This large, modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 16 people is located in an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This large apartment, which is modern and stylishly furnished, is located on the entire 2nd floor and offers a large living room/bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person (separated by a sliding door), another living room with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person, 2 open fully equipped kitchens with dining table, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and bunk bed for 1 person and 2 large bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 beautiful galleries, each with a high-quality sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people. The apartment also has a balcony and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

We liked our apartment very much. It is large, modern, clean, very well equipped. The host is very helpful. The whole house is a perfect place for 5/6 families/groupe of friends wanting to spend time together. This place is close and has an easy access by car to the Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach ski region.

We had a nice week at the family Streitberger! Very nice apartment! Very pleasant landlord! Unfortunately the weather was very strong! Distance to the lift about 8 minutes by car! Again and again!

The apartment is in a quiet village. You have beautiful views. We were the very first guests they got there. The apartment was only ready for a few days. It looked beautiful. We were received by Martin who showed us everything in the apartment and gave the explanation. It is a nice sleek modern apartment. We were very enthusiastic about it.
