-in mosquito repellent), temperatures are also cool in summer. In addition, an inverter air conditioner is installed.
From the apartment, it overlooks the Gulf of Porto Vecchio.
In the absence of the owner, the two large terraces of the house can be shared with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The pool use is included in the price, but exclusively reserved to the tenants !

Wonderful apartment with a great view location
We were five in the vacation rental for one week and really enjoyed the location, the beautiful view from the terraces, and of course the pool. For us, it was a perfect vacation rental. A car is important for shopping and outings due to the lack of infrastructure, but it is absolutely quiet. Contact with the landlady was always friendly and prompt. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.

Semi-detached house in a great, quiet location!
We were a total of six people in the holiday house for a week and really enjoyed our time there! The house is very quiet and only a few minutes away from a great snorkeling spot. It's also great that the house has air conditioning in all rooms.
The house has a fantastic view that we enjoyed every day!
We were able to use the pool, which is located on the owners' property, but as stated in the description, we are not allowed to stay there. The path from the pool to the terrace is short, but it cannot be seen from the rented house, so if you have children, you have to go with them to the pool.
In this price category, we had imagined a few things differently: we had the feeling that discarded things found a place in the rented house, for example, the old black leather sofa, there was not enough, continuous tableware for 6 people, promotional mugs with broken handles, etc.
The owner of the house was very friendly and gave us great tips for restaurants in the area!
We would come back anytime!

Wir hatten anfänglich das Haus mit einem sehr schönen Geschirrservice und auch höherwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Leider hat sich herausgestellt, daß einige Gäste diesbezüglich nicht die gleiche Sorgfalt wie bei sich zuhause an den Tag legen: Ein Sessel wurde von einem Hund zerbissen, das Sofa bekam immer mehr Flecken, die sich kaum noch entfernen ließen, und wurde schließlich durch herumhüpfende Kinder zerbrochen. Beim Geschirr ist es ähnlich: Nach jeder Saison sind mindestens ein halbes dutzend Gläser, Teller oder Becher zerbrochen. Bei den Franzosen ist es üblich, eine Mietkaution zu hinterlegen. Beim Auszug wird eine Inventur gemacht (insbesondere bei Familien mit Kindern) und jedes Teil in Rechnung gestellt. Uns ist das zu mühselig, dafür ist es auch nicht schlimm, wenn mal ein Teller oder Glas kaputt geht, das passiert gerade bei Kindern immer wieder mal.
Wir haben den Fokus mehr auf die Technik gelegt: Deutsche Elektroinstallation, Vollklimatisation, elektrische Rolladen und Markise, Glasfaser-Internet etc. Man muß Prioritäten setzten.....

Toller Meerblick in ruhiger Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist genial. Fußläufig gibt es einen guten Zugang zum Meer mit klarem, sauberem Wasser, aber keinen Sandstrand. Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Wir sind dort mit dem Stand Up Paddle Board gefahren. Schönste Sandstrände kann man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern vorab sowie vor Ort war top. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location
We stayed in the house in summer 2018 with 4 people and enjoyed the fantastic view and the Mediterranean ambience for 12 days. As the house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, another couple could easily stay there.
If you want to jump onto the beach from your hotel room, you are in the wrong place. There are a few possibilities to get to the sea on foot or to the beach via a neighbouring campsite. For us, this was sufficient. We drove a few times by car to various other beaches and got the sufficient dosage of sand, many people, a lot of sun, ... ..
We will gladly spend one of our holidays there again.

Beautiful holiday
Great holiday home in a quiet location with generous facilities not far from Porto Vecchio, super view from the terrace, even better than on the photos, the enclosed complex and the fenced property give even anxious people a safe feeling, good starting point for trips to the Bavella and beautiful beaches, also the impressive Bonifacio is easy to reach, the pool also offers a welcome cooling, the landlords / owners are very friendly and helpful, a great experience was the joint boat trip, we felt very comfortable there and also very welcome during the time the landlords were present, everything is possible - rest, relaxation, adventure, sports, ... another holiday in the Sophie holiday home is more than likely!!!

Sehr entspannt und wunderschön
Großzügiges, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool in ruhiger Lage, fernab vom Trubel und mit herrlichem Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Dennoch sind die Städte Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio nach ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Clubs zum Ausgehen. Ebenfalls nach kurzer Autofahrt gelangt man zu einigen der schönsten Strände Korsikas (Palombaggio) mit sehr feinem weißem Sand und seichtem türkisblauem Wasser.
Vom Ferienhaus zu Fuß erreicht man einen schmalen Fels- und Kiesstrand, der sich gut zum Schnorchel eignet und den Ferienclub "La Chiappa, wo man diverse Wassersportarten, u. a. Katamaransegeln und Windsurfen ausüben kann. Auf dem Clubgelände gibt es auch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Tauchschule.
Die freundlichen Vermieter waren stets ansprechbar und haben uns gerne mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstips versorgt.
Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder hierher.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir haben uns hier eine Woche bestens erholt und konnten als Highlight regelmässig abends auf dem Freisitz oberhalb des Ferienhauses bei herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Porto-Vecchio einen ereignisreichen Tag ausklingen lassen . Vorher noch im großen Pool ein Bad zum abkühlen. - Auch der Innenbereich des Hauses ist sehr schön, offene Küche mit wirklich allem was man so braucht, ein bequemes Bett, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den mitgebrachten Reiseführer haben wir fast gar nicht benötigt, da der Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts eine Zeit vor Ort war und uns mit jeder Menge nützlicher Tipps für unsere Tagesausflüge versorgt hat.
Dann noch zwei Badetage am nicht weit entfernten Palombaggia Strand haben unser Ferien-Programm prima ergänzt - Sand, Sonne, Wasser - in toller Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder !

Wunderschön!
Kaum angekommen fühlten wir uns im Appartement Giulia wie Zuhause!
Sauber,gemütlich und schön eingerichtet.Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.Der Pool,Terrassen,Garten und der Meerblick fantastisch!Ein eigenes Auto von Vorteil für den Einkauf,tolle Ausflüge und Besuche der nahen traumhaft schönen Strände!Sehr sympathische Vermieter,alles hat perfekt geklappt,von A-Z empfehlenswert!Wir kommen wieder!!!

Natur und sonne pur!
Ferien vom Feinsten: Behutsam und authentisch renoviertes Ferienhaus, komfortabel zum Wohnen und Schlafen (sehr gute Betten!), Luxus ohne Protz, für 6 Personen durchaus passend. Sehr private, ruhige Atmosphäre, fantastische Panoramaaussicht auf die Bucht von Porto Vecchio, den Leuchtturm von La Chiappa und das offene Meer – noch schöner als auf den Fotos ;-) Großer Pool mit absolut Top-Wasserqualität, sehr hautfreundlich! Sehr saubere Sandstrände (Palombaggia) zum Baden, Schwimmen, Wassersport... Klasse Steinstrand zum Schnorchel zu Fuß erreichbar. WLAN perfekt, wenn die Arbeit auch mal im Urlaub ruft. Netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt zum Vermieter mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort. Haben das Haus gleich unseren Freunden empfohlen und kommen selber gern wieder. DANKE!
